This research is conducting an empirical test on the effect of capital structure, liquidity, asset structure and asset turnover on the financial performance of consumption industry sector companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. The difference with previous research lies in the use of independent variables, the number of samples used and the study period. This research is quantitative research. The analytic method in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the t-test hypothesis show that the capital structure variable debt to equity ratio (DER), liquidity current ratio (CR), and asset turnover (TATO) have a significant effect on financial performance (return on assets).
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job training, motivation and career development on employee performance The population in this study was PT Rifan Financindo Berjangka Solo. The sample in this study were 50 respondents. The results of testing hypothesis 1 which states the effect of job training on employee performance shows that job training has an effect on employee performance. Hypothesis 2 test results explain that motivation influences employee performance. The results of hypothesis 3 conclude that career development influences employee performance. Simultaneous testing results explain that job training, motivation and career development together affect employee performance.

The study aims to obtain empirical evidence the effect of work stress, work engagement, placement and leadership on employee performance at FKIP UNS. The type of research is survey research. The sample of this study used a purposive sampling sample. The data collection techniques was done using questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using multiple regression analysis. This study concludes that work stress, work engagement, placement and leadership affect the performance of FKIP UNS employees simultaneously and in part the work engagement does not affect employee performance.

Regression analysis includes validityy and reliabilityk test, classic assumptionm test, mmultiple regressionn analysiss, determination test, F test and t ttest. The results of the F test show that market orientation, social capital, and product innovation concurrent influence on the marketing performance at the Pusat Grosir Solo. Based on the results of partial hypothesis testing market orientationn has a positivee and significantt effect on marketing performance at the Pusat Grosir Solo. Social capital has a positive and significant effect on marketing performance at the Pusat Grosir Solo. Product innovation has a positive and significant effect on marketing performance at the Pusat Grosir Solo. The results of the coefficient of determination, the results of the calculation of multiplee linearr regressione analysis cann bee seenn that thee adjusted amount of R2 obtained is 0.651 or 65.1%. This shows that market orientation, social capital and product innovation has an influence on the marketing performance of traders at Pusat Grosir Solo by 65.1%.

This study aims to determine whether there is a partial influence on knowledge of taxation, tax regulations and tax benefits. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling, then obtained a study sample of 100 MSME tax payers. Data analysis techniques performed by descriptive statistical tests, classical assumptions, hypothesis testing with multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that knowledge of taxation and tax regulations had a positive effect on MSME taxpayer compliance in the city of Surakarta while the tax benefits did not affect MSME taxpayer compliance in Surakarta.
