Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis fenomena emansipasi di era modernitas saat ini. Penelitian-penelitian yang berkaitan dengan isu gender dalam akuntansi dan keuangan sudah banyak dilakukan.Tetapi penelitian ini berbeda dengan penelitian sebelumnya, kami menguji bagaimana direksi perempuan dapatmempengaruhi perdagangan saham serta investor sesuai dengan posisi mereka di dewan direksi. Untuk menilaipengaruh anggota perempuan dengan lebih baik, kami memperhitungkan masalah endogenitas yang dapatmuncul antara tata kelola perusahaan dan likuiditas saham. Sepengetahuan kami, penelitian ini merupakanpenelitian pertama yang membedakan antara efek direktur wanita pada keputusan investor, sesuai dengan posisimereka di dewan direksi apakah mereka berada di dalam direksi maupun sebagai anggota independen. Langkahawal dari penelitian ini adalah mengumpulkan data-data yang berhubungan dengan obyek yang akan digunakansebagai sample yaitu data Perusahaan manufaktur dengan sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang ada diIndonesia tahun 2017-2019. Selanjutnya akan melakukan observasi dan tabulasi data sebagai sarana untukmemperoleh data yang akan diolah dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi. Berdasarkanhasil regresi ditemukan bahwa direksi perempuan dan corporate governance berpengaruh positif terhadaplikuiditas saham.
Munculnya berbagai layanan e-money membuat masyarakat mempertimbangkan berbagai hal dalam memilih suatu layanan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh persepsi manfaat, persepsi kemudahan, persepsi kredibilitas dan persepsi resiko terhadap minat penggunaan e-money syariah di kalangan mahasiswa di Solo. Obyek dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa di Solo dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik analisis data meliputi pengujian instrumen penelitian, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi dan uji t sebagai uji hipotesis. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa persepsi manfaat dan persepsi kredibilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat penggunaan e-money di kalangan mahasiswa. Sebaliknya persepsi kemudahan dan persepsi resiko tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat penggunaan e-money di kalangan mahasiswa.
