TPACK is a trending teacher expertise framework for teaching using digital technology. However, not many studies have revealed the relationship of the seven TPACK factors with demographic factors. This study aimed to determine the effect of gender, teaching experience, place of teaching, and level of education on the perception of TPACK for science teachers. A total of 1,357 high school science teachers were involved in this research. The survey data were analyzed using the Mann-Whitney U and Kruskal-Wallis tests. Overall results show that gender influences the perception of TPACK. On the teaching experience factor, teachers with less than five years of teaching experience have higher perceptions of TK, TPK, TCK, and TPACK. The teacher's workplace significantly differs in perceptions of TK and TCK. Regarding education level, teachers with a master's degree education have a higher and significantly higher TPACK perception than teachers with a bachelor's degree.
The purpose of this study was to identify the quills type, cuticle pattern, cross-section feature, and medulla structure of the quills in Sunda porcupine (Hystrix javanica). The second aim was to determine the nutritional content of the quills in Sunda porcupine. The specimens fixed in cacodylate buffer and glutaraldehyde, then dehydrated through graded series of alcohol, and freeze-dried. The specimens attached to the stubs by sticky tape, coated with gold and observed with Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM). Determination of cuticle pattern and medulla structure base on to the mammal's hair identification key by Teerink (1991). Nutritional content analysis using proximate. The study result showed that H. javanica has four types of quills; true, transitional, flat spine, and rattle quills. The SEM micrograph of the cuticle pattern showed characteristic variation in the shaft and base region, except the flat spine has no scaly feature in the base region. The cuticle of anogenital quill and hair in H. javanica has no specific feature or osmetrichia. The cross-sectional images of the three type quills of H. javanica revealed circular and alveolar arrangement. Only the flat spine has a quadriconcave feature. The true quills have multicellular and reverse cloisonné structure in the medulla, compare to the other three quills have no pattern. Nutritional content of the quills were water (89.93%), crude protein (93.66%), crude fat (0.44%), phosphorous (0.034%), calcium (0.2%), magnesium (0.01%), and sulphur (2,01%).
A checklist of nematode parasites from Indonesian murids with their geographic distribution is presented. This checklist is compiled from three sources: the catalogue of nematode parasites of Museum Zoologicum Bogoriense (unpublished specimens in the collection), data from our previous research and articles on nematodes of Indonesian murids. This checklist is presented as a list of nematode parasites with host information, and a host list with information on their nematodes. This paper reports 38 nominal species of nematodes and 13 species identified to the generic level only. The nematodes reported comprise 32 genera and 17 families parasitizing 32 species of Indonesian murids.

Hewan peliharaan eksotik seperti baning cokelat (Manouria emys) dan baning Sulawesi (Indotestudo forstenii) tidak lepas dari ancaman penyakit infeksi nematoda parasit gastrointestinal. Tujuan dari kajian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan nematoda beserta sifat patogenitas parasit yang ditemukan pada pemeriksaan bangkai M. emys dan I. forstenii. Bangkai kura-kura dinekropsi dan perubahan patologis yang ditemukan didokumentasikan. Nematoda dikoleksi dan dipreservasi dalam alkohol 70%. Nematoda diamati dengan mikroskop cahaya dan mikroskop elektron. Organ yang diduga mengalami perubahan patologis (sekum) dilakukan pengambilan dua sampel untuk proses pembuatan preparat histopatologi guna melihat struktur mikro jaringan terinfeksi dan mikroskop elektron guna melihat struktur ultra jaringan terinfeksi. Berdasarkan hasil pemeriksaan parasit, ditemukan nematoda Cissophyllus sp. sebanyak 318 individu dan Tonaudia sp. sebanyak enam individu pada sekum M. emys. Pada I. forstenii, empat individu Spironoura sp. dikoleksi dari organ intestinum. Berdasarkan hasil pemeriksaan histopatologi serta pemeriksaan mikroskop elektron pada organ sekum M. emys ditemukan adanya potongan cacing dan peradangan pada tunika submukosa dan muskularis. Morfologi kompleks mulut Cissophyllus sp. dan Tonaudia sp. diduga berkontribusi pada perubahan patologis dan menyebabkan peradangan pada sekum M. emys. Perubahan patologis yang ditemukan menunjukkan bahwa nematoda parasit Cissophyllus dan Tonaudia sp. memiliki sifat patogenitas untuk hospes M. emys. Two new species of habronematid nematodes are described from Gunung Ciremai National Park, West Java, Indonesia. Procyrnea javaensis n. sp., collected from the gizzard of the Collared Scops Owl, Otus bakkamoena lempiji, can be distinguished from P. brevicaudata as the left side of body lacks two longitudinal ridges, in having a ventral rather than a sinistral vulvar opening, and in the shape of the female tail. The new species differs from P. ficheuri in shape of the left spicule, and in having asymmetrical caudal alae; from P. murrayi in shape of the left spicule; from P. ameerae by having a longer left spicule, different spicule ratio and one median preanal papilla; from P. dollfusi and P. aptera in the spicule ratio and in having a shorter female tail, and from P. haliasturi in the spicule ratio and in having a post-equatorial versus pre-equatorial vulva. Torquatoides noerdjitoi n.sp. collected from the gizzard of Sunda Frogmouth, Batrachostomus javensis javensis, can be distinguished from T. torquata, T. bengalensis, and T. crotophaga in lacking lateral alae. The new species differs from T. balanocephala in numbers of cuticular plaques and precloacal papillae; from T. singhi in having longer bodies, numbers of precloacal papillae, longer spicules, and in the egg size; and from T. trogoni in the numbers of precloacal papillae, in the shapes of right spicule and gubernaculum.
Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kebutuhan video pembelajaran bermuatan keterampilan pemecahan masalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan desain penelitian ADDIE (analysis, design, development, implementation, dan evaluating). Adapun artikel ini hanya berfokus pada tahapan analisis sebagai bagian dari studi pendahuluan. Subjek uji coba pada penelitian ini ialah 111 orang peserta didik kelas X program MIPA di salah satu SMA Negeri di Banjarmasin. Teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui dokumentasi dan kuesioner. Dokumentasi dilakukan terhadap hasil ulangan harian peserta didik, sementara kuesioner dilakukan dengan menyebar angket secara online mengenai kebutuhan video pembelajaran bermuatan keterampilan pemecahan kepada peserta didik. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menganalisis jawaban hasil ulangan harian peserta didik berdasarkan indikator pemecahan masalah dan menghitung persentase skor angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) dari lima indikator pemecahan masalah, indikator memfokuskan permasalahan peserta didik berkategori cukup; (2) indikator mendeskripsikan masalah dalam konsep fisika, merencanakan solusi, melaksanakan rencana pemecahan masalah, dan mengevaluasi solusi berkategori gagal; (3) peserta didik beranggapan fisika adalah pelajaran yang sulit; (4) peserta didik membutuhkan alternatif bahan ajar yang mudah dan menarik. Dengan demikian, diperoleh simpulan bahwa dibutuhkan video pembelajaran bermuatan keterampilan pemecahan masalah yang dapat diakses secara online melalui laman Youtube sebagai alternatif pembelajaran fisika. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi salah satu referensi pembelajaran fisika untuk mengembangkan video pembelajaran bermuatan keterampilan pemecahan masalah yang dapat diakses secara online melalui laman Youtube. This research focuses on analyzing the need for learning videos to solve physics problems to improve student's learning outcomes. This research is research and development (Research and Development) with ADDIE research design (analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation). This research only focuses on the analysis stage as part of the preliminary research. The test subjects in this research are 111 students of X grade from the MIPA program at one of the senior public high schools in Banjarmasin. Data collection techniques were obtained through documentation and questionnaires. Documentation is carried out on the students' formative test, while questionnaires are distributed online regarding the need for learning videos to learn students' problem-solving skills. Data analysis was carried out by analyzing students' formative tests' answers based on problem-solving indicators and calculating the percentage score from questionnaires. This research showed that: (1) from the five problem-solving indicators, an indicator that focuses on students' problems is categorized as sufficient; (2) indicators that describe problems in physics concepts, plan solutions, implement problem-solving plans, and evaluate solutions are categorized as failed; (3) students who studied physics students think physics is a difficult subject, and (4) students need alternative learning materials that are easy and interesting. Thus, it is concluded that the videos needed to learn problem-solving skills that can be accessed online through Youtube are an alternative to learning physics.
