The ability to read Qurán of students with hearing impairments supported by special education is still not as expected due to the limited access to technology. The progress of technology such as a smartphone has led many people to adopt a view that the technology of application is very appropriate to be developed for their learning. In this study, we have developed an application called QUR'ANI to teach reading the Qur'an fluently and appropriately for students with hearing impairments. The method used was single subject research with the AB model. The effectiveness of this application in teaching the Qur’an for students with hearing impairments has been tested with positive effect. Besides, the teacher's subjective point of view in this application has also been consulted. This research found that there was a strong correlation between the components of reading fluency.
Latar belakang : Berdasarkan hasil wawancara secara acak di SMK Bhinneka Karya Simo Boyolali. didapatkan seluruh 20 siswi menggunakan handphone dan media sosial. selain itu, 15 dari 20 siswi mengikuti kegiatan yang diadakan oleh masyarakat dan ada 10 diantaranya hanya aktif perbulan, 5 lainnya aktif kerja bakti dan terdapat 5 siswi tidak aktif di kegiatan masyarakat. Selain itu, juga terdapat data bahwa seluruh siswi mengaku sering tidak segera mengerjakan tugasnya dan memilih untuk mengupdate statusnya di media sosial. Tujuan : Mengetahui hubungan penggunaan media sosial dengan interaksi sosial Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan cross sectional dengan populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas 11 SMK Bhinneka Karya Simo yaitu berjumlah 34 orang dengan tehnik sampling total sampling. Analisis menggunakan uji Pearson. Hasil : hasil penelitian didapatkan 2.9% siswa laki-laki dan 97.1% siswa perempuan, umur responden sebagian besar 16 tahun sebanyak 82.4%, lama penggunaan media sosial siswa antara 10 jam yaitu sebanyak 41.2%. Hasil uji Pearson dengan didapatkan nilai p value sebesar 0.541 > dari 0.05 Simpulan : Tidak terdapat hubungan signifikan antara penggunaan media sosial dengan interaksi sosial pada remaja di SMK Bhinneka Karya Simo
The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of work ethic, work attitude, work loyalty and work motivation on work effectiveness. The object of this research is PT Laras Era Perdana Batam. The sample used in the study was 85 respondents. Data obtained by distributing questionnaires to respondents to be processed using the SPSS application. The results of this study are partially work ethic has a significant effect on work effectiveness, work attitudes have a significant effect on work effectiveness, work loyalty has a significant effect on work effectiveness, work motivation affects work effectiveness and simultaneously work ethic, work attitude, work loyalty and work motivation have a significant effect on work effectiveness. The R square value of 33.6% means that work ethic, work attitude, work loyalty, and work motivation can affect work effectiveness by 33.6%, while the remaining 66.4% is influenced by other factors not studied in the study.
The Covid-19 pandemic has great challenges in people's life, including education. Physical distancing requires lecturers or teachers to do teaching and learning process through internet as the media. The use of e-learning is very important to support learning system by applying several platforms, such as YouTube, Zoom Meeting, Google Meet and others. This study aims to analyse students' speaking ability at the third year students of IAIN Padangsidimpuan on class presentation. This research is used the descriptive design. Students' class presentations by Zoom Meeting were recorded as data collection instrument. The subjects of the study were the third year students of IAIN Padangsidimpuan. The result of this study is the categories of the students' speaking ability in every aspects of speaking. To categorize the students speaking ability, the researcher adapted the rubric from Brown ( 2004) which categorizes students speaking on class presentation into pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, fluency, and comprehension. Then, the students' average score is calculated and classified.
