AIM: The objectives of this research are to reveal and to analyze the stunting prevention policy as a form of legal protection for children’s health rights (HR).
METHODS: This type of research is a normative legal research approach to the legislation approach and conceptual approach.
RESULTS: The results of the study show that stunting prevention policy as a form of legal protection for child HR has not been able to reduce the number of stunting. The high prevalence of stunting as evidence of the government’s failure in legal protection against the problem of malnutrition. Ignoring children’s rights is a form of HR violations committed by the state.
CONCLUSION: Need to regulate the law related to stunting as a manifestation of state responsibility in upholding children’s rights. Prevention and handling of stunting are carried out holistically in various sectors with commitment and synergy between the central/regional government, parents, family, and community.
Abstract–Bigeye scad resources which landed at Bitung Oceanic Fishing Port is one of important fish capture in Bitung because its have economic value and second ratings after scad mackerel in product volume. Bigeye scad fish capture was often mixed with another species in fisherman fish capture, so it making difficult to distinguish clearly.The objective of this research are : 1) to indentification bigeye scad in morfology, 2) to analyzemolecular bigeye scad, (3) to evidence the bigeye scad are the same species or not.Sample for the study were collectedfish landing site at Bitung Ocean Fishing Port from December 2015 to March 2016. The methodology of the research is survey research. For data analysis using truss morfometrics, principal component analysis (PCA) and mtDNA region COI. The result of this research indicated that based on the analysis of morphometric characters and PCA, bigeye scad and smalleye scad have differences in morphology, but result of mt DNA-COI analysis indicated those species are the same as Selar crumenophthalmus with similarity value 99,67%. Small islands depend on rainwater as a source of water. Climate variability affects changes in groundwater chemistry on small islands. Pari Island is one such small island, located in Indonesia, with an area of 41.32 ha and a population of 1,441. This study aims to assess the vulnerability of groundwater quality to climate variability based on observations from Pari Island, including the influence of tourism on groundwater. The study used traditional hydrochemistry analysis methods (Piper, Durof, Scholler, and Gibb’s diagrams), a questionnaire survey, and Standardized Precipitation Evapotranspiration Index (SPEI) analysis. The results indicate a strong correlation between SPEI-2 and the total dissolved solid content of groundwater, demonstrating that two-monthly interval precipitation has an impact on groundwater quality. The hydro chemical analysis of samples taken from dug wells shows that, geographically, the influence of climate variability on Pari Island weakened from west to east, corresponding to patterns related to the direction of the monsoon winds of tropical Indonesia. Increased tourism worsened groundwater vulnerability due to increased water demand and resultant wastewater load.
This research purpose it is to analyze: (1) The expectations of consumers towards agro-industry brand image; (2) Analyze improvement planning of brand image in order to development of agro-industry keringkentangkiranaproducts.The method used in this study is a instrument variables test, descriptive analysis and qualitative analysis.Descriptive analysis aims to describe the facts, or population or certain areas with factual and systematic. Analysis qualitative in this study is using Quality Function Deployment QFD, from stage 1 to stage 4. The result showed that: ( 1 ) Consumer expectations of the brand image attributes that need to be improved and become a first priority for repaired is legal, advertising, durability, packaging, and logo design with a value of 0,10. For the second attributes that must guarded and maintained by the company is the price and the taste with the value 0,096, while the third priority is the aroma, texture, color and brand name with a normal weight of 0,077. ( 2 ) Planning and improvement in brand image in order to development KeringKentangKirana, performed by observing the production plan that have the highest importance weight values to be prioritized and addressed by CV Putra Mandiri Perkasa within development of KeringKentangKirana, first production planning is standardize the production process with a value of 2,04, raw material selection with a value 1,796 , packaging design and logo with a value 1,755, and the latter is an extension of ads with a value 1,491.
