This study aims to examine the effect of simultaneous and partial of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and work environment as an independent variable on employee turnover intention as the dependent variable. The methodology of this research uses quantitative descriptive. The sampling technique using simple random sampling obtained a sample of 100 employees of PT Dan Liris Sewing section. Data collection using a questionnaire while the data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis processed with the help of SPSS version 24. The results showed: (1) F test results showed that job satisfaction, organizational commitment and work environment simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on employee turnover intention at PT Dan Liris. (2) Based on the partial test results the job satisfaction variable has a positive and not significant effect on employees of Sewing section at PT Dan Liris. (3) Based on the partial test results the organizational commitment variable has a positive and not significant effect on employees of Sewing section at PT Dan Liris. (4) Based on the partial test results the work environment variable has a positif and significant effect on employees of Sewing section at PT Dan Liris. Penelitian ini bertujuan penjelaskan: untuk mengetahui prosentase Choi Siwon sebagai brand ambassador, brand image, dan cita rasa terhadap keputusan pembelian mie sedaap Korean spicy chicken. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Universitas Batik Surakarta angkatan 2017-2019 dengan persyaratan yang sudah mengkonsumsi mie sedaap Korean spicy ckicken. Teknik pengambilan menggunakan purposiive sampling. Tekik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis linier berganda dengan uji f dan uji t. Hasil dari analisis regresi berganda diperoleh bahwa tiap-tiap variabel yaitu variabel brand ambassador, brand image dan cita rasa secara bersama-sama dan parsial berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian mie sedaap Korean spicy ckicken. Uji f menghasilkan fhitung 18.077 dengan f tabel 2.728 dengan signifikan 000b . sedangkan untuk uji t diperoleh dari tiap variabel brand ambassador thitung 2.120 dengan ttabel 0,037 untuk brand image diperoleh thitung 2.675 dengan ttabel 0,009 serta cita rasa diperoleh thitung 3.411 dengan ttabel 0,001 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa tiap variabel berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian mie Korean spicy chicken. Diketahui juga variabel yang mendominasi dari tiap variabel yaitu brand image. Kata kunci : brand ambassador, brand image, cita rasa dan keputusan pembelian.
This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality, company image and location, simultaneously and partially on customer satisfaction in TASPEN (Persero) company of Surakarta. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling technique to sample as many as 100 people. Technique of collecting data in this study use questionnaires. Technical of analyzing used multiple linear regression, F test, t test, the coefficient of determination. The results of the analysis showed the quality of service, corporate image and the location, simultaneously and partially have positive effect and significant impact on customer satisfaction in TASPEN (Persero) company of Surakarta.

Data analysis techniques in this study using a test classic assumptions and hypothesis testing. The classical assumption, among others, with the test data normality, autocorrelation, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity. Hypothesis testing Regression test, t test, F test, and test Coefficient of Determination.The results of this study are: Teacher professionalism, Recruitment process and the Mastery of Information and Communication Technology can be implemented and need to be improved considering that positive and significant impact on quality education In SMK Kasatrian Solo Sukoharjo. This study aims to analyze the effect of the marketing mix strategy on customer decisions at Toko Sugeng. This research uses the mix method. The strategy used is squential explanatory. The research were obtained from questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation. The population in this study are all customers who have made repeat purchases. Samples taken as many as 100 customers. Result research shows the effect of price on customer satisfaction is 14,726%. The effect of the product on customer satisfaction is 13.764%. Effect of location on customer satisfaction of 18,470%. The effect of promotion on customer satisfaction is equal to 37.074%. The effect of price, product, location, and promotion on customer satisfaction is 84%. The marketing strategy applied by Toko Sugeng in increasing customer satisfaction, namely by implementing a marketing formulation strategy, segmenting, targeting, positioning and the marketing mix strategy or marketing mix which consists of four elements, namely product, price, place, promotion. The purpose of this is to attract buyers and retain existing customers. Toko Sugeng uses a SWOT analysis for improve customer satisfaction. In the calculation of the SWOT analysis both in terms of the matrix, EFAS and IFAS and the Cartesian diagram, show that Toko Sugeng is in the quadrant I position, namely (+, +). This position proves a strong and likely shop. Tactic recommendations given is progressive. So that it is really possible to continue to expand, enlarge growth and achieve maximum progress.
