Tujuan penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan kecepatan renang atlet melalui latihan interval. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pra-eksperimen dengan One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 9 atlet diperoleh menggunakan total sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan tes kecepatan 100m gaya bebas. Semua data dianilis menggunakan software Minitab versi 17 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05. Uji statistik data menggunakan Paired t test. Hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai P = 0,000 < 0,05 terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan secara statistik antara kelompok pret-test dengan kelompok post-test. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa pemberian latihan interval dapat meningkatkan kecepatan renang pada atlet para-renang.
E-learning is electronic learning and teaching and learning process that is carried out online. This study aims to see the effectiveness of E-Learning through lesson study on Building Materials Science subjects. This research uses a descriptive quantitative method. This study involved 40 students in semester 1 of Class A in Science and Building Materials. Data are obtained by polling and questionnaires by providing answers to questions. Polling data were analyzed using the Rasch model, and the data questionnaire was analyzed using the Linkert scale model. The results showed that the application of e-learning through lesson study could increase the effectiveness of learning process with a value of 84.5%, which is quite useful. The effectiveness of learning process is based on considerations of quality, level of suitability, and time required. Learning materials increase students' readiness to learn to teach before learning in class. Students who are motivated to do assignments and understand eLearning learning materials can complete the learning process according to the specified time.
this study was carried out based on the fact that there were optimal technique for student's learning function which lead lecturers into the implementation of a scientific approach-based learning models, a model centered on the lecturer. The aim and objective of this research study is to develop an ASSURE design-based football learning model for students of POK FKIP UNS. This study made use of qualitative and quantitative approaches, as well as the research and development model. The second stage of this research study is the development of Adobe Flash Player-based media. Product evaluation by academics and football practitioners, obtained an average score of 72.38. Product testing was carried out in small and large groups, with small group comprising of 12 students and while the large group comprised of 54 students. Data was obtained by the use of questionnaires. The test results for the small group was 83.19% while that of the large group was 84.5%. The third stage was called product effectiveness test which compared two treatment groups using pretest and posttest design. The difference value of ball feeling test in the experiment group was 54,098%, while in the control group it was 46,279%. The value of the dribbling test in the experimental group was 31.858%, and 29.032% in the control group. The values of the graduation tests in the experimental and control group were 98.324%, and 95% respectively. The value of the shooting test in the experimental group was 73.810%, and the control group was 68.724%. It can be concluded that the product is effective and capable of improving the mastery of football basic skills and techniques on POK FKIP UNS students.
Kota surakarta merupakan salah satu kota yang menjadi pusat kegiatan olahraga. Hal tersebut tidak terkecuali karena adanya kompleks stadion manahan, kampus fakultas keolahragaan, dan pelatnas Asian Paragames juga berpusat di kota Surakarta. Dengan tingginya animo masyarakat kota Surakarta untuk berolahraga, masyarakat masih banyak yang belum mengetahui tentang pemanduan bakat olahraga. Apabila dikembangkan, kota Surakarta akan menciptakan bibit-bibit atlet yang unggul untuk menjadi calon generasi penerus atlet di Indonesia. Tujuan dari kegiatan sosialisasi dan implementasi pemanduan bakat olahraga ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman kepada guru dan mahasiswa agar mampu dan terampil menjadi instruktur dalam pelaksanaan tes kegiatan pemanduan bakat olahraga. Sasaran dari sosialisasi dan pelatihan ini adalah 3 guru PJOK, 25 Mahasiswa, dan 100 siswa. Hasil pengabdian diperoleh bahwa guru dan mahasiswa antusias dalam mengikuti kegiatan pemanduan bakat yang dibuktikan dengan guru PJOK dan mahasiswa dapat menjadi tester, serta siswa yang menjadi testi dapat melaksanakan semua item tes. Simpulan dalam pengabdian ini didapatkan bahwa guru, mahasiswa, dan siswa memahami pelaksanaan tes pemanduan bakat olahraga sebagai upaya penjaringan atlet sejak dini. Berdasarkan sosialisasi dan implementasi yang dilaksanakan, guru, mahasiswa, dan siswa mampu melaksanakan tes pemanduan bakat olahraga secara mandiri untuk dapat menemukan bakat siswa dalam bidang olahraga. Surakarta city is one of the cities that has become the centre of sports activities. This is no exception because the Manahan stadium complex, sports faculty campus, and Asian Para game national park are also centred in Surakarta. With the high interest of the people of Surakarta city to exercise, many people still do not know about sports talent scouting. If developed, the city of Surakarta will create the seeds of superior athletes to become candidates for the next generation of athletes in Indonesia. This sports talent scouting and implementation activity aim to provide teachers and students with knowledge in carrying out sports talent scouting activities. These socialization and training targets are 3 PJOK teachers, 25 students, and 100 students. This activity was held in March 2022. The service results were obtained that teachers and students were enthusiastic about participating in talent scouting activities, as PJOK teachers and students could become testers, and students who became testees could carry out all test items. The conclusion in this devotion was obtained that teachers, students, and students knew the implementation of the sports talent scouting test as an effort to screen athletes early on. Thus, it is expected that teachers, students, and students can carry out sports talent scouting tests independently to find student talents in sports.
