Inceptisol Ternate adalah tanah yang memiliki Carbon organic (C organik), Nitrogen total (N total), Fosfor total (P total) dan Kapasitas Tukar Kation (KTK) tanah yang rendah, oleh sebab itu harus di barengi dengan tindakan pemupukan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian pupuk kandang kambing di tanah inceptisol terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman caisim. Rancangan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan perlakuan pemberian pupuk kandang kambing, yang terdiri atas 5 tingkat, yaitu: H0 = kontrol (tanpa pupuk), H1 = 10 ton ha-1, H2 = 20 ton ha-1, H3 = 30 ton ha-1, dan H4 = 40 ton ha-1, masing-masing diulang 4 kali. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pemberian pupuk kandang kambing di tanah inceptisol memberikan pengaruh yang nyata (p>0,05) terhadap tinggi tanaman caisim pada umur 10 hari setelah tanam, namun pada umur 20 dan 30 tidak berpengaruh nyata, demikian pula untuk jumlah daun, luas daun, berat segar, persen kadar air dan pH tanah pengaruhnya tidak nyata. Produksi tertinggi dicapai pada perlakuan dosis pupuk kandang kambing 40 ton ha-1 yakni 13,25 ton ha-1 sedangkan terendah pada kontrol yakni 5,75 ton ha-1.
The objective oj the research was to study the effects oj organic matter and N, P, K Jertilizer on nutrients uptake and yield oj corn in Inceptisol Ternate. The design oj the research was Jactorial completely randomized block design with two Jactors. The first Jactor was the rate oj organic matter (0, 20, 40 tlha) or (B(), B, and B z) and the second Jactor was the rate oj N, P, KJertilizer (0.5; I and /.5 recommended rate) or (Flo F] and F JJ.The results oj research showed that combination oj B ,F] gave the highest amount oj the corn leave at 42 days after planting, the weight oj corn with husk cover, the weight corn grains, and K-availability oj soil. Whereas, the rate oj 20 tlha organic matter (B,) significantly increased and gave the highest weight oj corn without husk cover, NPK corn plant content and P uptake. The average NPK plant uptake oJcorn was 31. kg Klha. The average production oj corn was 5. /6-7.83 tlha.
Batang bawah berpengaruh terhadap tingkat keberhasilan kompatibiltas secara vegetatif melalui metode grafting. Mengetahui salah satu umur batang bawah terbaik yang menentukan tingkat persentase keberhasilan metode grafting menjadi tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok dengan 3 perlakuan perbedaan umur batang bawah 60 hari, 90 hari dan 120 hari. Hasil penelitian bahwa perbedaan umur batang bawah mempengaruhi 90% keberhasilan pembiakan vegetatif metode sambungan terhadap kemunculan tunas baru dan jumlah daun. Persentase kerberhasilan tertinggi pada perlakuan bibit batang bawah umur 60 hari (48,75%). Jumlah daun tertinggi pada perlakuan umur bibit pala 60 hari (6 helai) sedangkan yang terendah pada perlakuan umur bibit pala 120 hari (3 helai).
Mung bean (Vigna radiata L.) is a seasonal food crop in the form of a shrub that grows upright. The research objective was to determine the effect soil processing and dosing of chicken manure and interaction with growth and production of green beans. This study used a factorial randomized block design (RBD) with two factors, where the first factor was soil processing P1 = without tillage, P2 = intensive tillage and the second factor was the dose of chicken manure, K0 = control (without fertilizer), K1 = 20 tonnes / ha, K2 = 40 tonnes / ha. The data analysis technique uses ANOVA (Analysis Of Variants), if there is a real effect of the treatment then it is continued with the DMRT α 5% test. The results showed that soil treatment had a significant effect on final volume weight, final density, final field capacity, final porosity and plant height at 20 HST, and the number of leaves aged 30 HST, while the combination treatment of soil treatment and chicken manure dose had no significant effect. on plant height growth at 10 HST, 30 HST, the number of leaves at 10 HST. The results showed that the highest dry seed production was 1.78 tons / ha in the P1K1 and P2K2 treatments and the lowest was 1.39 tons / ha in the P2K1 treatment.Keywords: Soil processing, chicken manure, physical properties, green beans, incepstisols
