Menstruation is sometimes accompanied by discomfort called pre-menstrual syndrome such as physical, psychological and emotional symptoms associated with hormonal changes. Pre menstrual syndrome can be prevented by various therapies, one of which is complementary therapy, one of which is meditation. The research design used was pre-experimental with a pre-post design approach, the study sample numbered 20 respondents, data analysis used in this study included univariate analysis using frequency distribution and bivariate analysis using paired t-test samples. The results showed there was an increase in the mean between before and after by 5 points, and ρvalue = 0.0001 <α 0.05 then there was the effect of complementary therapy "meditation" on the decrease in the intensity of pre menstrual pain syndrome. Basically, giving this meditation therapy can provide a relaxed condition where in a relaxed condition all body systems will work well and in this condition the hypothalamus will adjust and decrease the activity of the sympathetic nervous system and increase the activity of the parasympathetic system. Meditation therapy can be done every day at leisure and has no side effects.
This is a cross sectional study that aims to analyze the factors associated with blood glucose levels on teenage women. The results showed that factors related to blood glucose levels are blood pressure status (p = 0.035) and physical activity (p = 0.023); while the level of education (p = 0.571), instant drink consumption (p = 0.955), and nutritional status (p = 0.159) are not associated with blood glucose level. The school suppose to conduct blood glucose screening test on teenagers for early detection of atrisk teenagers.

The population of this research was all children under five at Posyandu Sumur Nangka, Suwaan Village, Modung Subdistrict, with a total of 45 children with a sample size of 32 children who were selected by simple random sampling. Data collection using a questionnaire. Test data analysis using the Lambda correlation test. Results: The study results showed that 24 (75.0%) children had infectious diseases history and 8 (25.0%) children did not have. Eight (25.0%) children had good nutritional status, 22 (68.8%) children had poor nutritional status, and 2 (6.2%) children had excess nutritional status. Lamda's statistical test showed that the value of p (0.003) <α (0.05) means that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. There was a significant relationship between the infectious diseases’ history and the nutritional status of children under five. Conclusion: The infection history affects the nutritional status of children under five. The data was analyzed using Lambda test, with α= 0.05.The results of the research showed that workers who did not use PPE (masks) were 35 workers (77.8%), who experienced respiratory problems were 39 workers (86.7%), and 6 workers (13.3%) did not experience respiratory problems. The lambda test results p Value of 0.073>α (0.05) meant that H0 was accepted and H1 was rejected. The compliance to use personal protective equipment (masks) and the presence of respiratory problems showed no correlation. For this reason, workers must continue to use masks while working to protect themselves from the effects of occupational breathing (lime dust).
Aging is often considered as a factor in the occurrence of osteoarthritis because of weakness increased around the joints, cartilage calcification, joint flexibility and chondrocyte function decreased.
