This research is conducting an empirical test on the effect of capital structure, liquidity, asset structure and asset turnover on the financial performance of consumption industry sector companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. The difference with previous research lies in the use of independent variables, the number of samples used and the study period. This research is quantitative research. The analytic method in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the t-test hypothesis show that the capital structure variable debt to equity ratio (DER), liquidity current ratio (CR), and asset turnover (TATO) have a significant effect on financial performance (return on assets).
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan motivasi, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT. Iskandar Indah Printing Textile Surakarta, mengetahui pengaruh motivasi terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Iskandar Indah Printing Textile Surakarta, mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Iskandar Indah Printing Textile Surakarta, mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT. Iskandar Indah Printing Textile Surakarta. Populasi dalam penelitian ini 975 karyawan. Pengambilan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Uji hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Secara simultan motivasi, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT. Iskandar Indah Printing Textile Surakarta dengan nilai Fhitung > Ftabel (27,102) > (2,70) dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Secara parsial motivasi (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan dengan thitung (1,641) < ttabel (1,984) dan nilai signifikansi 0,104 > 0,05. Variabel disiplin kerja (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan dengan thitung (8,830) > ttabel (1,984) dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Variabel lingkungan kerja (X3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan dengan thitung (0,001) < ttabel (1,984) dan nilai signifikansi 0,999 > 0,05.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job training, motivation and career development on employee performance The population in this study was PT Rifan Financindo Berjangka Solo. The sample in this study were 50 respondents. The results of testing hypothesis 1 which states the effect of job training on employee performance shows that job training has an effect on employee performance. Hypothesis 2 test results explain that motivation influences employee performance. The results of hypothesis 3 conclude that career development influences employee performance. Simultaneous testing results explain that job training, motivation and career development together affect employee performance.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi jabatan , kompetensi , dan insentif secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Pos Indonesia (persero) cabang Surakarta. 2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi jabatan , kompetensi , dan insentif terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Pos Indonesia (persero) cabang Surakarta.
Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode kuesioner kepada 58 karyawan sebagai responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode insidental sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan meliputi: instrumen uji ( validitas dan reliabilitas ), pengujian hipotesis ( analisis regresi linier berganda, uji-t, f dan koefisien determinasi ( R2 ).
Hasil Analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa responden berjenis kelamin laki-laki ( 55,2 % ) dan perempuan (44,8%) . Semua data dari kuesioner telah lulus instrumen tes. Untuk pengujian hasil uji f bahwa nilai F ( 14,158 )> F tabel (2,78) dengan probabilitas 0,000 ( p ttabel ( 2,004 ) dengan nilai signifikansi >α ( 0,05 ). Variabel kompetensi juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Ini karena thitung ( 3,439 )> ttabel ( 2.004 ) dengan nilai signifikansi ttabel ( 2.004 ) dengan nilai signifikansi
This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality, company image and location, simultaneously and partially on customer satisfaction in TASPEN (Persero) company of Surakarta. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling technique to sample as many as 100 people. Technique of collecting data in this study use questionnaires. Technical of analyzing used multiple linear regression, F test, t test, the coefficient of determination. The results of the analysis showed the quality of service, corporate image and the location, simultaneously and partially have positive effect and significant impact on customer satisfaction in TASPEN (Persero) company of Surakarta.
