O objetivo deste estudo foi identificar evidências científicas sobre boas práticas no cuidado ao recém-nascido, da sala de parto ao domicílio, em tempos de COVID-19. Trata-se de uma revisão Integrativa. Assim, o delineamento desse estudo surgiu a partir da seguinte questão de pesquisa: o que se sabe até o momento da literatura científica sobre as práticas do cuidado ao recém-nascido, em tempos de pandemia? Após percorrer as etapas metodológicas foi possível identificar 05 artigos, todas as publicações são datadas no ano 2020 e focadas na prevenção e os cuidados prestados aos recém-nascidos. Diante da analise da literatura disponível, evidenciou-se diversas divergências sobre a implementação das praticas de cuidado. Visto isso, torna-se viável a criação de um protocolo de assistência aos recém-nascidos em tempos de pandemia de COVID-19, a fim de estabelecer um padrão de qualidade. Ainda sim, é preciso a maior realização de pesquisas referentes à assistência aos recém-nascidos considerando o período de pandemia do COVID-19, em especial de autores brasileiros.
Objetivo: Analisar por meio de evidências científicas a ocorrência de interações droga-droga em pacientes com diagnóstico de HIV/AIDS. Metodologia: Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa. A coleta de dados ocorreu através da Base Virtual de Saúde realizada no dia 22 de novembro de 2020. Assim sendo, utilizou-se o aplicativo Rayyan para otimizar a seleção dos artigos e a matriz de síntese foi o método para realização da análise dos dados. Resultados: Foi possível identificar que poucos estudos são realizados com a população idosa que apresenta o diagnóstico de HIV/AIDS. Além disso, observou-se que as principais interações medicamentosas ocorrem entre antirretrovirais e medicamentos inibidores da bomba de prótons. Conclusão: A ocorrência de interações medicamentosas é frequente em pacientes com diagnóstico de HIV/AIDS, principalmente em idosos. Sendo assim, é fundamental que sejam realizadas novas pesquisas sobre essa temática, visando a formulação de estratégias para minimizar as interações droga-droga e suas consequências para o paciente.
Analisar o número de internações por doenças metabólicas e nutricionais ocorridas na região Centro Oeste de Minas Gerais, período 2008 a 2018. Métodos: Tratase de um estudo descritivo, com abordagem quantitativa e de séries temporais. Os dados foram obtidos através do Sistema de Informações Hospitalares. Resultados: De forma geral, a região que mais obteve internações foi a de Divinópolis/Santo Antônio do Monte com 4.583 procedimentos. A doença com o maior número de internações foi o Distúrbio Metabólico, com 8.340 procedimentos. Conclusão: Espera-se que os resultados desse estudo possam contribuir de forma reflexiva aos gestores e profissionais de saúde na intenção de melhorar as práticas preventivas relacionadas às doenças metabólicas, diminuindo o número de internações sensíveis à essas condições e consequentemente o valor dos gastos.
