Discussing the radicalism of religion and global terrorism is a global challenge that is now a worldwide concern, including for the Islamic community in Indonesia. Research in this paper with an analytical descriptive approach using the documentative method. The general purpose of this research is to understand the root causes of terrorism and religious radicalism in Indonesia? What is the solution of Islam to overcome the problem of religious radicalism and global terrorism? The results of this research show: first, the historical roots of global terrorism and religious radicalism is a very complex portrait of social, political, and economic history. Also, the complexity of local, regional and global problems are interconnected with one another. Second, the Islamic solution to overcome this problem with the Islamic approach to peace for all (rahmatan lil alamin) which prioritizes the path of dialogue and world peace.
Proses pelaksanaan pencapaian tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan yang tertuang dalam Perpres No.59 tahun 2017 merupakan komitmen pemerintah RI sebagai anggota PBB untuk ikut serta mewujudkan Sustainable Development Goals(SDGs 2017) yang tertuang dalam Transforming Our World: The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. Salah satu tujuan SDGs yang dituangkan dalam Lampiran Perpres No.59 tahun 2017 sebagai tujuan global dan diselaraskan dengan pembangunan nasional Indonesia, adalah jaminan kesetaraan gender dan pemberdayaan perempuan.Kesetaraan gender merupakan hak asasi yang fundamental yang akan mencegah terjadinya perlakuan yang diskriminatif.Kesetaraan gender juga dapat menjadi salah satu cara mencapai pertumbuhan ekonomi, memerangi kelaparan, kemiskinan, pencegahan HIV/AIDS,yang akan diwujudkan dalam agenda pembangunan nasional yang berkelanjutan.Perwujudan kesetaraan gender dan pemberdayaan merupakan wujud komitmen pemerintah bersama negara negara anggota PBB untuk mencapai SDGs yang dimulai tahun 2017.
Discussing the urgency and relevance of civic education and religious character education from an early age has several challenges as well as opportunities. The research in this paper is qualitative with an analytical descriptive approach using documentation methods. The general objective of this study is to understand not only the urgency but also the relevance of citizenship education and religious character education from an early age in Indonesia? What are the challenges and opportunities for implementing civic education and religious character education for an early age in Indonesia? In general, strengthening civic education and religious character education from an early age in Indonesia is still important because this is part of a process that has never been completed. This is relevant to the spirit of change and sustainability from era to era. In this case, the challenges can be said to be not small. More than that, the opportunity may also be greater to be optimized for the realization of unity in diversity and the progress of the nation.
ABSTRACT The village community needs the development of alternative designs that are suitable for the Herbal Education area in Batu City for the progress of Indonesia. The activities' strategy is planning an alternative design concept for the Batu City Herbal Education Area. This community service has theoretical benefits that add insight and knowledge about determining educational tours' location with various approaches. In practical terms, several added values are useful for providing input to officials and policymakers for Batu City tourism development, specifically in developing tourism with the concept of education through city image theory. This activity's impact is a good effect of these activities, especially landmarks that function optimally in building the area's image for visitors/observers in the development of the herbal education area of Batu City. More than that, it can also provide an impression/experience to visitors/observers regarding the state of the Batu City herbal education area. Also, to support in comparing the herbal education area of Batu city.
AbstrakPaten adalah hak khusus yang diberikan berdasarkan Undang-Undang oleh pemerintah kepada orang atau badan hukum yang mendapatkan suatu penemuan (invention) di bidang teknologi. Paten sebagai rezim kepemilikan dengan pemberian hak ekslusif (exclusive right) bukan bersifat tanpa batas. Negara boleh mengatur perkecualian secara terbatas hak eksklusif yang tercakup dalam paten. Asalkan perkecualian tersebut tidak secara tanpa alasan yang sah bertentangan dengan eksploitasi normal paten dan tidak merugikan kepentingan yang wajar dari Pemegang Paten, serta dengan tetap memperhitungkan kepentingan pihak ketiga. Salah satu wujud pembatasan hak eksklusif paten adalah aturan mengenai lisensi wajib (compulsory license). (Henry Campbell Black, 1996; 1279). Jadi berarti lisensi adalah suatu bentuk hak untuk melakukan satu atau serangkaian tindakan atau perbuatan yang diberikan oleh mereka yang berwenang dalam bentuk izin. Tanpa adanya izin tersebut, maka tindakan atau perbuatan tersebut merupakan suatu tindakan yang terlarang yang tidak sah yang merupakan perbuatan melawan hukum. Jika kita coba telusuri lebih jauh maka lisensi yang didefinisikan dalamBlack"s Law Dictionary , dimana dikatakan bahwa Licensing adalah :The sale of a license permitting the use of patents, trademarks or the technology to another firm (Henry Campbell Black, 1996; 1280).Dapat kita tarik kesimpulan bahwa makna lisensi secara tidak langsung sudah bergeser ke arah "penjualan" izin (privilege) untuk mempergunakan paten, hak atas merek (khususnya merek dagang) atau teknologi (diluar perlindungan paten = rahasia dagang) kepada pihak lain.
