The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of financial literacy, financial attitude and locus of control on financial satisfaction. The sample was collected using a non-probability method through purposive sampling. The 146 participants were stock investors. Data were analyzed using the SEM- PLS method with the Smart PLS 3.2.8 application. Financial literacy had a significant effect on financial satisfaction, which shows that people who have knowledge of finance will achieve a level of satisfaction in planning and managing personal finances. Financial attitude had a significant effect on financial satisfaction, indicating that financial attitude will influence people’s behavior in making decisions. Locus of control had a significant effect on financial satisfaction, which shows that people who have good control will have satisfaction in planning, managing and making personal financial decisions. The main objective of this research is to explore and determine the effect of Good Corporate Governance, Managerial Ownership, and Firm Size that affect Firm Performance. We used the sample from financial statements of manufacturing companies engaged in Food and Beverages which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with 70 observations from the years 2014 to 2018. Samples were taken using the purposive sampling method. Multiple linear regression model with panel data was used in this study as analysis method. The results showed that corporate responsibility has negative and significant effect on Firm Performance, while Managerial Ownership and Firm Size have positive but not significant on Firm Performance. It can be concluded that this study is consistent to the agency theory predictions.
The purpose of this study was to obtain results: the influence of financial attitudes, financial knowledge, and income on financial management behavior. The object of this research was selected using nonprobability sampling method amounted to 160 respondents at Bali Province. Methods Data analysis uses structural equation modeling (SEM) which aims to test the hypothesis in this study. The result of this study shows that financial attitude significantly have positive affect on financial management behavior, financial knowledge significantly have positive affect on financial management behavior. However, income has no effect on financial management behavior.
This research is conducted with the aim of examining the effect of work environment and organizational culture on employee job satisfaction at Aston Hotel in Pontianak. The respondents used in this study are 100 samples of active hotel employees. The primary data in this study are collected from questionnaires distributed online via GoogleForm, then processed using the SmartPLS software version 3.3.3. The sampling technique is carried out by purposive sampling method. The results of this study indicate that the work environment and organizational culture have a significant influence on employee job satisfaction.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Hotel Aston di Pontianak. Responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 100 sampel karyawan hotel yang aktif. Data primer pada penelitian ini dikumpulkan dari kuisioner yang disebarkan secara online melalui GoogleForm, kemudian diolah menggunakan bantuan software SmartPLS versi 3.3.3. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja dan budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan.
The purpose of this study is to obtain results: the influence of micro and macroeconomic factors of the company on investment opportunities. This research is conducted in five ASEAN countries, such as; Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and the Philippines (ASEAN-5). The microeconomic factors are measured by firm size, financial risk, profitability, and debt policy. The macroeconomic factors are measured by interest rates, exchange rates, inflation, and economic growth. The analysis unit of this study is 175 large capacity manufacturing industries listed on ASEAN-5 stock exchanges for the 2012-2017 period. The data analysis technique used is panel data regression analysis. The result shows that the Debt Equity Ratio has a negative and significant effect on investment opportunities in Microeconomic influence for the ASEAN-5 Countries. Risk does not have a significant effect on investment opportunities. Profitability is insignificant for the ASEAN-5 Countries and is significant for the State of Singapore, Thailand. Firm Size is significant for Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and the Philippines. GDP growth has a significant effect on investment opportunities for the ASEAN-5 countries. The interest rate has harmed the opportunities of investment in Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore. Inflation has a negative and significant effect in Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and the Philippines. Exchange rates are significant for Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore. Investment opportunities have a positive effect on the value of the company in ASEAN-5 Countries. The benefits of this study for creditors are as a guideline for disbursing credit, and for investors it is as a guideline for placing capital investments in companies that have favorable debt and equity considerations in five (5) ASEAN Countries.
This study aims to determine the effect of job stress and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. International Total Service & Logistics. The International Total Service & Logistics company is a shipping agency company engaged in logistics. Collecting data in this study by distributing questionnaires to 80 respondents (through Google Form media). This study uses a non-probability sampling approach with a saturated sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, coefficient of determination, path analysis test, hypothesis testing which is processed using IBM SPSS version 26 software. In this study, the results showed that work stress had no significant effect on performance. employees, and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menngetahui pengaruh stres kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. International Total Service & Logistics. Perusahaan International Total Service & Logistics merupakan perusahan agensi pelayaran yang bergerak dibidang logistik. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner terhadap 80 responden melalui media Google Form. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan non-probability sampling dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, uji koefisien determinasi, uji analisis jalur, uji hipotesis yang diolah menggunakan software IBM SPSS versi 26. Pada penelitian ini, didapat hasil yang menunjukan bahwa stres kerja tidak terdapat pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan kepuasan kerja terdapat pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Dengan kemajuan teknologi, saat ini mulai berkembang start-up yang bergerak di industri kesehatan. Start-up penyedia platform digital layanan kesehatan (healthtech) merupakan perusahaan yang menawarkan berbagai layanan untuk memudahkan seperti telekonsultasi dan pembelian produk kesehatan. Perusahaan mempunyai tujuan yang ingin dicapai dan tujuan ini dapat diraih dengan memaksimalkan potensi sumber daya manusia yang ada melalui peningkatan kepuasan kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh goal setting program, pemberdayaan karyawan, dan self-efficacy terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan start-up healthtech di Jakarta. Peneliti menyebarkan kuesioner kepada karyawan yang bekerja di start-up healthtech di Jakarta yang berjumlah 70 responden. Metode analisa data dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), melalui pendekatan Partial Least Square, Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pemberdayaan karyawan dan self-efficacy memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja sedangkan goal setting program memiliki pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan. During the current COVID-19 pandemic, many people have difficulty accessing health services such as hospitals. With advances in technology, now start-ups are starting to develop in the healthcare industry. Start-up of digital health services (healthtech) platforms are companies that offer various services to facilitate such as teleconsultation and purchasing health products. The company has a goal to be achieved and this goal can be achieved by maximizing the potential of existing human resources through increasing job satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of goal setting program, employee empowerment, and self-efficacy on job satisfaction for healthtech start-up employees in Jakarta. Researchers distributed questionnaires to employees who work at healthtech start-ups in Jakarta, totaling 70 respondents. The data analysis method in this study is a quantitative method using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), through a Partial Least Square approach. The results of this study show that employee empowerment and self-efficacy have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction while the goal setting program has a negative and not significant.

Population in this study are all the insurance company listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange in the period 2017 – 2019. The method of selecting samples used in this study is a non probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique. The results of this study are Leverage that has a negative and non significant effect on Firm Value, Profitability Ratio has a positive and non significant effect on Firm Value, and Firm Size has a negative and significant effect on Firm Value. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara Rasio Hutang (DER), Rasio Profitabilitas (ROA), dan Ukuran Perusahaan (Firm Size) terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Asuransi di Indonesia. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan asuransi di Indonesia yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada periode 2017 – 2019. Metode pemilihan sample yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode non profitability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Rasio Hutang (DER) berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, Rasio Profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, Ukuran Perusahaan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan.
