Cimanuk Watershed is a priority catchment in West Java Province. The objective of study is to analyze various land use scenarios to improve base flow and lateral flow. The analysis use SWAT Hydrology model. The study showed that model has a good performance in predicting flow discharge produced NSE 0.56 (satisfactorily) and R2 0.70. There are four scenarios to be analyzed. The best base flow and lateral flow analyses is from the first scenario with soil and water conservation techniques. The scenario resulted the river regime coefficient by 78 (moderat), reduce direct runoff by 40.76% and increase lateral by 536.95 mm. Cibeet Sub-watershed is located in downstream of Citarum watershed and categorized as Priority I. Landuse change is an environmental issue which causes of damageof that watershed ecosystem. Landuse change can also affect the hydrological conditions of the watershed. The results of the SWAT(Soil Water Assessment Assessment) model simulation in the Cibeet Sub-watershed used LISAT (LAPAN IPB Satellite) imagery show is KAT (Coeficient Run off) value is a very high (0.54). Based on landuse in RTRW (Regional Land Use Planning) West Java 2025 the value of KAT decreased to 0.49 in the high category. Application of Soil and Water Conservation (KTA) techniques to land use of the LISAT imagery 2017 by Water Infiltration Wells were able to reduce surface flow by 63.49% and KAT values to 0.4 medium categories.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis berbagai skenario penggunaan lahan untuk memperbaiki aliran dasar dan aliran lateral. Analisis menggunakan Model Hidrologi SWAT. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kinerja model mampu memprediksi debit aliran dengan nilai NSE 0.56 (memuaskan) dan R<sup>2</sup> 0.70. Ada empat skenario yang akan dianalisis. Aliran dasar dan aliran lateral terbaik berasal dari skenario pertama dengan penerapan teknik Konservasi Tanah dan Air.
