Whereas urgent needs of high-quality engineering and technical personnel and the current situation of higher education, the Ministry of Education appropriately proposed the training program of distinguished engineers. Based on the training object of high-quality applied talents and the requirement of education and training plan of distinguished engineers, we explore and practice issues as position of reform of the practice teaching, creation principal of education system of engineering training, how to improve the engineering practice and innovative ability of students and the means of university-enterprise cooperation, which we received better teaching results. Facing the urgent needs of China's high-quality engineering and technical personnel, the Ministry of Education proposed the training program of outstanding Engineers. The Engineering Training Center, as the practice base, must play an important role in promoting “outstanding plan”. Under the guidance of the cultivation of outstanding engineering, this article mainly explores and practices the following aspects: the position of reform of the practice teaching, reconstruction of the curriculum system and course content, innovation of engineering training teaching model, enhancing the depth of cooperation with the enterprise, efforts to promote the research study.
Much attention has recently been focused on the microstructure inhomogeneity problems of the laser surface hardened layers.The GCr15 steel specimens were treated through laser transformation hardening technology. Rapid heating of austenite transformation and microstructure inhomogeneity was studied.The nouniform austenitic formation and the microstructure inhomogeneity problems is caused by uneven temperature field. The input power fluctuations and laser beam model also affect the quality of the laser quenching. Hardness value fluctuation is due to the uneven microstructure of the laser hardened layer. The results show that the grain size of laser hardening area and the distribution of carbides is not uniform. In the rapid heating cases, the atomic difusion process of carbon and alloy elements is not sufficiently, this causes no uniformity of the distribution of carbon and alloy composition .
The higher engineering education of our country facing the challenge of Manufacturing Globalization, the urgent mission Is to cultivate the engineers who has international vision. Considering this, engineering universities reform of personnel training mode one after another, actively learn from the advanced experience of foreign countries, promoting practical teaching to the important position. Considering the objective of cultivation of our university which is to cultivate the high-quality applied talents, putting the CDIO engineering education philosophy as a guide, this article researches the problems such as practice teaching position and how to cultivate the Engineering consciousness, engineering practice and innovative ability of students in each teaching process of engineer training.
