During the Covid-19 pandemic, television can be used as an efficient and effective educational medium. However, television broadcasts are often dangerous and can be followed by students. Supervision of films watched by children is essential because shows that are not by age classification can affect behavior. One of the negative impacts is that it contains violence that children easily imitate. The purpose of this study is to analyze the educational function of television films during the covid 19 pandemic. This research is a type of quantitative research. The method used in this research is a survey method. The survey was administered to 34 volunteers who watched and supervised television films. The instrument used in data collection is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis. The study results are television films that do not have a telephone number as much as 32%. A discrepancy between telephone calls and the sensor results is as much as 37%. Do not make revisions by the recommendations of the Film Censorship Institute as much as 3%. Meanwhile, voiceovers were found to be 25% and 3% of expired phone calls.
This research aimed to determine the implementation of strengthening character education based on classroom action, school culture and community participation during the COVID-19 pandemic. This was qualitatively and quantitatively research (mixed method design) by using a descriptive approach. The data were collected through interviews structured and unstructured. The interviewees of this study were stakeholders from three Junior High chools in Jakarta such principal and vice principal for curriculum. Quantitative data collected by make closed questionnaires consisting of statements that have the answer 'yes' or 'no' and giving reasons for the choices given by respondents in choosing answers according to their choices. Questionnaires were given to 20 educators as respondent. Data analysis used constant comparative method by Glaser and Strauss. The findings of this study showed that schools still implemented of strengthening character education based on classroom action, school culture and community participation during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research has implication for understood by students about of main values strengthening character education during online learning process from home.
The education process must not be stopped even though the world is experiencing any obstacles, such as the COVID-19 pandemic. Education is still application by changing the pattern of the learning process from face-toface to online learning, except for inclusive education which is applied to students with special needs. Inclusive education is applied to students who have disabilities, potential intelligence and special talents without being discriminatory. Inclusive education application online experienced obstacles according to the level of understanding of the school and its supervision by the education office.The purpose of this study was to determine the application of inclusive education during the covid 19 pandemic with the online learning process from home. This study uses a qualitative descriptive and quantitative approach to understand the percentage of inclusive education implementation during the COVID-19 pandemic in the Five Elementary School Regions of DKI Jakarta. This study utilizes various strategies and techniques using qualitative data based on interviews with school stakeholders such as school principals, assistant educators and classroom educators. This research was conducted to obtain information about the implementation of inclusive education for students with special needs. The results of this study found that the implementation of inclusive education had not been implemented optimally because some of the criteria for implementing inclusive education had not been maximized due to the government's appeal to keep a distance and stay at home. The interaction between accompanying educators and classroom educators cannot be carried out directly. Companion educators and classroom educators only obtain information about the learning process of students with special needs from parents. The level of patience of parents in assisting students with special needs is also the cause of the not yet maximal implementation of inclusive education during the COVID-19 pandemic. Pendidikan tetap dilaksanakan dengan mengubah pola proses pembelajaran dari tatap muka ke pembelajaran secara daring, tidak kecuali pendidikan inklusi yang diterapkan pada peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus. Pendidikan inklusi diterapkan pada peserta didik yang memiliki kelainan, potensi kecerdasan dan bakat istimewa tanpa diskriminatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui klasifikasi usia penonton pada tayangan film televisi. Klasifikasi dilakukan berdasarkan regulasi yang menetapkan klasifikasi usia pada kelompok semua umur, 13+, 17+, dan 21+. Penentuan klasifikasi didasarkan pada pengamatan dan penilaian tema, gambar, adegan, suara dan teks terjemahan pada film. Klasifikasi ini digunakan dalam menentukan kelayakan film yang akan ditayangkan dengan prinsip pemberian perlindungan pada masyarakat. Penelitian dilakukan selama enam bulan di Lembaga Sensor Film menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan analisis data sekunder. Data film yang diteliti berjumlah 18.772, terdiri dari film televisi nasional dan film televisi impor. Peneliti menarasikan jumlah film televisi yang ditentukan klasifikasi usianya setelah memperoleh sampel data dari observasi dan telaah dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan jumlah klasifikasi film televisi per usia penonton adalah (a) usia13+ sebanyak 11.226 (59,8%) film; (b) usia 17+ sebanyak 4.514 (24,05%) film; (c) semua umur sebanyak 2.752 (14,66%) film; dan (d) usia 20+ sebanyak 280 (14,9%) film. Kualifikasi usia selanjutnya digunakan untuk penjadwalan tayangan film televisi. Film klasifikasi usia semua umur ditayangkan pada pagi hari, klasifikasi usia 13 tahun tayang sampai sore; usia 17 tahun tayang pada malam hari dan klasifikasi usia 21 tahun tayang pada tengah malam.
