This This research is developing multimedia based on Andorid for vocational high school students in Makassar city. The development model used is an interactive multimedia design development model developed by StephenaM. Alessi & Stanley R. Trollip consists of planning, design and development, as well as attributes that are always present in every stage. The data collection techniques used questionnaires, interviews and documentation which were analyzed descriptive qualitative and quantitative statistics. The results showed 1) the use of the internet in learning has not been maximal, including the use of smartphones, while the development of information and communication technology demands the use of information teccnology in learning, 2) Android-based multimedia that has been developed has been validated by content expert and media expert and declared valid and very proper to be used, 3) the trial results in the individual test are in a score with very proper qualifications so that they are declared valid meanwhile the small group trials are in the very valid and practical. Based on the stages that are passed in Android-based multimedia development in physic subject, product development can be continued at the next stage, namely large group testing and implementation.
Nurses are at the forefront of health services and even have a major influence in determining the degree of quality of health services in hospitals. So that the knowledge, skills and attitudes of nurses need to be improved, especially in the professional aspects of health service delivery. The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze the capacity building of nurses in health services in hospitals. Method; this research is qualitative with a case study approach. The focus of the research is the extent to which the steps of the nurse capacity building process in health services in hospitals. The instrument used in this study was the researcher himself. Data collection by interview, observation and literature review. Data analysis using; condensing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions or verification. The results showed that the capacity-building process carried out by the hospital had gone well, but it needed to be improved in terms of spiritual and technological abilities for nurses so that it would improve the quality of health services. Conclusion; that in improving health services, capacity building for nurses is needed by adding the concept of a spiritual and technological approach.
One of the problems of education in Indonesia is the low level of public literacy both on a national and international scale. One of the essential aspects of improving literacy is by generating interest in reading in college students. This study aims to test the effectiveness of the Content & Language Integrated Learning (CLIL) method on students' reading comprehension skills. There were 40 participants involved in the study which were divided into two groups, namely the control class and the experimental class. All participants are students from the State Islamic Institute (IAIN) Palopo, South Sulawesi, Indonesia who are taking Indonesian language courses as a compulsory subject in higher education. To collect data, the researcher used an instrument in the form of a multiple-choice test which was given to both groups in the pretest and posttest sessions. The learning outcomes of the two test sessions were analyzed quantitatively using the SPSS 20.00 application. The results showed that the use of the CLIL method in Indonesian courses could improve students' reading comprehension skills. This is indicated by the difference in the average value between the pretest and posttest reading comprehension.
The purpose of this study is to examine and explain the management strategy of BUM Desa in realizing an Independent Village. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative, using a case study approach (case study). The focus of the research is the management of BUM Desa. Data obtained through primary and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques through interviews, observations, questionnaires and literature. The research instrument is the researcher himself. Data analysis is carried out in stages; data collection, data simplification, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of the SWOT analysis on the WT strategy (weaknesses and challenges) formulating a BUMDES management strategy with the Cadreization-Based Management Intervention Model show that BUMDES management is related to BUMDES institutional managerial so that the Village Government can accelerate the development and performance improvement of BUMDES management in the management of BUMDES to realize an Independent Village.
