The Covid-19 pandemic since the beginning of 2020 has changed all aspects of people's lives. The community must start a new life adaptation where the implementation of health protocols is not only mandatory but also a lifestyle trend. One of the new habits that many people are starting to implement is online shopping. This is an opportunity for MSMEs in Indonesia to be able to take this opportunity so that they can develop and sustain their business in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, it is necessary for MSME players to be introduced to Digital Marketing. The goal of this study is to introduce the deployment of small and medium-sized enterprises in the MSME sector during the COVID-19 pandemic. This review takes a qualitative approach, using a literature review, to examine and solve research content issues. The results of the research show that digital marketing is very helpful for MSME players in Indonesia because with the various benefits that digital marketing has, it can increase the sales turnover of MSME players. However, digital marketing has not been widely applied to the MSME sector in Indonesia due to several factors, including not yet technological literacy, inadequate supporting facilities to Indonesia's geographic conditions which become obstacles. Therefore, researchers recommend a few simple things how to start a business with digital marketing, such as starting to determine marketing goals, marketing targets, determining the digital platform to use; determine the budget, and create content that can attract consumer attention. In this study, the authors also describe the added value obtained by customers who use digital marketing.
The main objective of this research is to explore and determine the effect of Good Corporate Governance, Managerial Ownership, and Firm Size that affect Firm Performance. We used the sample from financial statements of manufacturing companies engaged in Food and Beverages which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with 70 observations from the years 2014 to 2018. Samples were taken using the purposive sampling method. Multiple linear regression model with panel data was used in this study as analysis method. The results showed that corporate responsibility has negative and significant effect on Firm Performance, while Managerial Ownership and Firm Size have positive but not significant on Firm Performance. It can be concluded that this study is consistent to the agency theory predictions.
Nowadays, the creative industry contributes a lot to the economic growth. Reliable human resources support the organizational success. This study investigates the employees’ innovative behavior, which is assumed to be influenced by intellectual capital. This aspect consists of human capital, structural capital, and relational capital. This survey-based research studied the creative industry employees for four months in data collection and four months for analysis and interpretation of data processing results. This study used a quantitative method to answer the proposed hypothesis. The samples were 243 employees of the creative industry in Bandung, Cimahi, Bandung Regency, and West Bandung Regency, Indonesia. For processing the data and testing the hypotheses, the research employed the Partial Least Square-SEM. The results show that there is a compelling effect on human capital, structural capital, and relational capital on innovative behavior. The R-squared value of 0.46 indicates the overall impact. This research suggests some aspects that escalate the innovative behavior. The first aspect is skill enhancement, which leads to the raising of human capital. Next, providing the facilities and infrastructure for internet network connections builds the structural capital. Moreover, offering sources of raw materials needed by employees prompts the relational capital. By carrying out those efforts, the employees’ innovative behavior can increase optimally. Research on intellectual capital currently focuses on the performance of the company and dynamic capabilities. Currently, focus on processes of intellectual capital is still in an emerging stage. This study pursues to fulfill the theoretical gap regarding the intellectual capital in which the focus of the research is on innovative behavior in the creative industry.
Ongoing acoustic Doppler current profilers (ADCP) observation in the eastern equatorial IndianOcean and a recent International Nusantara Stratification and Transport (INSTANT) experiment in the Indonesian Throughflow (ITF) straits have shown coherent intraseasonal oceanic variations in this region. The intraseasonal variations are dominated by 30-70 day variations, with a tendency for the observed currents in the eastern equatorial Indian Ocean to lead those at the Lombok and Ombai Straits. Phase speed of these eastward propagating signals estimated using lag correlation analysis does not correspond to one particular baroclinic mode, though it is in the range expected for the first two baroclinic modes. In this study, the dynamics underlying this intraseasonal coherency is evaluated using output from a high-resolution ocean general circulation model developed for the Earth Simulator (OFES). The results from model simulation of January 2001 through December 2007 show that the first two baroclinic modes dominate the intraseasonal variations in this region. While the first and second baroclinic modes have comparable contribution to the intraseasonal oceanic variations in the eastern equatorial Indian Ocean and in the Ombai Strait, the intraseasonal oceanic variations in the Lombok Strait are dominated by the first baroclinic mode. Moreover, the analysis reveals that the intraseasonal variability at all mooring sites is mostly confined in the upper layer above 100 m depth. Both equatorial wind from the Indian Ocean and alongshore winds off Sumatra and Java play important roles in generating intraseasonal variations in the Lombok and Ombai Straits.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pariwisata Purwakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 42,4%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (7,071 > 1,995). Disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 42,7%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (7,112 > 1,995). Motivasi dan disiplin kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan persamaan regresi Y = 8,586 + 0,387X1 + 0,405X2 dan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 56,7%, uji hipotesis diperoleh F hitung > F tabel atau (43,928 > 2,740).
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia dan Kemampuan Pemanfaatan Teknologi terhadap Kinerja Aparatur Desa Pada Kantor Kepala Desa di Kabupaten Gunungkidul, Yogyakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini Kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Aparatur Desa sebesar 41,5%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (10,045 > 1,977). Kemampuan Pemanfaatan Teknologi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Aparatur Desa sebesar 42,7%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (10,285 > 1,977). Kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia dan Kemampuan Pemanfaatan Teknologi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Aparatur Desa dengan persamaan regresi Y = 6,025 + 0,391X1 + 0,461X2. Kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 57,3%, uji hipotesis diperoleh F hitung > F tabel atau (94,626 > 2,670).
The COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted the global economy and business, and Human Resources (HR) is at its heart. With the organization now on the cusp of recovery, the role of HR has become even more important. The question is not limited in terms of imagining the impact and role of human resources in the future post-COVID-19. One thing is certain - the pandemic and its inherent effects on business have highlighted the need for adaptability and resilience in today's workforce, accelerated the shift towards a new digital economy, and emphasized the importance of HR in the new normal. This study tries to describe the role of human resource management in an effort to restore organizational performance. This study is a qualitative research using descriptive methods to describe the object under study. The results showed that the role of HRM during the COVID-19 pandemic was very strategic, especially in terms of maintaining the health and safety of workers when returning to work by implementing strict health protocols and also providing guidance and assistance for employees affected by COVID-19 such as downsizing and restructurisation. This research also presents HR transformation in terms of employee performance appraisal using results-based performance methods and the use of technology as a support in job optimization

Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 37,0%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (7,533 > 1,984). Motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 42,1%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (8,499 > 1,984). Budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 37,1%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (7,597 > 1,984). Pelatihan, motivasi dan budaya organisasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 6,746 + 0,243X1 + 0,304X2 + 0,370X3. Kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 55,5%, uji hipotesis diperoleh F hitung > F tabel atau (39,934 > 2,470).
