Objetivo: Analisar a saúde mental da população LGBTQIA+ frente à pandemia da COVID-19. Métodos: Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa realizada em seis etapas. A coleta de dados foi realizada nas plataformas BVS, SciELO e LILACS em julho de 2022, incluindo estudos dos últimos dois anos. Resultados: Foram obtidos 85 estudos, mas após os critérios estabelecidos, 21 foram selecionados para compor a amostra final. Verificou-se um aumento no índice de transtornos mentais em pessoas LGBTQIA+, como estresse, depressão, ansiedade, angústia, fadiga, solidão, conflitos familiares, uso de psicotrópicos e dificuldade financeira. Esse fato é preocupante, visto que essa população já possuía maior número de transtornos mentais, devido ao preconceito, vulnerabilidade e estigma social que foi piorado com o isolamento. As mulheres lésbicas e transsexuais se tornam mais propensas ao adoecimento mental em decorrência do acúmulo dos estigmas referentes ao gênero e orientação sexual e de uma menor percepção do suporte social. Conclusão: A população LGBTQIA+ nem sempre possuiu o amparo social e na saúde adequados, tendo em vista a realidade histórica de preconceito e discriminação pelos quais foram e são submetidos. Sugere-se novos estudos acerca dos impactos na saúde mental em decorrência da COVID-19, tendo em vista a escassez de trabalhos.
Diante do contexto pandêmico, ocorreu aumento da vivência das pessoas no mundo virtual, sobretudo crianças e adolescentes. Com isso, surge a necessidade de identificar sinais de mau uso dessa ferramenta, bem como suas consequências no público em questão. Nesse sentido, esse trabalho busca analisar a literatura científica sobre o impacto do cyberbullying na saúde mental de crianças e adolescentes durante a pandemia de COVID-19. Quanto à metodologia, foi realizada uma revisão integrativa da literatura a partir da análise de artigos publicados entre 2020 e 2022, disponíveis nas bases de dados: Pubmed, BVS, Scielo e Lilacs. A questão norteadora do artigo foi: Qual o impacto do cyberbullying na saúde mental de crianças e adolescentes durante a pandemia de COVID-19? Os resultados encontrados foram o aumento significativo da incidência do cyberbullying entre crianças e adolescentes durante a pandemia de COVID-19, desencadeando consequências relevantea nessa população, sendo sintomas de ansiedade, depressão e ideação suicida as principais consequências dessa prática. Como conclusão, verificou-se que houve impacto significativo do cyberbullying na saúde mental de crianças e adolescentes durante a pandemia de COVID-19, sendo algumas opções de intervenção identificadas: a criação de aplicativo de interação com as vítimas e de programa escolar preventivo figuram entre as intervenções mais eficazes.
Objetivo: Analisar os estudos científicos acerca dos protocolos de atendimento da atenção primária às mulheres vítimas de violência doméstica. Métodos: Revisão integrativa da literatura (RI) com levantamento bibliográfico realizado por meio das plataformas BVS, SciELO e LILACS durante os meses de maio e junho de 2022 aos quais foram incluídos estudos, publicados entre 2012 e 2022, retratando a importância da atenção básica para a identificação de situações de violência, promoção do cuidado e do acesso à informações sobre serviços da rede de apoio, bem como a responsabilidade de acolher, atender e acompanhar as mulheres em situação de violência, seguindo as dimensões da linha de cuidado, sabendo como conduzir a mulher vítima de violência, com o conhecimento da rede, encaminhamentos adequados, orientações sobre os Direitos Legais, conforme Legislação em vigor, além da realização das notificações. Resultados: Foram obtidos 12 protocolos que compuseram a amostra final do presente estudo. Conclusão: Os estudos demonstram que há escassez de trabalhos publicados, interpretando-se como falta de prioridade dos poderes públicos em pautar a violência de gênero, além de reforçar a importância de investimento de novos estudos em relação à temática.
