Abstract: Body Expression, as part of the curriculum in the area of Physical Education, has undergone a remarkable evolution in the last decades. Starting from an initial situation characterized by the absence of theoretical basis and lack of teachers training is currently in a process of consolidation, reflected in the increasing number of publications. The article presents some significant contributions, from the fields of creativity and Physical Education, and suggestions for establishing a specific teaching model for this subject based on the creative processes applied to the motor field. Keywords: creativity, body expression, physical education, teaching styles, teaching.
