The problem of education is an issue of human life throughout their life, both as individuals, social groups as well as members of society. A hope for the government and society to the generations of Hindu that schools of Hinduism can be built not only in formal education but through education in formal and non-formal as in the rise and pasraman-pasraman in every Pakraman
The COVID-19 pandemic had a serious impact on developing various psychological stressors in society. Grounded in cognitive appraisal theory, the current study has been conducted to investigate the moderating role of Hindu religious coping in mitigating the impact of the perceived threat of COVID-19 in developing perceived stress, insomnia, anxiety, and depression among the Hindu residents in Bali, Indonesia. The current study contributed to the body of knowledge regarding religious practices acting as a coping mechanism to help the community cope with crises scenario such as COVID-19. Using a longitudinal field survey, data were collected at two different times from 423 Hinduism believers who actively practiced religion and lived in Bali, Indonesia. Data were analyzed using measurement and structural models in SmartPLS. Results revealed that the perceived threat of COVID-19 impacted a higher level of stress, insomnia, anxiety, and depression among the target sample. Results further depicted that the intensity of the perceived threat of COVID-19 to develop negative stressors among those individuals is low who believe in Hinduism and practice religious obligations on a regular basis. This reflects the moderating role of Hindu religious coping in decreasing stress, insomnia, anxiety, and depression among Hindu believers aimed at COVID-19.
<p>Peningkatan sumber daya dan kemajuan umat Hndu di kabupaten Gianyar nampaknya memerlukan sebuah proses, usaha pemerintah dalam peningkatan sumber daya manusia baik dalam bidang pembangunan dan pendidikan keagama, semua itu tidak lepas dari kesiapan pemimpin pada suatu organisasi dalam menyediakan pelayanan. Dalam pengelolaan bidang pembinaan umat Hindu oleh penyuluh Non-PNS, guna terciptanya penguatan budaya kerja, dalam proses pencapaian kemajuan, meningkatnya sumber daya manusia di bidang agama dan keagamaan, maka diperlukan komitmen dan upaya dari penyuluh untuk menjalankan tugas dan kewajibannya sebagai pelayan masyarakat, yang merupakan wujud dari karma marga. Upaya untuk meningkatkan pendidikan secara intlektual pembinaan-pembinaan penyuluh terhdahap umat Hindu terus ditingkatkan demi mencerdaskan dan memajukan umat Hindu di kabupatern Gianyar. Hal ini dilakukan sesuai dengan Undang-Undang No. 20 Tahun 2003, pasal 30, ayat 2 menyatakan bahwa pendidikan keagamaan berfungsi mempersiapkan peserta didik menjadi anggota masyarakat yang memahami dan mengamalkan nilai-nilai ajaran agama. Penguatan budaya kerja penyuluh menjadikan efisien efektif, apa bila penyuluh telah melakukan kinerja sesuati dengan terjadwal. Budaya organisasi dalam sebuah lembaga baik pemerintah maupun swasta yang diterapkan dengan kuat dan positif akan menjadikan manajemen secara efisien dan efektif, karena menghasilkan hal-hal seperti; nilai, prilaku, adanya musyawarah, dan kegiatan berorientasi pada misi.</p><p>Kata Kunci: Penguatan budaya kerja penyuluh Non-PNS.</p>
Innovative learning is one of the answers to deal with challenges in the current era. STEAM-based learning is needed by students in Indonesia as an effort to train their skills and talents in facing problems in the 21st century. This study aims to describe the integrated thematic learning planning, implementation, and assessment in SD Negeri Tegalrejo 1 Yogyakarta. It was a descriptive qualitative research. Subjects of this study were the classroom teacher, students of VB class, and headmaster. Technique of data collection were observation, interview, and documentation. Data were analyzed by using some steps, in terms of data reduction, data display and drawing coclusion. Technique of testing data vailidity deployed triangulation of data collection technique and data sources. The result indicates that the integrated thematic planning conducted by teacher has contained the minimum criteria of lesson plan. The implementation of STEAM-based integrated thematic learning has presented the characteristics of integrated thematic learning, in terms of using subject guide of Basic Competence (BC), in which each BC has its own material.
<p>The school literacy movement was developed based on nine priority agendas (Nawacita) which aimed to grow and develop the ability of reading and writing. Both of these abilities are contained in Indonesian language subjects. Indonesian Language subjects are a means of conveying knowledge. Through learning Indonesian especially reading and writing, students can master other subjects. Student learning success is greatly influenced by their ability to speak. The definition of literacy through the scientific approach in Indonesian language subjects is more directed at information skills. Information ability refers to several activities, namely observing, asking, trying, associating, and communicating. The process of observing includes seeking information, seeing, hearing, and listening. The questioning activity was carried out as one of the processes of building students' knowledge in the form of concepts in group discussions. Trying activities are useful to increase students' curiosity which includes planning, designing, and obtaining information. Associating activities can be done by analyzing and predicting, while communicating activities are a means to convey the results of conceptualization in oral or written form.</p>
