This paper presents the development of instructional media techniques based Islamic Religious Education in order to streamline the learning environment by ASSURE Model. The development of media-based learning environment is done in order to create learning conditions that attract Islamic education, not monotonous, not boring, and fosters the enthusiasm students to study harder. Learning based on the environment as part of contextual learning, giving students direct experience in interacting with the environment, such as; social environment, the natural environment and the built environment, so as to create more meaningful learning conditions for them and made possible the formation of personality and character of students, such as love of the environment.
This paper presents the concept of character education in pesantren which gives valuable contributions to the success of moral development for students. It also offers a different paradigm in developing the concept of character building in educational institution. This article is inspired by the lack of effective character learning in a variety of formal educational institutions. Hence, the schools which succeed in instilling character education can be used as a reference to develop character education. This study focuses on character education model developed by pesantren and offers an alternative perspective of the development of character education in Indonesia. This study adopts a qualitative research approach and uses a case study design. The study shows that the model of character education in pesantren is carried out through a multidisciplinary approach so as to provide maximum results for the development of character education. This study suggests that the Total Moral Quality (TMQ) is the further development of Thomas Lickona's concept of character education of moral modeling, moral knowing, moral feeling and moral habituation and is applicable in the school.
This study aims to analyze and understand about analyzing the knowledge sharing strategy carried out by SMA Nurul Jadid, Paiton, Probolinggo in improving the quality of its human resources. This research uses a qualitative approach to the type of case study. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through display data, data reduction and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the strategy to improve the quality of human resources through knowledge sharing at SMA Nurul Jadid was carried out through; utilize materials, talk space, knowledge sharing culture, benchmarking best practices.
Online learning is one of the solutions needed by educators and students in the COVID pandemic 19 periods that occurred in February 2020. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of online learning using the zoom cloud meeting application as an alternative to solving the problem of student learning activities at Nurul Jadid University in COVID-19 pandemic period. This research method uses descriptive qualitative research methods using survey techniques. The instruments used were observation, questionnaires, and interview online. Based on the results of the questionnaire the effectiveness of online learning using the zoom cloud meeting application reached 93.75% followed by the results of interviews and observations that can increase student motivation and learning interest.
