A gestão da experiência do cliente é uma abordagem que vem gerando crescente interesse em profissionais e acadêmicos da área de marketing (KLAUS, 2013; RAWSON; DUNCAN; JONES, 2013). De outro lado, a qualidade em serviços continua sendo estudada e vem ganhando novas escalas e modelos para o contexto online (BOSHOFF, 2007; LI; SUOMI, 2009). O limiar entre os temas continua, porém, pouco explorado na literatura acadêmica, dificultando a operacionalização dos conceitos de maneira integrada (KLAUS, 2013). Este artigo busca elucidar a inter-relação entre os temas a partir da representação da jornada do cliente, onde a qualidade em serviços é um fator primordial para a entrega de valor, dentro de um contexto mais amplo, que envolve todos os pontos de contato do cliente com a empresa, que devem ser geridos a partir da centralidade de pensamento no cliente e no comprometimento em oferecer-lhe experiências positivamente diferenciadas, capazes de promover engajamento.
A educação é um vetor para transformação de realidades na sociedade da informação e, por conta disso, as novas tecnologias vêm trazendo constantes inovações que desafiam modelos tradicionais de ensino. Ao mesmo tempo, a hipercompetitividade mercadológica exige dos profissionais atualização constante e preparação para não somente reagir, mas também transformar a partir de novos cenários. O artigo apresenta, primeiramente, um benchmarking que explora novas tendências educacionais que estão transformando a maneira como as pessoas aprendem, em exemplos como os Massive Online Courses e Cloud School. Em seguida, o artigo investiga as principais expectativas e frustrações dos profissionais que buscam na oferta de cursos de pós-graduação lato sensu um serviço capaz de atender a essas exigências, a partir do emprego da técnica de sessões generativas, proveniente do design thinking, que se enquadra como uma coleta de dados qualitativa a partir de técnicas projetivas. Os resultados mostram, do ponto de vista mercadológico, um gap significativo entre a entrega do serviço e o serviço esperado em cursos de pós-graduação lato sensu, em aspectos como a frustração com as metodologias adotadas, a deficiente incorporação de tecnologias e o distanciamento entre a prática de mercado e a preparação desempenhada em sala de aula.
Objetivo: Este artigo objetivou explicitar o efeito gerado por estratgias de advergaming na atitude dos jogadores em relao marca, assim como a frequncia de lembrana e recordao proporcionadas. Mtodo: Foram comparadas as caractersticas das principais estratgias do advergaming, os advergames (jogos com temtica de marcas) e os in-game advertisings (jogos com insero de marcas). Para testar as hipteses de pesquisa foi realizado experimento com amostra de 165 estudantes universitrios, dividida de forma randmica em trs grupos que jogaram jogos criados na plataforma GameSalad para o estudo, com diferentes nveis de exposio de marca: jogo sem insero de marca, jogo com insero da marca fictcia no background (in-game advertising) e jogo com temtica da marca fictcia (advergame). Originalidade/Relevncia: Tendo em vista o escasso nmero de trabalhos sobre o tema advergaming, sobretudo em peridicos nacionais onde ainda no foram publicados trabalhos realizando experimentoa acerca de sua efetividade, este artigo contribui para melhor compreenso do tema, apresentando uma reflexo sobre a efetividade dos in-game advertisings e advergames. Resultados: Os resultados mostraram que advergames e in-game advertisings provocam uma mudana significativamente positiva na atitude em relao marca e que as frequncias observadas de lembrana e recordao da marca so significativamente maiores em advergames em comparao a in-game advertisings. Contribuies tericas/metodolgicas: O artigo apresenta evidncias de que a utilizao de advergaming efetiva na construo de uma atitude favorvel em relao marca, assim como no aspecto da construo da conscientizao de marca.
In-game advertIsIng e advergame: Fatores que aFetam o Impacto da mensagem nas Ferramentas de advergamIng Resumo: Tendo em vista o número incipiente de artigos sobre Advergaming, principalmente em periódicos nacionais, esse artigo busca contribuir para a melhor compreensão do tema e apresentar resultados de quatro estudos experimentais, selecionados de acordo com critérios metodológicos estruturados, sobre a efetividade e fatores que afetam a atitude em relação a In-game Advertising e Advergame, distinguindo essas duas ferramentas e refletindo sobre a construção orientada para efetividade das mesmas.
