Very few fuel cell electric vehicles (FCEV) are currently commercialized in China, so NEVs are regarded as plug-in electric vehicles (PEVs), a concept widely used in the United States and other countries. In this report, PEV is in terms of the new energy vehicle (NEV) unless explicitly indicated otherwise.
