The policies regarding Halal product guarantees are regulated in Law Number 33 of 2014. This Law aims to provide legal certainty regarding the halalness of a product circulating in public. In addition, it also created a sense of security and a sense of public trust in the products. Banten, which is well-known as one of the religious provinces, is also a benchmark for how the public has sufficient awareness and knowledge of the implementation of Halal Product Assurance (JPH) for products circulating in the market. This research is aimed to find out and analyze how the Implementation of Law Number 33 of 2014 concerning Guarantees for Halal Products (Studies on Implementation of Guarantees for Halal Products in Banten). The qualitative method was used in collecting data. The results of the research using the Edward III policy implementation model approach show that the implementation of Law Number 33 of 2014 concerning Halal Product Assurance (Study on the Implementation of Halal Product Guarantees in Banten) is still not going well. First, there is still confusion from businessmen in the flow of the halal certification registration process which is currently undergoing a transition period from LPPOM MUI to BPJPH. Second, there is no BPJPH organizational structure in the regions so it is currently under the Ministry of Religion in each province. Third, the regular Halal certification fee is quite expensive and affects the number of applicants for Halal certification. Forth, most Muslim communities do not know that Halal food products are not only strictly consuming pork and its derivatives. But it must be seen from the production process from upstream to downstream.

It is not easy to build understanding of poverty because it involves various dimensions. Understanding poverty is very diverse, ranging from the inability to meet basic consumption needs and improve conditions to a broader understanding that includes social and moral components.
Communication was one of the factors that determine the success of the implementation in National Program for Community Empowerment (PNPM) Mandiri in Serang city with target users program is poor. Therefore poverty reduction as a multi-dimensional problem can not be done only with economic empowerment for community empowerment, both individually and in a group in solving a wide range of related issues therein were an effort to improve the quality of life, independence and prosperity. PNPM Mandiri which focuses on empowering directed to involve poor communities from the planning, implementation and monitoring through the harmonization and development of systems and mechanisms and procedures of the program, providing mentoring, and funding stimulant was expected to encourage initiative and innovation communities in sustainable poverty reduction efforts. The results of research using qualitative approach stated that in implementing the policy that became one of the important reasons that bacame a source of failure in community empowerment program was less rooted communication program.
Workers in Indonesia are vulnerable to psychological problems or emotional disorders in the form of job stress. The results of the Mercer Marsh Benefit (MMB) survey (2021), which involved more than 1,000 workers in Indonesia, found that 2 out of 5 workers experienced stress due to work. One of the workers who are at risk of experiencing job stress is the government employees (ASN) at the secretariat of the Banten regional people's representative council (abbreviated: DPRD Banten). The purpose of this study was to evaluate the prevalence of ASN job stress at the secretariat DPRD Banten, in accordance with applicable regulatory standards. This study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive analysis techniques, based on a cross-sectional study design. The results showed that the average job stress level of ASN at the secretariat DPRD Banten was 2.57. There are four categories of job stress levels experienced by ASN at the secretariat DPRD Banten, namely very low (SR), low (R), moderate (S), and high (T). The highest prevalence is a low job stress level of 45.59%. The second order is the prevalence of moderate job stress levels of 25.33%. Furthermore, the prevalence of high job stress levels is 4.5%. The smallest prevalence comes from the very low job stress category of 2.3%. The main factor that becomes a stressor is the burden of responsibilities too to themselves and others.
Desa Kolelet merupakan salah satu desa yang terletak di Kecamatan Picung, Kabupaten Pandeglang, Provinsi Banten. Desa ini memiliki 2 dusun, yaitu dusun 1 (satu) dan dusun 2 (dua). Sebagian besar masyarakat desa Kolelet bekerja di sektor pertanian, yaitu sebagai petani. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa sektor pertanian memegang peranan penting dalam bidang ekonomi masyarakat. Namun, di tengah pandemi Covid-19 yang ditengarai menimbulkan ancaman krisis pangan, sehingga perlu adanya upaya pemenuhan kebutuhan pangan dan gizi rumah tangga melalui optimalisasi pemanfaatan lahan pekarangan. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini yaitu untuk memberdayakan masyarakat desa dalam mengoptimalkan potensi lahan pekarangan dengan menanam komoditas yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk pemenuhan kebutuhan sehari-hari. Apabila masyarakat dapat memanfaatkan lahan pekarangan semaksimal mungkin, maka dapat berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan yang semakin bertambah akibat prospek lahan pekarangan rumah masyarakat yang besar. Untuk itu masyarakat desa Kolelet perlu untuk memberdayakan sumber daya manusia yang ada, serta perlu adanya dukungan dari pemerintah setempat melalui bantuan pupuk bersubsidi dan alat-alat pertanian guna meringankan pengeluaran masyarakat. Selain itu, masyarakat juga perlu untuk memanfaatkan teknologi yang sudah berkembang agar dapat menemukan eksperimen baru dalam mendukung tercipatnya ketahanan pangan yang cukup untuk melintasi pandemi Covid-19.
Penelitian ini di latar belakangi besarnya kewenangan desa dalam mengelola keuangannya secara otonom guna kemaslahatan masyarakat desa. Namun tidak jarang besarnya kewenangan dan anggaran berdampak suburnya korupsi di lingkungan pemerintah desa. Guna meminimalisir kondisi tersebut mutlak diperlukan penyelenggaraan pemerintahan desa yang terbuka dan bertanggung jawab. Desa Muruy merupakan salah satu desa yang mendapat Dana Desa dan idealnya dapat dipergunakan demi kepentingan masyarakat dengan menjunjung transparansi dan akuntabilitas sebagai wujud tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengukur transparansi dalam medukung terciptanya akuntabilitas realisasi Dana Desa Muruy. Metode penelitian berbentuk analisa kualitatif dengan sumber data hasil wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan transparansi dalam mendukung terciptanya akuntabilitas Desa Muruy terbukti baik, terlihat dari terpenuhinya aspek ketersediaan dan aksebilitas dokumen yang dapat diakses oleh masyarakat yang membutuhkan. Di samping kejelasan dan kelengkapan informasi melalui laporan realisasi APBDes, papan informasi, baliho-baliho dan disebarluaskan melalui whatsapp group. Serta Keterbukaan proses melalui pelibatan masyarakat proses dan realisasi merupakan salah satu bentuk transparansi melalui adanya pengawasan langsung masyarakat.
