Os fatores de risco psicossociais do trabalho (FRPT), como o estresse, as pressões patogênicas da carga de trabalho, as dificuldades nas relações socioprofissionais e as condições e a organização inadequadas do trabalho podem ser consideradas variáveis que interferem na saúde mental e física do trabalhador. A prevenção desses aspectos deve ocorrer por meio da sensibilização, conscientização, motivação e ação organizada dos atores sociais da empresa ou do órgão. Os servidores públicos estaduais de Santa Catarina estão submetidos aos FRPT, e há relações entre estes e o adoecimento relacionado ao trabalho. Este artigo parte de um estudo de caso, por meio de análise documental relativa à perícia psicológica para a caracterização de acidente em serviço/doença referente ao trabalho no ano 2008. O estudo de caso demonstrou que a exposição da servidora ao longo de sua vida laborativa aos FRPT - sobrecarga cognitiva e psíquica, ritmo intenso, longas jornadas e precárias condições de trabalho - foram os fatores que desempenharam papel preponderante na ocorrência da incapacitação para o trabalho. Concluiu-se que os FRPT devem ser considerados nas avaliações dos casos de adoecimento e incapacidade profissional, bem como na implementação dos dispositivos legais catarinenses que se referem à promoção da saúde ocupacional dos servidores dos órgãos do Poder Executivo estadual.
Comfort on automobile seats is lived daily by thousands of drivers. Epistemologically, comfort can be understood under the theory of complexity, since it emerges from a chain of interrelationships between man and several elements of the system. This interaction process can engender extreme comfort associated to the feeling of pleasure and wellbeing or, on the other hand, lead to discomfort, normally followed by pain. This article has for purpose the development of a theoretical model that favours the comfort feature on automobile seats through the identification of its facets and indicators. For such, a theoretical study is resorted to, allowing the mapping of elements that constitute the model. The results present a comfort model on automobile seats that contemplates the (physical, psychological, object, context and environment) facets. This model is expected to contribute with the automobile industry for the development of improvements of the ergonomic project of seats to increase the comfort noticed by the users.
Moral Harassment at Work (MHW) is considered a recurrent practice of humiliation, mockery, isolation, persecution and psychological torture. Its results go beyond the worker private life: represent financial loss, affects the work, the organization, the productivity and the society. This article aims to develop a model of MHW, which characterizes the main components of the phenomenon and their nexus with the inability to work. For this, the Literature field is consulted, in order to identify systematically, the MHW components and their risky factors. The results showed a multifaceted model which demonstrates: the aggressor/victim and the configuration of the Moral Harassment at Work causes. The management of the degraded work. The characteristic features of the inability to work, caused on the victim. The MHW modalities and as a final product, the integration among these components. It is expected that this model can help the Ergonomist comprehending this phenomenon and contribute on the creation of some strategies of prevention on the workplace. It is concluded that the removal or minimization of this occupational risks requires some changes on the job organization, on the people`s behaviour, the leadership styles, on the humanization of the social labor relationship and on the coping this problem.
