The Turkish form of the Boreout Scale: A Validity and Reliability Study

Abstract: Özİş yerinde sıkılma, içsel bir sıkılma (boredom) durumunun ön belirtisi olarak kabul edilir ve boredom (sıkılma) olarak ele alınan çoğu durumu da kapsayan ancak ondan işyeri özelinde ayrılan önemli bir kavram olarak nitelendirmektedir.
