Greenfarm Makassar merupakan salah satu UKM yang terdampak Covid-19. Upaya yang dilakukan Greenfarm Makassar untuk tetap bertahan di masa pandemi Covid-19 yaitu mengubah bisnis model dari B to B (Business to Business) ke B to C (Business to Consumer) dengan menyasar segmen market rumahtangga. Strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan yaitu dengan mengaktifkan kembali sosial media Instagram. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra adalah kurangnya traffic yang dihasilkan dari penggunaan instagram sebagai media promosi organik (tidak berbayar) sehingga berimplikasi pada rendahnya jumlah transaksi yang terjadi. Selain itu, mitra belum memiliki rencana aksi dalam hal manajemen order pada bisnis model B to C. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan yaitu dengan pendataan, pembuatan, pelatihan penggunan situs bisnis dan iklan berbayar sosial media. Rangkaian kegiatan ini dilakukan selama 1 bulan (Desember 2021). Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah mitra telah memiliki situs bisnis berbasis e-commerce dengan alamat situs https://greenfarmmakassar.com yang membantu mitra dalam pengelolaan manajemen order online dari pelanggan. Selain itu, mitra juga telah mampu menjalankan iklan berbayar pada sosial media (Instagram ads) sehingga jumlah kunjungan dan pengikut akun Instagram bisnis mitra meningkat. Hal ini berdampak pada meningkatnya permintaan produk dan omzet penjualan mitra.
Cocoa cultivation business that still has great potential in the future. The problem faced by farmers in cocoa cultivation is that farmers are still lacking in implementing post-harvest management that can provide added value and competitiveness of cocoa quality in the market. This study aimed to 1) analyze the status of cocoa sustainability in Gantarangkeke sub-regency, Bantaeng Regency; 2) analysing the sensitive leverage to the sustainability of cocoa in the Gantarangkeke sub-district. Based on the results of the analysis of the social and cultural dimension index value of 55.19 percent and infrastructure and technology of 51.66 with the category of quite sustainable. While the ecological dimension is 46.68 percent, economy 36.69 percent and legal and institutional 27.45 percent with the category of less sustainable. The results of the analysis of leverage factor, there are fourteen sensitive attributes that affect the sustainability of cocoa in Gantarangkeke sub-district, Bantaeng district. Improvement of attributes, especially sensitive attributes, can improve the cocoa sustainability index.
Abstract-One of the land rehabilitation patterns by vegetation is to build community forests. Involving the community in the management of community forest should be supported with a correct understanding of the function and the role of forests for life. The aim of the research is to analyze the model of community behavior in the management of community forest in Bulukumba Regency, South Sulawesi, Indonesia. The analytical method used is Structural Equation Model (SEM). The research variables consist of 1 endogen variable that is behavior in the management of community forest and 4 exogenous variable that are farmers' internal factors; community culture; the income of community forest; and community knowledge regarding the benefits of community forest. The results showed that the community knowledge about the benefits of community forest affects the community behavior in managing community forests directly and significantly, which means that a good knowledge of farmers about the benefits of community forests will result to a better behavior of farmers in managing the community forest.Index Terms-behavioral model, community forest, community forest communities, knowledge about the community forest
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis persepsi petani terhadap tradisi Mappalili di Desa Manakku, menganalisis motivasi petani dalam melaksanakan kegiatan tradisi Mappalili di Desa Manakku, menganalisis jumlah produksi petani di dataran rendah usahatani padi sawah di Desa Manakku, dan menganalisis pengaruh persepsi dan motivasi petani padi tradisi Mappalili terhadap produksi usahatani padi sawah di Desa Manakku. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif, analisis produksi dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Persepsi petani terhadap Tradisi Mappalili memperoleh skor 80,93% artinya sangat baik, (2) Motivasi petani dalam melaksanakan tradisi Mappalili diperoleh skor 81,77% artinya sangat tinggi, (3) Tingkat jumlah produksi peternakan responden per peternakan rata-ratan 5.770 kg dan jumlah produksi usahatani responden/ha rata-rata 5.767,70 kg, (4) Pengaruh persepsi dan motivasi petani padi pada tradisi Mappalili berpengaruh secara simultan dan signifikan terhadap produksi usahatani padi di Manakku Desa. The objectives of the study were (1)to analyze farmers' perceptions of the Mappalili tradition in Manakku Village, (2) to analyze the motivation of farmers in carrying out Mappalili tradition activities in Manakku Village, (3) Analyze the amount of production farmers in lowland rice farming in Manakku Village, (4) Analyzing the effect of perceptions and motivations of rice farmers in the Mappalili tradition on lowland rice farming production in Manakku Village. This study uses quantitative descriptive analysis methods, production analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that (1) Farmers' perceptions of the Mappalili Tradition obtained a score of 80.93% meaning very good, (2) The motivation of farmers in carrying out the Mappalili tradition was obtained a score of 81.77% meaning very high, (3) The number of respondents' farm production per farm was average of 5,770 kg and the number of respondents' farm production/ha an average of 5,767,70 kg, (4) The influence of perception and motivation of rice farmers in the Mappalili tradition has a simultaneous and significant effect on rice farming production in Manakku Village.
Chocolicious Indonesia is a company engaged in the downstream agribusiness industry that is actively conducting marketing activities through Instagram. This research to analyzes the effectiveness of Chocolicious Indonesia’s products advertising through Instagram. The method used is the descriptive analysis method. Sampling using the incidental sampling method with 100 respondents. The respondents are the followers of Chocolicious Indonesia’s Instagram account. This study conducted a validity and reliability test using SPSS software version 20. The analytical method used to measure the effectiveness of advertising is the EPIC model which includes four critical dimensions : empathy, persuasion, impact, and communication (EPIC). The results showed that Chocolicious Indonesia’s product advertising through Instagram is very effective with a value of 4,21. The four dimensions measurement shows that the dimensions of empathy, persuasion, and communication are very effective. While the impact dimensions are in the effective category.
