Whereas urgent needs of high-quality engineering and technical personnel and the current situation of higher education, the Ministry of Education appropriately proposed the training program of distinguished engineers. Based on the training object of high-quality applied talents and the requirement of education and training plan of distinguished engineers, we explore and practice issues as position of reform of the practice teaching, creation principal of education system of engineering training, how to improve the engineering practice and innovative ability of students and the means of university-enterprise cooperation, which we received better teaching results. The direct laser drilling could bring the recast layer and micro cracks, here introduced a new method named low-pressure water jet assisted laser drilling.It mainly studied some factors influence on the surface and inwall morphologies of Al2O3 ceramic when using low-pressure water jet, such as auxiliary gas pressure、pulse energy、repeated frequency.By optimizing the parameters, it can get the better surface and inwall morphologies. The results show that, taking advantage of the erosion of water jet, the composite drilling can obviously lessen molten slags, in order to reduce the recast layer and micro cracks, the processing quality can be improved much.
Medium plays an important role in the laser and fluid corrosion combining processing. Through X-ray diffraction analysis of chemical composition on the tool steel surface after laser-chemical processing, its chemical resultant is researched and analyzed. And the chemical reaction process of the laser and chemical hybrid etching of the tool steel material is explicated. Applied electron microscopy to surface morphology observation, under the action of laser beam, the effect of different chemical media corrosion on tool steel material is studied. The chemical mechanism of material removal of combining processing of laser and chemical corrosion on tool steels is discovered.
Laser combined machining is a complex machining method which utilizes the combined effect of various forms of energy to achieve a material processing. High manufacturing quality and surface accuracy, and machining efficiency can be achieved. The research progress in the area of laser combined other machine processes is reviewed. Several methods of laser combined machining are introduced and their characteristics and applications from the point of the laser assisted liquid machining are investigated. For example, laser assisted wet etching and laser assisted jet electrochemical machining, and waterjet-guided laser machining are reported. The experimental and theoretical studies of the technologies to improve the machining performance are discussed. Finally, the existing problems and the future research directions of the laser compound processing are put forward .
