Mahé de Boislandelle pour l'étude de la contingence en GRH, cette recherche vise à analyser l'intégration de la fonction sociale dans une relation d'impartition.Une enquête a été réalisée auprès d'un échantillon de producteurs de biens intermédiaires, achetés localement par les usines Ford et à l'échelon européen.Il apparaît que le degré de partenariat influence la GRH des entreprises fournisseurs-partenaires, qui revêt de ce fait trois configurations distinctes. Le contenu de ces mix sociaux identifiés respectivement comme une perception contraignante de la GRH, une vision stratégique de cette fonction et une politique sociale stimulée parles exigences en matière d'assurance qualité du donneur d'ordres, est spécifique en termes de pratiques de gestion et d'effets sur l'organisation. There is some evidence that supplier' s HRM correlates with partnership degree. Three configurations of HRM policy appear : constraining concept, strategic vision, stimulated social policy produced by customer' s quality requirements. In each above perception, HRM applications and effects were found to be specific. RESUMENEsta investigación es un estudio descriptivo y empírico del impacto de la política de compra del grupo industrial Ford sobre la GRH de sus empresas asociadas.En referencia a los modelos teóricos propuestos por H. Mahé de Boislandelle para el estudio de la contingencia de GRH, esta investigación pretende analizar la integración de la función social en una relación de "impartición".Resulta de ello que el grado de integración mutua influencia la GRH de las empresas asociadas, que reviste así tres configuraciones distintas. El contenido de estos núcleos -identificados respectivamente como una percepción limitadora de la GRH, una visión estratégica de esta función y una política social estimulada por las exigencias de seguridad -es específico en términos de gestión y de influencia sobre la organización.
Résumé L’objet de cette recherche est d’observer la façon dont les entreprises de la région Poitou-Charentes gèrent les salariés de plus de 50 ans. Sont dégagées dans un premier temps les particularités du contexte français et précisés l’usage et le contenu du terme « senior ». Sont présentés dans un second temps la méthodologie et les résultats d’une étude empirique menée auprès de 15 entreprises de la région Poitou-Charentes. Les principales mesures observées sur le terrain concernent l’amélioration des conditions de travail, le transfert de compétences et le renouvellement des effectifs. Une typologie est proposée : un premier critère permet de distinguer les pratiques localisées et ponctuelles, des politiques (mesures systématisées et finalisées).Un second critère porte sur les principales actions de la gestion des seniors (conditions de travail, compétences, effectifs). Il apparaît que les mesures portant sur les effectifs font davantage l’objet de politiques que les actions sur les compétences et les conditions de travail. Cette recherche révèle enfin que certaines pratiques apparemment « vertueuses » produisent en fait des effets paradoxaux et involontairement pervers.

Résumé L’article porte sur l’implantation d’un système d’information RH dans une PME. Une étude de cas longitudinale est réalisée entre 2006 et 2010, dans un établissement privé d’éducation résultant de la fusion de quatre écoles. Nous proposons de juxtaposer les approches contextualiste et conventionnaliste afin de mieux saisir la richesse et la complexité des interactions sociales, organisationnelles et technologiques, observées sur le terrain.
Depuis son adoption, le 18 janvier 2005, la loi de programmation pour la cohésion sociale (dite loi Borloo) impose aux entreprises de plus de 300 salariés de négocier un plan triennal de gestion prévisionnelle de leurs emplois. L’étude que nous avons réalisée avait pour but d’évaluer l’impact des accords signés en application de cette loi sur les pratiques de gestion des ressources humaines des entreprises étudiées. Nous avons ainsi mis en évidence quatre types de Gestion prévisionnelle des emplois et des compétences (GPEC) très différents : la GPEC « instrumentalisée », la GPEC « externalisée », la GPEC « agent de changement » et la GPEC « territorialisée et mutualisée ». Pour chacun de ces idéaux-types, nous détaillerons, outre leur finalité, comment la GPEC interagit avec les politiques RH, le dialogue social et le débat autour de la stratégie, dans les entreprises étudiées. Nous décrirons également les pratiques actuelles et proposerons des pistes de recherche pour le futur.
