Em um ambiente extremamente volátil, hotéis buscam melhorias em serviços e produtos em oferta. Isso ocorre principalmente em virtude da competitividade e concorrência vivenciada pelo setor. A dificuldade em permanecer de quem integra o segmento torna-se sua principal preocupação. E, diante disso, despertar atitudes estratégicas e competitivas são necessárias ao bem estar e sobrevivência dos integrantes do setor em questão. Nesse contexto, o objetivo desse estudo é identificar as capacidades turísticas que contribuem efetivamente para a vantagem competitiva do segmento hoteleiro com base nos dados do Tripadvisor. Teve por metodologia, analisar, de forma qualitativa, as avaliações de usuários do serviço de hotelaria que demostraram insatisfação com a experiência de hospedagem e deixaram suas opiniões no site Tripadvisor. Na pesquisa, utilizou-se para tal o método Grounded Theory (GT) em sua segunda geração (Charmaz, 2006), e teve como locus a Vila de Jericoacoara, localizada no município de Jijoca de Jericoacoara. O tratamento dos dados e indicadores sobre turismo e hospedagem na vila ocorreu por meio de categorização, em prol do uso dos softwares Atlas TI e Iramuteq. Foi realizada a técnica análise do conteúdo por meio de informações baseadas em avaliações feitas por hóspedes que se mostraram mais que insatisfeitos em suas hospedagens. Com base nos resultados apresentados, observou-se que o objetivo do estudo foi alcançado, pois conseguiu-se identificar quais capacidades turísticas contribuem, de modo efetivo, à vantagem competitiva dos negócios hoteleiros, com base nos dados coletados na agência de viagens online pesquisada.
A pesquisa visa desenvolver argumentos sobre relação entre a área da Gestão de Pessoas (GP) com o campo da Responsabilidade Social Corporativa (RSC) por meio de revisão integrativa da literatura. Para tanto, segue-se com uma abordagem descritiva, por meio de seleção de artigos disponíveis no Scientific Electronic Library Online (Scielo) e Scientific Periodicals Electronic Library (SPELL), dos últimos 5 anos com coleta de dados em novembro de 2021. Após 4 levantamentos com os descritores ‘gestão’ e ‘responsabilidade’ ‘pessoas’ ou ‘recursos humanos’, resultou em 47 artigos no SPELL e 21 artigos no Scielo. Com a análise de conteúdo foram tecidos argumentos em torno da integração das categorias ‘Recursos humanos e organizações sociais’, ‘Organizações sociais e a representação voluntária’, ‘Dilemas éticos sobre as informações’, ‘Guardiões da ética’, ‘Suporte’, ‘Mão-de-obra, capital e qualidade’, ‘Servidores públicos’, ‘Conduta humanizadora dos processos’, ‘Gestão de recursos humanos no setor público’, ‘Público interno, postura socialmente responsável’, ‘Negociações’, ‘Criatividade, função geração de ideias’, ‘Avaliação de desempenho e participação’, ‘Recursos humanos, Leis e Teletrabalho’, ‘Pró-negócio inclusivo e Sustentável’, ‘Ausência de modelo transcultural (oriente e ocidente)’, ‘Discursos versus prática’, ‘Ecossistema, diversificação da economia local’, ‘Equidade de gênero, diversidade geracional, interseccionalidade – diferenças sociais, de gênero e competências’, ‘Hierarquias, burocracias excessivas’, ‘Economia do conhecimento’, ‘Visão de mundo progressista’. Os argumentos envolvem a urgência face a emergência dos estudos com foco no pensar coletivamente sobre como responder às necessidades da sociedade, convocando as pessoas para projetar organizações mais colaborativas, resilientes e responsivas.
O presente artigo tem por objetivo analisar como a capacidade absortiva pode gerar inovação dentro de um Arranjo Produtivo Local (APL) de móveis na cidade de Marco, no interior do Ceará. Tal estudo se deu em cinco empresas inseridas no polo moveleiro do Marco, Cidade do Estado do Ceará que, configura-se como 8º arranjo produtivo local do país, e com o presidente da associação local. Caracteriza-se como um estudo qualitativo, utilizando-se como instrumento para coleta de dados um roteiro de entrevista semiestruturado, pesquisa documental e a técnica de observação, como forma de complementar a coleta de dados. O estudo mostra como uma nova relação entre empresas se manifesta dentro de um ambiente dinâmico ainda considerado incipiente se comparado a outros locais ou países. Baseado na análise dos dados salienta-se que a capacidade absortiva se caracteriza por meio de mecanismos desenvolvidos pelas próprias empresas em níveis diferentes, o que traz inovação em algumas áreas, como produtos, processos ou serviços desenvolvidos. O Arranjo Produtivo Local do Marco torna-se referência numa região onde a capacidade produtiva e as competências se tornam diferencial para o pleno desenvolvimento da região.
Objective: to propose a case study to analyze the growth and development strategies of a handmade hamburger, Brick's Burger House - the "star's snack", which intends to expand its business to other cities. Context/Reality investigated: with two years of existence, in the city where it operates, the company has become market leader in its segment. The competition, which aggressively tries to get a bigger share of the market, imposes to the partners the great challenge of defining Brick's growth strategy. Diagnosis/Problem situation/Opportunity: The big challenge is to grow without losing the main reason of the hamburger’s success: to provide customers with the Brick's experience. Results: The result of the research corroborates the orientation towards entrepreneurial marketing (OME), a characteristic in the behavior of the snack bar and hamburger shop sector, which points out looks focused on the market, the opportunity, and the customer. This brings to light the discussion, in class, about entrepreneurial skills and the proposal of solutions for decision-making.
