<p><em>The purposes of this research were to find out (1) The influence of physical work environment on employees’ work motivation at PT. Pusri Palembang, PPD Jateng, (2) The influence of non-physical work environment on employees’ work motivation at PT. Pusri Palembang, PPD Jateng, and (3) work environment on employees work motivation at PT. Pusri Palembang, PPD Jateng. This study was a survey method with questionnaires, and literature study. The sample in this study were 35 employees’ of the PT. Pusri Palembang, PPD Jateng. The data analysis technique used was multiple regression. From the analysis of multiple regression in this research, it could be found that the physical work environment and non-physical work environment had positive impact on the employees’ work motivation. The most dominant variable that positively influenced the employees’ work motivation was the non physical work environment. While from the result of determination coefficient (Adjusted R Square) showed that 0,46 or 46% of the independent variable were physical work environment and non-physical work environment. It meant that 46% of the employees’ work motivation was explained by work environment. While 54% was explained by other factors not examined in this research. </em></p>
<p><em>Prepaid electricity is expected to increase customers’ satisfaction and reduce the overdue payments of postpaid electricity customers each month, but until 2019 the number of customer who switch to using prepaid electricity is still low in Klaten City. This research was conducted to determine the effect of push, pull and mooring factors on switching intention postpaid electricity customers to prepaid at PT PLN (Persero) ULP Klaten Kota. The data that used are primary data obtained using a quetionarry, interview and literature review. The sample in this study were 100 person that is prepaid electricity customers who had used postpaid electricity. Sampling is done by using non probability sampling method that is incidental sampling. The analytical model used is multiple linear regression analysis. The ressult of the coefficient of determinan (Adjusted R Square) showed that 41,2% switching intention customers is influenced by push, pull and mooring factors. The rest was explained by other factors not examined in this study. The result of hypothesis testing show that push, pull and mooring factors together have a significant possitive effect, partially pull and mooring have a significant possitive effect while the push factor have an possitive effect but not significantly on switching intention customer of PT PLN (Persero) ULP Klaten Kota.</em></p>

Competitive advantage is required for companies to compete in the market, one of them by increasing purchasing decisions. The purpose of this research is to analyze the partial and simultaneous influence of price and service quality on purchase decision of Honda car at PT. Istana Cendrawasih Motor Semarang. The data used are primary data obtained by using questionnaire. The sample in this study were 100 customers of the PT. Istana Cendrawasih Motor Semarang. Sampling is done by using purposive sampling. The analysis model used in this research is multiple linear regression. The result of determination coefficient (R Square) showed that 28,7% purchase decision was influenced by price and service quality. The rest was explained by other factors not examined in this research. The result of hypothesis testing shows the variables of price and service quality simultaneously and partially significant influence on purchase decision of Honda car at PT. Istana Cendrawasih Motor Semarang</em>
<span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>This study aims to understand the impact of sales promotion, location and service<span> quality on purchasing decisions at Kauman Regency Housing Demak. To accomplish the stated<span> goal, it is necessary to monitor the 70 respondents who have purchased a home in Kauman<span> Regency Housing Demak. The methods of collecting data are interviews, questionnaires, and<span> literature review with saturated samples. Data processing in this study uses SPSS programs<span> Version 26. The data analysis is using validity test, reliability test, normality test,<span> multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, partial t-test,<span> F test, and coefficient of determination test. The results of the study have a positive and<span> significant effect both partially and significantly on purchasing decisions. The application of science and technology and improving the quality of products to develop a snack business in the business group "Various Crackers and Chips" in the village of Meteseh, Tembalang, Semarang, will have an impact on increasing the income of members of the business group. The business group "Various Crackers and Chips" in Meteseh village in producing its products, still relying on manual labor, less hygienic and less varied and innovative products produced, the benefits obtained from year to year did not experience a significant increase. As educators, they are required to play a role in helping the Government, so the business group "Various Crackers and Chips" in Meteseh village has a better standard of living. In order for the products produced by the business group "Various Crackers and Chips" in Meteseh Village to be more innovative, it is necessary to increase the knowledge and skills that can produce added value, namely learning how to process crackers and chips with a variety of flavors, with more modern equipment and proper packaging procedures so that products are more durable and in demand by the community. The equipment used to process crackers and chips, has been prepared by the Community Service Team. The equipment used in the processing of crackers and chips is as follows: Gas Stove, frying pan, chopper, oil drainer, seasoning mixer, blender, airtight press machine, plastic packaging, ingredients for making crackers and chips etc. Business groups are also given management training and help find solutions to the problems they face. Problems with the problem of partner SMEs are then referred to as a number of program solutions to solve problems in the field of improving production and marketing processes. The method applied is training and mentoring. The output produced is the emergence of " Meteseh Typical Crackers and Chips" business. The value of support from the value added production of Meteseh's unique Crackers and Chips has the potential to become a typical Semarang souvenir from Meteseh village.
