Covid-19 is a global emergency epidemic that affect all areas of life including the economy. Growth in the world economy has decreased due to lack of purchasing power that lasts for only at home policy. This policy is carried out to prevent the spread of covid-19, which on the other hand actually increases the use of e-commerce and mobile commerce as means of shopping. The use of e-commerce and mobile commerce is considered capable of helping consumers to buy basic necessities and health that are needed during activities at home. Buying and selling transaction through e-commerce and mobile commerce have increases during covid-19. Which is then utilized by e-commerce and mobile commerce by providing various attractive offers for consumers. The consumer does not need to interact with the seller and the items needed will be sent home.
Indonesia is one of the countries whose people are most affected by the 2019 corona virus (COVID-19). When the corona virus spreads faster, the Indonesian government imposed large-scale social restrictions in big cities to villages in Indonesia. With the changing situation in carrying out work activities during this pandemic, it will certainly affect the quality of organization in companies and the quality of education in schools and colleges. In order to identify all processes in teaching and learning activities that are running well or not, schools need to monitor and measure employee performance. Key performance indicators (KPIs) are generally used as benchmarks to determine how well a company’s performance can be represented by employee performance. In this study, the key performance indicator preparation process was carried out through the stages of designing a questionnaire, distributing questionnaires to employees in educational institutions, conducting factor analysis and then developing a KPI model. The output is in the form of a KPI model that can be used as a reference in the formation of KPIs in educational institutions, namely Y = 5,360 + 1,380 X1-1, 068 X3.
The purpose of this paper is to provide an overview of how to measure the performance of information technology implementation in a company by using factor analysis and regression analysis methods. From the resulting mathematical model, it can be used to make predictions and make strategies in the implementation of information technology in the future. The concept was developed from the IT Balanced Scorecard (IT BSC) theory which was developed by constructing each of the existing perspectives to obtain indicators which are then used as a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 75 respondents, but only 70 questionnaires were complete and valid for this study. The data obtained were then analyzed using the factor analysis method. The analysis shows that there are four factors that affect the performance of IT implementation, namely: IT Competency, IT Service Capability, Business Continuity, and IT improvement.
In addition, the culture of using coffee as a drink has existed since ancient times and is carried out both at the household and community level. The benefits of coffee are increasingly being noticed during this pandemic, along with the many diversification of coffee products, this service is carried out by making aromatherapy candles with waste coffee raw materials in the form of ground coffee as the main ingredient. Imperfectly broken coffee which does not pass the market is generally marketed at a low selling price at the household level. Therefore this service is carried out for PKK women as an effort to improve coffee processing skills into other products. The service will be held in August 2021 using direct practice methods and offline presentation of material with representatives from PKK Dusun Krajan, Patrang District. Based on the results obtained that there is a change in both the knowledge and skills of the participants. Prior to participating in the training, the participants did not know the benefits of coffee and other preparations besides coffee drinks, but after participating in the training, the participants became more aware of the benefits and variety of preparations made from coffee, especially aromatherapy candles made from coffee. In addition, on the skill side, it also increased, where before the training the participants did not have the skills to process aromatherapy candles, after the training the participants became confident to make aromatherapy candles independently.
Mathematical problem solving has become an important issue that was often discussed in school classes including in the covid-19 pandemic era. This research aimed to describe the level of reasoning ability of students in solving mathematical problems based on the cognitive style of field-dependent and field-independent cognitive styles. The research approach used a was mixed-method of quantitative and qualitative. The subject of this study were students of Ibrahimy 1 Junior High School of Situbondo. The data collection techniques used were the form of tests and interviews. The data of the written test and interview results were tested for validity by triangulation. This research indicated that:(1) there were differences in student’s mathematical reasoning abilities between-FD and FI subjects; (2) the FI subject was able to re-examined, evaluated, and drew valid conclusions, but not for FD subject; (3) the FI subject has fulfilled all four mathematics reasoning indicators and classified as a very capable category; (4) the FD subject has fulfilled all three indicators and classified as capable enough category; and (5) generally, the level of mathematical reasoning ability of FI subjects group was very capable category as many as 21,43% and 14,29 % for FD subjects group.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
