Abstrak: Kinerja merupakan salah satu faktor penentu keberhasilan organisasi dalam mencapai tujuannya. pegawai dengan karakteristik yang baik akan menjadikan pegawai tersebut lebih mudah dalam mengerjakan pekerjaannya sehingga kinerja yang dihasilkan menjadi optimal dan sangat baik pengaruhnya bagi organisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya perbedaan kinerja Kinerja Pegawai ASN dan THL Pada UPTD Wilayah 1 Dinas PUPRD Provinsi Sulut.. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai ASN dan THL pada UPTD wilayah 1 Dinas PUPRD Provinsi Sulut, yang berjumlah 44 orang, yaitu ASN 22 orang dan THL 22 orang. Jenis Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian komparatif yang bertujuan untuk melihat perbedaan dari variabel yang akan diuji dengan menggunakan analisis uji beda (Independent Sample t-Test). Hasil penellitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan kinerja pegawai ASN dan pegawai THL pada UPTD Wilayah 1 Dinas PUPRD Provinsi Sulawesi Utara. Kata Kunci: kinerja pegawai, ASN, THL
Kinerja merupakan standar hasil kerja seorang karyawan yang telah dicapai dan memberikan kontribusi terhadap perusahaan. Dalam meningkatkan kinerja seorang karyawan tentunya perlu faktor-faktor pendukung yang perlu diperhatikan bagi seorang manajer atau pimpinan perusahaan guna meningkatkan tingkat keberhasilan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Work Life Balance, Kepemimpinan dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Kementerian Agama di Minahasa baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil uji hipotesis ditemukan bahwa secara simultan Work Life Balance, Kepemimpinan, dan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Minahasa.,namun secara parsial hanya Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Minahasa. Untuk Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Minahasa agar lebih memperhatikan terkait Work Life Balance bagi setiap Pegawai karena nilai ttabel sebesar 1.683 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,220 > 0,05, hal yang perlu diperhatikan agar Pegawai memiliki kualitas hidup yang seimbang dalam berhubungan dengan keluarga dan keseimbangan dalam pekerjaan, serta terkait tujuan pada Pegawai yang merupakan suatu faktor yang menentukan tercapai atau tidaknya suatu instansi. Nilai thitung untuk variabel Kepemimpinan sebesar 1,556 lebih kecil dari ttabel sebesar 1.683 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,128 > 0,05,Kata Kunci: Work Life Balance, Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of good university governance and reputation risk management on the public accountability of private universities, especially Halmahera University. The two things above, namely the practice of good university governance and reputation risk management are two interrelated things and must be accounted for to gain trust and strengthen legitimacy from the public as a private university of high quality, highly competitive, and have an impact on the progress of society. This study used a quantitative approach, the data were analyzed using the SPSS version 26 program on 98 samples of permanent lecturers at Halmahera University through a questionnaire that had passed the validity and reliability test. The data analysis aimed to examine the effect of good university governance and reputation risk on public accountability, and good university governance against reputational risk by path analysis method. The results show that Good University Governance has a significant negative effect on Public Accountability, Reputation Risk has a significant positive effect on Public Accountability, and Good University Governance has a significant positive effect on Reputation Risk. Based on the results of this study, it was concluded that the practice of Good University Governance and handling the risk of higher education reputations, especially at the University of Halmahera, would have a good impact on public accountability to provide a better image for the University of Halmahera
The purpose of this research is to examine the impact of organizational characteristics, and individual characteristics on physical environment component, psychosocial component, and behavior component toward workplace safety and health in PT. PLN (Persero) Suluttenggo area. The object of this research is permanent employees or outsourcing employees in PT. PLN (Persero) Suluttenggo Area. Research Design used in this research is survey research, in which the sample collected by distributing questionnaires to 50 permanent employees and outsourcing employees that already worked as work partner of PT. PLN (Persero) Suluttenggo Area. As for the analysis instrument is using partial least squares (PLS). The result shows that organizational characteristic has a positive influence on the components of work environment, either physically or psychosocially; and on behavior as well as the workplace health and safety. On the other hand, individual characteristic doesn’t have an influence. The result of this research also shows that only the individual behavior that has a positive influence on workplace health and safety, while physical work environment does not, meanwhile psychosocial component has a negative influence on workplace health and safety.
