Management of capacity development refers to a process in which individual, group, organization, institutional, and society develop their potential both individually and collectively to implement their function, solve their problem, achieve their targets individually in the effort of establishing excellent schools. By the of a program coherence dimension in the context of school capacity development, this qualitative study is conducted at the State Junior High School 1 Tulungagung. The research results reveal that both of the schools have formulated the planning of institutional capacity development as a reference in actuating and evaluating of the school capacity development to perform excellent school profile. The planning of capacity development at excellent schools is just a dream and together with the schools' stakeholdersthe built planning for school institutional development is formulated. The formulation is in the forms of school's work planning, annual work planning, or activity program planning and school budgeting. The implementation of the capacity development at excellent schools is initiated by preparing human resource quality and school infrastructure. Meanwhile, the evaluation of the capacity development at excellent schools is done by conducting a supervision to observe the appropriateness between both planning
This study aims to obtain empirical evidence and develop a theory (predictive orientation) of the effect of talent management and competence on performance mediated by organizational commitment at Madrasa Aliyah (MA) Ma'arif Udanawu Blitar. The research approach uses an explanative survey approach. The questionnaire was prepared based on talent management, competence, performance, and organizational commitment. The research data was taken from 30 respondents. Data collection was carried out by using a random sampling technique. In this study, data analysis used the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach using Smart PLS software. PLS is a component or (variance) based structural equation model (SEM). The study shows that talent and competency management affect a person's performance. The better the management of talent and competency, the better the performance will be. When the performance improves, the higher the organizational commitment you have. In addition, the better one's talent management, the higher the organizational commitment.
This study aims to understand prophetic leadership in realizing effective learning from the perspective of Kurt Lewin at pondok pesantren. This study uses a phenomenological approach, where the researcher tries to understand the meaning behind the phenomenon through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The data sources of this research were obtained from the information submitted by the informants, the results of observations and documents, and the results of the study of several theories taken from reputable scientific books and journals. The data analysis was carried out circularly, from data collection, data presentation, and data reduction to concluding. The results of the study indicate that prophetic leadership in realizing effective learning from the perspective of Kurt Lewin at pondok pesantren is carried out through; first, unfreezing, which consists of changing motivation, feeling towards change, preparation for change; second, moving, namely the movement towards something new or the latest developments; third, refreezing maintains the change results. This study concludes that Kyai's prophetic leadership in making learning effective in Islamic boarding schools in the perspective of Kurt Lewin's change management must be carried out in a planned, systematic and earnest manner concerning the values of humanization, liberation, and transcendence, considering that change is intended to improve the quality of education in Islamic boarding schools. The research has implications for the importance of leaders in responding to the dynamics of existing changes, both internal to the organization and external to the organization.
Kesulitan belajar dianggap sebagai salah satu hambatan yang mencakup pemahaman dan penyampaian pengetahuan baik dalam bentuk tulisan maupun lisan. Tujuan penelitiannya adalah untuk menganalisis bentuk-bentuk kesulitan belajar siswa Masa Pandemi Covid-19 di Kelas 3 SDI Miftahul Huda Plosokandang Kedungwaru Tulungagung, untuk menganalisis upaya mengatasi kesulitan belajar siswa Masa Pandemi Covid-19 di Kelas 3 SDI Miftahul Huda Plosokandang Kedungwaru Tulungagung. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru dan siswa kelas 3 SDI Miftahul Huda Plosokandang Kedungwaru Tulungagung di Masa Pandemi Covid-19. Jumlah siswa sebagai subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 2 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode angket wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian: Bentuk-bentuk kesulitan belajar membaca siswa Masa Pandemi Covid-19 di Kelas 3 SDI Miftahul Huda Plosokandang Kedungwaru Tulungagung meliputi tidak lancar dalam membaca, terdapat banyak kesalahan dalam membaca, sulit membedakan huruf yang mirip, memiliki kekurangan dalam memori visual, dan tidak mampu memahami simbol bunyi. Bentuk-bentuk kesulitan belajar menulis siswa Masa Pandemi Covid-19 di Kelas 3 SDI Miftahul Huda Plosokandang Kedungwaru Tulungagung yang diteliti tulisan tidak terbaca, terlambat dalam menulis, huruf hilang atau terbalik dan kesalahan dalam memegang pensil. Upaya mengatasi kesulitan belajar siswa Masa Pandemi Covid-19 di Kelas 3 SDI Miftahul Huda Plosokandang Kedungwaru Tulungagung dilakukan dengan: Pemberian motivasi kepada siswa yang mengalami kesulitan membaca dan menulis dengan terus belajar dan mengikuti pembelajaran dengan antusias, Menggunakan Media Pembelajaran yang menarik, Melakukan bimbingan seperti les di akhir pembelajaran, 4) Melakukan kerjasama antara sekolah dan orang tua.
The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze the strategy, implementation, and implications of entrepreneurial-based Islamic boarding school management in Pesantren Jawahirul Hikmah Tumpuk, Besuki, Tulungagung. It was descriptive-qualitative research. The data were collected in the form of a description according to the actual situation. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviewing 12 informants, observations, and documentation. Data analysis was done logically and systematically following some steps included data reduction, data display, and conclusions suggested by Miles and Huberman. The results of the study showed that first, the entrepreneurship education strategy used was the involvement of students in every stage of entrepreneurial activity. Second, the implementation of entrepreneurship education strategies used peer tutorial and trial and error methods. Third, the implications of entrepreneurship education were the increase of economic independence and institutional management as well as the increase of the independence of students.
