Kinerja karyawan merupakan salah satu faktor yang penting karena kemajuan organisasi atau perusahaan tergantung dari sumber daya yang dimiliki. Kinerja adalah hasil atau tingkat keberhasilan seseorang atau secara keseluruhan selama periode tertentu, dalam melaksaakan tugas dibandingkan dengan kemungkinan, seperti standar hasil kerja, target atau sasaran atau kriteria yang telah di tentukan terlebih dahulu telah disepakati bersama. Dalam meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan tentunya memerlukan sumber daya manusia yang memiliki skill dan pengetahuan yang baik dan luas guna meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi dari kinerja, untuk memiliki sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas tentunya perlu di adakan pelatihan-pelatihan yang guna lebih mengembangkan skill karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kompetensi, Pendidikan, Pelatihan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Hotel Sintesa Peninsula Manado. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil uji hipotesis ditemukan bahwa secara simultan Kompetensi Pendidikan, dan Pelatihan, berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Hotel Sintesa Peninsula Manado, namun secara parsial pendidikan dan pelatihan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Untuk Hotel Sintesa Peninsula Manado.agar lebih meningkatkan pendidikan dan pelatihan yang diberikan sehingga karyawan yang ingin mngembangkan skill dan pengetahuannya ke tingkat yang lebih tinggi dapat lebih berkembang dengan baik. Kata Kunci: Kompetensi, Pendidikan, Pelatihan, Kinerja Karyawan, Hotel Sintesa Peninsula Manado.
The Balanced scorecard translates the company's mission and strategies into a complete set of measurements which provide the framework for measurements and strategic management system. This study (research) aims at analyzing the simultaneous affects from the variables of competitive strength, that is, delivery, value, flexibility, and innovation toward to the company's performance achievement based on Balanced Scorecard approach. This study is the explanatory study that explains the causes of relation ship among variables through hypothetical tests. The population in this study are small, medium, and big-scale furniture industries which are export-oriented and are also registered at the office of industry, Trade, cooperative and investment of central Minahasa. The determination of samples in this study is by using purposive sampling method, which means that the determining of samples is by considering certain criteria that are decided by the researcher (s) toward the objects which are suitable for the objective of the study. The results of the study show that the variables of competitive strength, namely delivery, value, flexibility, and simultancous innovation affect the achieving of company's performance based on Balanced scorecard approach in export-oriented furniture industry in the regency of central Minahasa.
The development of syariah banks in Manado city as the capital of North Sulawesi province which has a large number of non-moslem population is quite fast. The bank has many non-moslem customers, even one of the subsidiaries has more non-moslem customers than Moslem customers. This present study aims to describe the perception of non-moslem customers towards bank syariah in Manado city. This research uses a case study approach which is part of qualitative research. Data collection was carried out by participant observation, interviews and documentation. After the analysis was conducted, the result of the study revealed the perception of non-moslem customers toward bank syariah in Manado city was dominated consecutively by the affective (emotional), cognitive (perceptual) and conative (action) components.
The Unemployment rate in indonesia on 2016 is quite high ± 9 million of the population 250 million people, it is based on the data from one of a body of the survey in indonesia (Compass, 2016). Ironically that 37 % unemployment is on the young, which means is still in the average age of productive. Unemployment kaula young quite high especially from a graduate of a college, school vocational school and common. Data shows that in last five years the number of entrepreneur in indonesia increased but insignificant, where in 2011 the number of entrepreneur in indonesia reach 0.18 % then in 2013 rose to 0.24 % next on 2016 rose to 1.65 %, so that the number of entrepreneur in indonesia are still under 2 %. The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the influence of simultaneously and partial between entrepreneurial attitude, entrepreneurial social environment and the entrepreneurial ability to entrepreneurial intensity to be young entrepreneur on Kabupaten Minahasa Induk. Sample used in this research were 250 respondents scattered on 25 in in kabupaten minahasa the province of north sulawesi. A discovery that obtained is an entrepreneurial attitude, entrepreneurial social environment and the entrepreneurial ability have a positive impact and significant impact on entrepreneurial intensity on Kabupaten Minahasa Induk.
Target development in the field of human resources today is the achievement of the quality of human resources and the people of Indonesia were developed in an atmosphere that is peaceful and happy. The increased importance of human resources for the environment is constantly changing. In the management of human resources is required philosophy that not only recognizes the importance of employees as individuals but also as an important element of an organization. Human resources in the company should be managed professionally in order to realize a balance between the needs of employees with the demands and capabilities of the organization. This balance is a key element of an organization in order to develop a productive and reasonable. Stress and compensation is one of the important problems in the maintenance function of human resources, compensation for stress and can be a driving force and motivation to increase employee productivity at the same time an obstacle to achieve employee productivity. The first aim of this study was to determine the effect simultaneously between stress and compensation to labor productivity Extension Family Planning in Tomohon. Second, to determine the effect of partially between stress and compensation to labor productivity in the Extension Family Planning in Tomohon. Third, to find out which of the stress and compensate the dominant influence on the productivity of Extension Family Planning in Tomohon. Kind of explanatory research used in this study involving 52 respondents in the sample of 112 employees Extension Family Planning registered as a civil servant in Tomohon North Sulawesi province. The results of multiple regression analysis showed that stress work environment, stress individual, organizational stress, stress extra organization and incentives and the value of accreditation simultaneously affect the productivity of Extension Family Planning in Tomohon. Through partial regression is known that stress has a significant effect on work productivity Extension Family Planning in Tomohon. Based on the results of this study, also showed that the compensation is the dominant variable in influencing labor productivity Extension Family Planning in Tomohon North Sulawesi province.
