Discussing the radicalism of religion and global terrorism is a global challenge that is now a worldwide concern, including for the Islamic community in Indonesia. Research in this paper with an analytical descriptive approach using the documentative method. The general purpose of this research is to understand the root causes of terrorism and religious radicalism in Indonesia? What is the solution of Islam to overcome the problem of religious radicalism and global terrorism? The results of this research show: first, the historical roots of global terrorism and religious radicalism is a very complex portrait of social, political, and economic history. Also, the complexity of local, regional and global problems are interconnected with one another. Second, the Islamic solution to overcome this problem with the Islamic approach to peace for all (rahmatan lil alamin) which prioritizes the path of dialogue and world peace.
ABSTRAK Strategi penghimpunan zakat infaq dan sedekah masa kini harus selaras dengan perkembangan teknologi dan perilaku masyarakat 5.0 (society 5.0), dimana Society 5.0 menciptakan masyarakat yang berbasis teknologi sehingga pembayaran zakat, infaq, dan sedekah non tunai harus memanfaatkan teknologi finansial seperti, mobile banking, ATM, QRIS, dompet digital maupun e-commerce. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu guna mengetahui besarnya penerimaan dan penggunaan layanan teknologi finansial dalam membayar Zakat, Infaq, dan Sedekah (ZIS) menggunakan ekstensi Technology of Acceptance Model (TAM) dengan motivasi spiritual. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) dengan sebanyak 129 responden yang berasal dari Kota Bekasi, Bandung, Bogor, Cimahi, Sukabumi, Garut, Majalengka, Tasikmalaya, dan Pangandaran. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa muzakki dalam menerima dan menggunakan layanan teknologi keuangan untuk membayar ZIS secara non tunai dipengaruhi oleh persepsi kemudahan, persepsi kegunaan, sikap, dan intensi. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah agar lembaga zakat dapat mengetahui penerimaan dan penggunaan teknologi muzakki dalam menunaikan zakat non tunai sehingga dapat berinovasi dalam menyediakan layanan bagi muzakki maupun masyarakat yang akan membayar zakat non tunai. Kata Kunci: Zakat Non Tunai, Kesejahteraan Umum, Perilaku Mikroekonomi, Ekonomi Keuangan. ABSTRACT The strategy of collecting zakat infaq and alms today must be in line with technological developments and community behavior 5.0 (society 5.0), where Society 5.0 creates a technology-based society. ATM, QRIS, digital wallet, and e-commerce. The purpose of this study is to determine the amount of acceptance and use of financial technology services in paying Zakat, Infaq, and Alms (ZIS) using the Technology of Acceptance Model (TAM) extension with spiritual motivation. The research method used is Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with 129 respondents taken from Bekasi, Bandung, Bogor, Cimahi, Sukabumi, Garut, Majalengka, Tasikmalaya, and Pangandaran. This study found that muzakki in accepting and using financial technology services to pay ZIS non-cash were influenced by perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, attitudes, and intentions. However, the perceived usefulness does not affect the attitude of muzakki in paying non-cash ZIS, and indirectly the perceived usefulness does not affect the actual use of muzakki to pay ZIS. This research implies that zakat institutions can find out the acceptance and use of muzakki technology in paying zakat so that they can innovate in providing services for muzakki and people who will pay non-cash zakat. Tempe industry is one of potential micro enterprises operating in Indonesia. Tempe isa well-known substitution food consumed by many people in the country. Thus tempeproduction has an important role in meeting the demand for Tempe in the domestic market in Indonesia. Practically in many areas, Tempe production is operated in a small scale due to lack of resources. This promising business is feasible to be developed into a higher scale. The feasibility study is an in-depth assessment in analyzing either a running business or a proposed business plan. The purpose of this study is to define a business condition with a statement that a business is feasible or not as per consideration in various analyzed aspects. In-depth assessment means that one enterprise will be studied comprehensively according to data and information, measured and examined with certain methods. One important aspect is marketing which will look at how large the market share of the business, how capable the business to attain the proportion of the market sharudie, relatively compare with the competitors, what strategies will be conducted in obtaining the expected results for the business. Financial analysis will assess the capability of a business in attaining revenue and minimizing the cost. By doing this analysis, the duration of payback period of an investment will be calculated precisely. The assessment includes financial records and cash flow report. Research method used in this study is descriptive both quantitative and qualitative using survey method and indepth interview. The research designed to capture the real condition regarding the analyzedobject based on valid data and factual circumstances. The collected data then analyzed and processed with the basic theory used in this research. This research was conducted in Tempe production center located on Jalan Ampera Tasikmalaya City. Based on the result from financial analysis, it can be stated that the business is feasible. Based on the result on sharia marketing analysis, it is found that the business is operated accordingly to sharia principles. However, the interview section found some problems regarding the financial management and marketing strategy which needed to be resolutely improved. The research results are expected to be considered as evaluation issue for the improvement and development of Tempe industry in Tasikmalaya City and eventually give some contribution for the economic growth in Tasikmalaya City.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tentang strategi pemasaran berbasis syariah yang menggabungkan antara analisis SWOT (Strengths, Weakness, Opportunity, Treatment) dan analisis sadd dan fath al-dzari’ah dalam ranah penalaran hukum Islam. Disadari bahwa strategi pemasaran merupakan sistem logika pemasaran yang berhubungan dengan segmentasi pasar, menetapkan target pasar yang diinginkan dan yang ingin dimasuki, melakukan diferensiasi pasar, serta memposisikan produk pada pasar yang unggul. Analisis SWOT adalah instrumen yang masih dipandang ampuh dalam melakukan analisis stratejik. Sementara analisis dengan penalaran sadd dan fath al-dzari’ah merupakan sistem logika penalaran hukum yang sering digunakan dalam ranah sosio-ekonomi (muamalah iqtishadiyah). Analisis strategi dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT hanya menyarankan apa yang harus dilakukan bukan bagaimana melakukannya. Dengan analisis sadd dan fath al-dzari’ah, pada akhirnya strategi pemasaran bisa sampai pada bagaimana yang seharusnya dilakukan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan. Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif normatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Objek penelitian ini adalah pengusaha bordir di sentra industri bordir Kota Tasikmalaya. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan angket/kuesioner, dan analisis data menggunakan teknik analisa SWOT pendekatan IFAS dan EFAS. Berdasarkan tabel Internal Factors Analysis Summary (IFAS) Pemasaran usaha bordir di Sentra Industri Bordir Kota Tasikmalaya diperoleh skor 2,94 dan dari tabel External Factors Analysis Summasry (EFAS) diperoleh skor 2,95 yang berarti Sentra Industri Bordir Kota Tasikmalaya masih mempunyai daya saing yang tinggi. Dengan menutup sarana (sadd al-dzariah) terjadinya penetapan harga yang tidak terukur (ghabn fahisy/excessive) dan saling klaim atas disain industri, serta membuka (fath) kesadaran penuh akan produk yang dipatenkan, maka strategi pemasaran produk pada sentra industri bordir Kota Tasikmalaya akan mencapai hasil yang maksimal.
