Banyak ancaman yang mengancam kelangsungan hidup dan martabat manusia serta memperkuat upaya untuk menghadapi ancaman, salah satunya adalah dengan menanamkan nilai Human Security sedini mungkin, ada 3 Asas utama yang diharapkan dalam penanaman Nilai Human Security yaitu Freedom from fear, Freedom from want, dan Freedom to live in dignity,Tujuan setelah dilakukan penelitian ini, adalah Untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengetahuan siswa dalam penanaman karakter Human Security di lingkungan sekolah dasar, tempat penelitian adalah Sekolah Dasar yang berasrama di daerah tangerang. metode yang digunakan adalah Kualitatif ekploratif yang datanya dikumpulkan dengan cara wawancara nonformal dengan Siswa sekolah dan para guru, penyebaran angket. dari hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa penanaman human security di sekolah SD Ummu Habibah masih terbatas pada penerapan kurikulum sekolah dan kegiatan nonkurikuler saja, pengintegrasian Human Security pada Pembelajaran di kelas hanya ditemukan dasar -dasar pengenalan human security belum semua kegiatan mendorong nilai penanaman karakter Human Security, keterlaksanaan program Adiwiyata dan ESD juga belum maksimal perlu adanya pendukung sekolah yaitu lembaga lain dalam mengarahkan kegiatan tersebut sehingga kegiatan ini mencapai tujuan yang di harapkan dan dapat dikembangkan menjadi program dalam mendorong terciptanya keamanan manusia, serta terimplikasi pada kegiatan siswa dilingkungan sekolah Maupun lingkungan luar sekolah. dst
This study objectives to designate the English learning of elementary school (SD) students in the Al-Multazam boarding school. English as a foreign language is taught to teach the basics of English. Curriculum design to formulate students who have Rudimentary English skills. The type of research used in this investigation is qualitative research. Data collection methods used are: observation, interviews and documentation. From observations and interviews, it is decided that students' English learning in boarding schools is still very unpretentious. The teachers have not encountered the educational levels and qualifications, especially English. Learning English is not only carried out formally (face to face) but language programs: vocabulary delivery, morning conversation, and performances in student activities are a form of intensive language learning at the Al-Multazam boarding school. Evaluation of learning for English is carried out with an oral and written examination model every semester as a form of mentality and academic assessment of Al-Multazam students' language skills
The purpose of this research is to measure the teachers' role is in cultivating the character of Human Security in the elementary school environment, to find out whether there is the cultivation of human security in learning activities in elementary schools. This research was conducted in an elementary school boarding in the Tangerang area. The method used is descriptive qualitative data collected using nonformal interviews with the principal and teachers, and photos of activities that have been carried out at school and from the results of the research are expected to be implicated in student activities in the school environment and outside the school environment.
Reading is important to students' academic achievement and contains a problematical process. One important aspect of teaching reading has been ignored, that is the need to teach students the suitable reading approaches. In this study we investigated the use of reading approaches in developing students' reading competency on Javanese language among primary school teachers. For the purpose of the study, twenty school teachers from jepara central java have been randomly selected as the research subjects. A questionnaire survey was administered to define whether the teachers have knowledge of reading approaches and to demonstrate their students. The findings of the study indicated that while teachers were responsive of the use of reading strategies in developing reading capabilities on javanese language, they did not completely utilized them in teaching reading to primary school students. Effective reading approaches such as setting context, recitation the text to students and predicting or interpreting transcript were less frequently used. Other than, teachers also unsecsessful to encourage students' interaction with the script.
The purpose of this study was to find out and understand (1) the process of improving scientific essay writing skills through a heutagogical approach to online learning and (2) the effectiveness of applying the heutagogical approach to improving students' scientific essay writing skills. The method used is action research. The research was conducted on students at a university in Jakarta, Indonesia. This research is participatory and collaborative and takes place in two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. Data were collected through writing tests and observations. The writing test results were assessed using the speech writing assessment guidelines. The results showed that applying the heutagogical approach in online learning could improve students' scientific essay writing skills. The mean score on the initial test was 67.88, with only 37.2% getting a score of 75. In the first cycle, the average value increased to 74.49 with a success percentage of 60.5, and in the second cycle, the average value increased to 78.95 with a success percentage of 81.4%. From the research results, it can be concluded that the heutagogical approach can improve students' scientific writing skills.
Pengaruh Persepsi Guru Pada Atas Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dan Profesionalisme Terhadap Kinerja Guru( Survei Pada SMKN di Jakarta Pusat). Tesis: Jakarta : Program Studi Pendidikan Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial: Universitas Indraprasta Persatuan Guru Republik Indonesia, Februari, 2015. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh persepsi Guru Atas Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, dan Profesionalisme secara bersamasama maupun sendiri-sendiri terhadap Kinerja Guru di Jakarta Pusat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey dengan analisis korelasional. Sedangkan data dan informasi di lapangan dijaring dengan bantuan kuesioner. Berdasarkan analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) Terdapat pengaruh yang Signifikan Persepsi Guru atas kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dan Profesionalisme secara bersama-sama terhadap Kinerja Guru. Hal ini dibuktikan oleh Fhitung = 24,156 > T tabel = 3,15 dan Sig 0,000 < 0,05 dan koefisien determinan ry122 sebesar 45,90% dan persamaan garis regresi = 27,766 + 0,611 X1 + 0,152 X2. 2) Terdapat pengaruh yang Signifikan Persepsi Guru atas kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah terhadap Kinerja Guru. Hal ini dibuktikan oleh t hitung = 4,711> t tabel =1,67 dan sig 0,000< 0,05. 3) Tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan Profesionalisme terhadap Kinerja Guru. Hal ini dibuktikan oleh Hasil pengujian pada taraf nyata 5% ternyata menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis tandingan (h1) diterima, dimana diperoleh,nilai t hitung = 1,447 > t tabel =1,68, dan Sig 0,153> 0,05.
