O Programa de Educação pelo Trabalho para a Saúde (PET-Saúde) Interprofissionalidade foi uma iniciativa inaugurada pela parceria entre os Ministérios da Educação e Saúde para formar recursos humanos voltados ao SUS. O objetivo deste artigo é apresentar o relato da experiência do grupo tutorial “Educação Popular, Mobilização e Controle Social”, vinculado ao Projeto PET-Saúde desenvolvido pela Universidade Federal do Paraná durante o período de abril a dezembro de 2019 cuja meta é fortalecer a participação popular no controle social das políticas públicas. Enquanto resultados, são apresentadas diferentes estratégias promovidas pelo coletivo para construir, junto com variados atores comunitários, conhecimento aplicado para o exercício do Controle Social. As atividades realizadas aconteceram no âmbito da Atenção Básica e também nos serviços de apoio à Saúde Mental, contemplando ações de educação em saúde e mobilização popular, além da participação ativa nos Conselhos e Conferências de Saúde. Portanto, a experiência ressalta a importância da elaboração e execução de estratégias formativas criativas, que aproximem a formação universitária da realidade regional, para o enfrentamento de diferentes problemáticas próprias ao Controle Social. Finalmente, o trabalho afirma a relevância do PET-Saúde e da interprofissionalidade para a ampliação e qualificação da participação popular, possibilitando o fortalecimento de práticas democráticas no SUS.
Objetivo: descrever as atividades extensionistas de prevenção, cuidados e combate à pandemia por coronavírus nas divisas do Paraná. Método: estudo observacional, descritivo de dados provenientes das Ações Extensionistas Prevenção, Cuidados e Combate à Pandemia do Novo Coronavírus - Atenção às divisas rodoviárias do Estado, realizadas de abril a junho de 2020. Resultados: o programa contou com três ações diferentes, sendo desenvolvidas por uma equipe multiprofissional: ações educativas no pedágio, no contêiner da saúde, na ronda ao longo da rodovia e no projeto Saúde na Estrada. Conclusões: a ação possibilitou o trabalho de prevenção e promoção de saúde à população, além de proporcionar aos profissionais de saúde uma visão ampliada do trabalho em equipe e de um problema de saúde pública.
O Programa de Educação pelo Trabalho para a Saúde (PET-Saúde) se instaurou desde 2008 enquanto política nacional indutora de transformações na formação em saúde. Em sua proposta organizacional, o PET-Saúde prevê o pacto colaborativo e interprofissional entre instituições de ensino e da saúde para a construção de ações integradas, desenvolvidas por grupos tutoriais. Desta maneira, estudantes, docentes e profissionais dos serviços de saúde se unem em projetos e ações colaborativas realizadas em campo, de maneira a transformar processos de trabalho e qualificar tanto o ensino como a prática em saúde. O presente artigo descreve o relato das experiências do PET-Saúde, desenvolvido pela Universidade Federal do Paraná em parceria com os municípios de Curitiba e Piraquara, tendo como base a descrição das ações, situações e reflexões vivenciadas pelo grupo tutorial “Educação popular, mobilização e controle social na Saúde”, no período pandêmico de março de 2020 a março de 2021. O artigo relata inicialmente a estruturação do PET-Saúde UFPR, apresentando ações desenvolvidas pelo coletivo voltadas a minimizar o impacto da COVID-19 em pessoas em situação de rua. Destaca-se, ainda, a elaboração de materiais de educação popular sobre a COVID-19 e ações de mobilização popular para garantir condições básicas de subsistência e cuidado contra a doença. Para além, ao relato se integram as ações desenvolvidas para o fortalecimento do controle social e da defesa dos direitos humanos. Ressalta-se a importância de políticas públicas que promovam o estabelecimento de projetos interinstitucionais, impactando de maneira positiva a formação e a especialização das práticas em saúde.
