Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui implementasi pembelajaran nonformal yang berkaitan dengan perencanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan evaluasi pembelajaran yang berbeda dengan sekolah dasar formal pada umumnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi partisipan, wawancara bebas terpimpin dan dokumentasi untuk mendapatkan data dan informasi akurat dengan pengetahuan yang mendalam tentang implementasi pembelajaran nonformal Sekolah Dasar Quran Hanifah Kota Semarang yang menggunakan pembelajaran yang berbeda dengan sekolah pada umumnya degan tujuan pembelajarannya adalah berakhlaqul karimah dan mampu menghafal Alquran. Hasil penelitian (1) perencanaan pembelajaran nonformal yang diselenggarakan sesuai dengan kalender akademik yang diberikan kepada orangtua; (2) proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran nonformal diawali dan diakhiri dengan doa serta dibuat peraturan (adab) dalam belajar yang mengedepankan tahfidz atau hafalan, (3) evalusi pembelajaran nonformal dilakukan di awal dengan tes kemampuan membaca, evaluasi proses dengan tes hafalan dan evaluasi akhir dengan tes ujian hafalan mingguan dan bulanan; dan (4) faktor pendukung adanya kegiatan parenting 2 (dua) mingguan serta penghambat tempat yang sempit dan kualifikasi pendidik belum lulus sarjana. Implementation of nonformal learning in Hanifah Quran Primary Schools in Semarang City AbstractThe purpose of the study was to determine the implementation of non-formal learning related to learning planning, the implementation of learning, and evaluation of learning that was different from formal elementary schools in general. This study uses a qualitative research approach with data collection techniques using participant observation, guided free interviews and documentation to obtain accurate data and information with in-depth knowledge about the implementation of nonformal learning in the Hanifah Quran Primary School in Semarang that uses learning that is different from the school in general. Research results (1) non-formal learning planning held in accordance with the academic calendar given to parents; (2) the process of implementing non-formal learning begins and ends with prayer and rules (adab) in learning that promote tahfidz or memorization, (3) nonformal learning evaluation is carried out at the beginning with reading ability tests, process evaluation with memorization tests and final evaluation with tests weekly and monthly memorization tests; and (4) supporting factors for 2 weekly parenting activities and narrow space barriers and the qualifications of educators have not yet graduated.
The challenges of the human being now more complicated than 50 years ago. The human life in the 21st century is characterized by knowledge society and information and technology literacy beyond the human basic skills to survive on the previous ages. To participate in the 21st century it is not enough if we only mastering the basic literacy skills as reading, writing, and arithmetic, moreover we should be a person who has a high qualified skill on critical thinking, problem-solving, good communication and collaboration, and also creative and innovative. The aim of education to prepare the student to be a member of the global community should effectively improve their self to gain a high chance to participate and build their self-existence facing the global community challenges.
Developing professionalism teacher today prefer to conventional and suspected that there's not really effective yet, such as inappropriate training toward individual necessary by the teacher, teacher teamwork activity limited themself for attending and do something else. The aims of this study to (1) analyzing the necessary of developing professionalism teacher, (2) improving the design of professionalism teacher based on Self-regulated learning, (3) Testing the properness of the developing professionalism teacher based on Self-regulated learning. The study was R&D (Research and Development). This study consist of four stages: literature study, preface study, development and evaluation stage. The result of this research showed that the necessary of developing professionalism teacher absolutely high. The design model development was improved by Self-regulated learning model, the properness of Self-regulated learning model was tested by the experts who declared that Self-regulated learning appropriate to be experimented. The benefits of this research as the study of science in guidance and counseling, in addition widen more knowledge about the appropriate development model.
Early childhood education is a strong foundation in the effort to prepare young people to face academic competition at the next level. The purpose of this study is to analyze the discriminant factors of parental partnership which are the determining factors for the implementation of good school governance. The research method is quantitative with a survey approach through a questionnaire given to respondents to reveal the influence of parental partnership on good school governance. The results showed that the higher parental involvement, the greater the success factor of good school governance. This research is useful as a guide in making decisions about model selection and analysis of factors related to parental partnership in early childhood education.
Educational technology is an applied scientific discipline that develops by the need of the field , namely the demands of learning more effectively, efficiently, broadly, widely, and quickly. As a systematic and systematic process in helping to solve learning problems, the application of educational technology can be directed to the learning quality assurance process. This study is aimed at: (1) analyzing the application of educational technology in improving the quality of learning in universities, (2) analyzing the quality assurance process of learning in universities, and (3) testing the effectiveness of quality assurance models based on applied educational technology in improving the quality of learning in College. The method used is a quantitative approach. The study began with an exploratory survey method, then continued with experiments. The results showed that the analysis of the quality of learning in universities was very dependent on the application of educational technology, the learning quality assurance process agreed that educational technology could improve the quality of learning in universities, and the application of quality assurance models based on applied learning technology is effective to improve the quality of learning in college high. The benefits of this study as a reference for the development model of quality assurance, especially for education and learning.
Semakin menurunnya peran pendidikan nonformal terutama Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) sebagai satuan pendidikan nonformal yang ada di setiap kecamatan dalam melayani pendidikan masyarakat yang tujuannya untuk meningkatkan pendidikan dan memajukan perekonomian masyarakat. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan soft skills kepada ketua pengelola dalam melakukan pengelolaan PKBM menngunakan model logical framework dalam perencanaan dan pelaksanaan serta evaluasi program yang dilakukan. Adapun metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini dengan melakukan tiga tahapan yaitu tahapan persiapan, tahapan pelaksanaan dan tahapan evaluasi. Berkaitan dengan pelaksanaan dilakukan beberapa tahapan, diantara tahap pertama peserta diberikan soal pretes, tahap kedua peserta diberika materi tentang evaluasi program logical framework, tahap ketiga peserta berlatih melakukan evaluasi menggunakan evaluasi program logical framework, tahapan keempat bimbingan melakukan evaluasi program logical framework, tahap kelima, analisis masing-masing peserta berkaitan dengan pekerjaan melakukan evaluasi program logical framework. Hasil pelaksanaan workshop evaluasi program logical framework ini sangat membantu sekali para pengelola atau ketua PKBM dalam mengatasi permasalahan yang dialaminya selama ini. Selain itu membantu pengelola PKBM dalam merencakan agenda-agenda program kegiatan dapat direncanakan dengan baik sehingga hasilnya dapat lebih maksimal.
Internet services for education are technological facilities as basic needs to obtain information quickly and accurately, but not all literacy abilities of students are the same, so more identification is needed to reveal the impact of internet services for students. The purpose of this article is to explain the influence of internet services on the cognitive abilities of middle school students related to information literacy competencies. The method used is a quantitative method with data from secondary school students totaling 64 students analyzed using discriminant analysis, which reveals the causality of the variable internet service with information literacy competencies. The results show a significant influence of internet usage on certain variables on the cognitive abilities of middle school students, especially on information literacy abilities. The implication of this study is the disclosure of supporting variables from internet services in the world of education that support the 21st-century learning pattern characterized by promoting flexibility and efficiency.
