Penelitian ini di latar belakangi besarnya kewenangan desa dalam mengelola keuangannya secara otonom guna kemaslahatan masyarakat desa. Namun tidak jarang besarnya kewenangan dan anggaran berdampak suburnya korupsi di lingkungan pemerintah desa. Guna meminimalisir kondisi tersebut mutlak diperlukan penyelenggaraan pemerintahan desa yang terbuka dan bertanggung jawab. Desa Muruy merupakan salah satu desa yang mendapat Dana Desa dan idealnya dapat dipergunakan demi kepentingan masyarakat dengan menjunjung transparansi dan akuntabilitas sebagai wujud tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengukur transparansi dalam medukung terciptanya akuntabilitas realisasi Dana Desa Muruy. Metode penelitian berbentuk analisa kualitatif dengan sumber data hasil wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan transparansi dalam mendukung terciptanya akuntabilitas Desa Muruy terbukti baik, terlihat dari terpenuhinya aspek ketersediaan dan aksebilitas dokumen yang dapat diakses oleh masyarakat yang membutuhkan. Di samping kejelasan dan kelengkapan informasi melalui laporan realisasi APBDes, papan informasi, baliho-baliho dan disebarluaskan melalui whatsapp group. Serta Keterbukaan proses melalui pelibatan masyarakat proses dan realisasi merupakan salah satu bentuk transparansi melalui adanya pengawasan langsung masyarakat.
This study aims to get an overview of the teaching skills that must be possessed by teachers. There are 8 teaching skills that must be possessed by teachers, which include: asking skills, providing reinforcement skills, varying skills, explaining skills, opening and closing skills, skills guiding small group discussions, class management skills, and small group and individual teaching skills. . The application of teaching skills is very necessary as an effort to support success in learning. This study uses descriptive qualitative research with the aim of being able to describe the effect of teaching skills with innovative teachers on learning. By mastering these teaching skills, it is hoped that later teachers will be more varied in providing learning in the classroom.
Our research aims to be able to analyze e-learning learning systems in an effort to improve digital literacy skills for students in the 21st century. Given that technology has penetrated into many human activities, including teaching and learning activities, it needs to be used optimally so that learning is not only a process of knowledge transfer but also as an increase in literacy skills for students. This research uses literature study method. Where will be obtained a conclusion from the findings of previous research that is focused on certain data sources. The results show that the application of e-learning is related to digital literacy. E-learning can make students become independent in finding information which can also train students' critical thinking patterns towards information that is obtained or received. The background for choosing this research is because we see from the phenomena that occur around us that today's technology is sometimes not optimized, therefore it is necessary to integrate basic things such as from the world of education. Where with education there will be a learning process and training skills which are certainly useful in the 21st century. The conclusion from our research is that the application of e-learning has a good impact on increasing students' digital literacy. Moreover, currently the application of e-learning has not been fully implemented in Indonesia, so this has become an innovation that needs to be promoted in all schools in every educational unit. Because as students adapt to the 21st century, we are required to have good literacy such as digital literacy as a way of receiving information.
Abstract: The purpose of this research is to find out The Factors of Students’ Difficulties in Speaking English Faced by non-English Department Students. This research was conducted with qualitative research, with using survey method. This research used google form as questionnaire to gain the data. The respondents of this research are the 100 students of non-English department at Faculty of Education UIN SMH Banten. The result of this research showed that there were many factors that students have in English speaking difficulties. They are factor anxiety does not master the vocabulary has value 59% agreed, then factor shy of being an intention has value 57% agreed, then factor lack of confident has value 54% agreed, factor lack of self motivation has value 54% agreed, factor of environmental effect has value 54% agreed, factor there is no preparation has value 53% agreed, then factor fear of wrong pronouncing has value 52% agreed, factor of fear of use the wrong words has value 49% agreed, factor affective of students has value 48% agreed, and the last factor anxiety of being bullied has value 44% agreed. It means students have some factors in speaking problem that should be take more attention.
Pendidikan kini semakin kehilangan makna sebagai wahana untuk pendewasaan seluruh penghuni yang ada di dalamnya. Pendidikan semakin membuat rekonstruksi humanisme, dalam prosesnya siswa diperlakukan seperti di dalam penjara, karena tidak ada perbedaan antara sekolah dengan penjara jika ruang-ruang kelas masih harus tertutup sehingga menyebabkan siswa kehilangan optik cakrawala. Siswa hanya cenderung diam di bangku dan tidak bergerak sedikit pun ketika proses pembelajaran sedang berlangsung. Tujuan dibuatnya artikel ini adalah keresahan penulis akan pendidikan yang tidak menjadikan manusia sebagai manusia, tidak menjadikan peserta didik sebagai subjek dalam pendidikan, dan tidak menjadikan sebuah dialog sebagai suatu peran sebagai komponen yang sangat diperlukan dari proses belajar maupun mencari tahu. Padahal sesungguhnya sifat pendidikan itu bersifat membimbing dan harus menuju sebuah arah perubahan. Melalui metode studi literatur, penulis mencari referensi dari berbagai sumber seperti buku, artikel ilmiah, jurnal, tesis, dll. Pendidikan yang bersifat humanistis ini juga menurut Paule Freire yang mencetuskan konsep pendidikan hadapan masalah guru dan siswa sama-sama belajar tanpa adanya unsur paksaan yang menjadikan siswanya bebas dalam artian merdeka dalam berpikir, mengambil keputusan, dan mampu bertanggung jawab atas apa yang telah dipilihnya sehingga siswa diperlakukan layaknya sebagai manusia yang hakikatnya terus berpikir. Dengan demikian berdasarkan hasil kajian literatur yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendidikan humanis ini dapat membuat peserta didik senantiasa berpikir kritis dalam memecahkan suatu permasalahan dan memiliki kemerdekaan dalam proses pembelajaran
