Çeşitli teknolojik ilerlemeler ve iş yapma şekillerindeki değişimler, çok kültürlü çalışma ortamını oluşturmuş ve bu ortamın gerektirdiği tutum ve davranışları sergileme yeteneği olarak tanımlanan kültürel zeka ve çalışan performansını belirleyen diğer önemli unsur olan duygusal emek arasında ki ilişki çok kültürlü bir örgüt yapısına sahip çalışma ortamında yer alan 101 katılımcı üzerinde incelenmiştir. Sonuçlar incelendiğinde; kültürel zekânın örgüt üyelerinin duygusal emek davranışını pozitif yönde etkilediği, üst bilişsel zeka bileşeninin duygusal emeğin yüzeysel rol yapma davranışını negatif, derin davranış ve doğal (samimi) davranış boyutunu pozitif yönde etkilediği, kültürel zekanın alt boyutlarından davranışsal kültürel zekanın, yüzeysel davranış, derin davranış ve doğal (samimi) davranışı pozitif yönde etkilediğini göstermektedir. Araştırma sonuçları, çok kültürlü ortamda özellikle üyelerin kültürel zeka düzeyinin duyguların yönetiminde ve örgüt tarafından istenen duyguların gösterilmesinde çok önemli bir rol oynadığını göstermektedir. Üst düzey yöneticiler tarafından gerek üyelerin kültürel zekâsının gerekse duygusal emek gösteriminin dikkate alınmasının stratejik insan kaynağının etkin yönetimi açısından önemli olduğu değerlendirilmektedir.

Explanatory factor analysis (EFA) is a multivariate statistical method frequently used in quantitative research and has begun to be used in many fields such as social sciences, health sciences and economics. With EFA, researchers focus on fewer items that explain the structure, instead of considering too many items that may be unimportant and carry out their studies by placing these items into meaningful categories (factors). However, for over sixty years, many researchers have made different recommendations about when and how to use EFA. Differences in these recommendations confuse the use of EFA. The main topics of discussion are sample size, number of items, item extraction methods, factor retention criteria, rotation methods and general applicability of the applied procedures. The abundance of these discussions and opinions in the literature makes it difficult for researchers to decide which procedures to follow in EFA. For this reason, it would be beneficial for researchers to gather different information about the general procedures (sample number, rotation methods, etc.) in the use of EFA. This paper aims to provide readers with an overview of what procedures to follow when implementing EFA and share practical information about the latest developments in methodological decisions in the EFA process. It is considered that the study will be an important guide for the researchers in the development of clear decision paths in the use of EFA, with the aspect of presenting the most up-to-date information collectively.

Society 5.0, human-centered social understanding, is defined as the period in which the technological opportunities offered by Industry 4.0 will serve the welfare of people. However, Society 5.0 faces many factors in terms of resistance to social change. Both the commitment of individuals and organizations to the current social life practice and uncertainty slows down the path to Society 5.0. With the COVID-19 pandemic-related digital solutions and applications on a world scale, life practices have radically changed. At this point, the process towards Society 5.0 has accelerated and the first stage of Kurt Lewin's three-steps change model has started, “unfreeze.” Decision makers and managers need to initiate change, particularly in education and other fields, and contribute to social transformation by “refreezing” new practices and methods that will serve human well-being and Society 5.0. In this context, this process was discussed, and recommendations were made in the scope of the study.

Özİş yerinde sıkılma, içsel bir sıkılma (boredom) durumunun ön belirtisi olarak kabul edilir ve boredom (sıkılma) olarak ele alınan çoğu durumu da kapsayan ancak ondan işyeri özelinde ayrılan önemli bir kavram olarak nitelendirmektedir. İş yerinde sıkılmaya yönelik, Türkçe yazınında ampirik olarak araştırma yapılabilmesi için bu çalışmada Stock (2015) tarafından geliştirilen iş yerinde sıkılma ölçeğinin Türkçeye uyarlanması, geçerlik ve güvenirlik çalışmasının yapılması amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmanın amaçları doğrultusunda İzmir'deki kamu kurum ve kuruluşlarında çalışanlardan veri elde edilmiştir (N=343). Elde edilen veriler SPSS-23 ve AMOS-18 programları yardımıyla analiz edilmiştir. Türkçeye uyarlama çalışması yapılan ölçeğin geçerliğinin test edilmesine yönelik olarak dilsel geçerlilik, yapı geçerliliği, yakınsak ve ıraksak geçerlilikleri kontrol edilmiştir. Ölçeğin güvenirliğinin tespit edilmesine yönelik olarak bileşik güvenirlik değeri, Cronbach Alfa iç tutarlılık kat sayısı ve ölçeğin zamana karşı tutarlılığının tespit edilmesi için test tekrar test yapılmıştır. Yapılan analizler Türk kültürüne uyarlama ve çeviri çalışması yapılan iş yerinde sıkılma ölçeğinin geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçme aracı olduğu ve Türk örneklem grubuna uygulanabileceğini göstermektedir. Böylelikle yapılan bu çalışma ile Türkçe yazınında iş yerinde sıkılmaya yönelik nicel araştırma yapılabilecektir.

The purpose of this study was to acquire meaningful insights on the determinants of creativity with a meticulous examination, and by dint of that, expand the concerned literature. To accomplish the same, a conceptual model that includes authentic leadership, employee creativity, and leader–member exchange (LMX) was methodically developed and evaluated. This research is a quantitative study incorporating a self-report survey. The data were amassed from hotel employees in Northern Cyprus. Data from 314 applicable surveys were analyzed using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS)-22 and analysis of a moment structures (AMOS)-18 programs. Based on the findings, it can be deduced that authentic leadership has a considerable impact on employee creativity, while LMX plays an intermediary role in this relationship. The results of this study are useful and relevant for both researchers and policymakers.
