Endometriosis is a widespread gynecological disease which affects every tenth woman of reproductive age. The main symptoms of disease are chronic pelvic pain, sterility and miscarriage, that leads to a reliable decline in quality of life and working capacity, mental disorders. Timely and complete diagnostics of endometriosis allows choosing the best option of treatment and minimizes the costs of treatment. This article describes in detail the existing methods of diagnosis of endometriosis. Modern literature and the results of own studies are summarized in the text.

The paper considers the concept, pattern, methodology, models, standard, tools of digital (engineering) management of economic processes in the agricultural sector: the solvency of an agricultural enterprise, the financial condition of an agricultural enterprise, the reserve system and risk situations of agricultural enterprises. The enterprise standard “Organization of control of cash flows of an agricultural enterprise” is proposed.

The relevance of this study is due to the high prevalence of stress urinary incontinence in women of different age groups and the search for effective conservative treatment methods. The aim of this study was to present scientific data based on modern evidence on the effectiveness of conservative treatment methods and their safety in the treatment of stress urinary incontinence in women. A review of the literature (original articles, systematic reviews) on the use of conservative therapy for the treatment of stress urinary incontinence in women was carried out. Depending on the severity of stress urinary incontinence in women, their age and concomitant diseases, the options for the proposed treatment may vary. For the conservative treatment of the disease, along with lifestyle modification and the use of hygiene products, it is possible to use training and electromyostimulation of the pelvic floor muscles, innovative laser technologies, and drug therapy. The first line therapy is to train ones pelvic floor muscles. The best effect of the training is observed in younger patients with mild to moderate severity of the disease using stationary biofeedback simulators under the supervision of medical staff. An alternative to this type of treatment is to conduct training of the pelvic floor muscles in the biofeedback mode with portable simulators remotely under the supervision of specially trained personnel. In connection with the coronavirus pandemic, this therapy is gaining wide popularity, as every patient should be offered acceptable and effective treatment options.

The aim of this research was to analyze the results of the experience of 85 laparoscopic myomectomy, performed by standardized surgical technique in the Department of Operative Gynecology of Ott Institute of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Hypothesis/aims of study. Ovarian endometriomas are a great danger to the female reproductive function. In addition to the negative impact of the disease itself on ovarian reserve, the reproductive capabilities of women are influenced by surgery on the ovaries and subsequent hormonal therapy. Ovarian reserve after cystectomy of the endometriomas suffers more than after removal of other benign ovarian tumors. The solution of the problem can be obtained using sclerotherapy during laparoscopy. The aim of this study was to assess the impact of sclerosing endometriomas during laparoscopy on the ovarian reserve. Study design, materials and methods. The study involved 36 patients aged 2535 years. Inclusion criteria were genital endometriosis, endometrioma of one of the ovaries with a volume of 15100 cm3, and pregnancy planning. Exclusion criteria were uterine fibroids, endometrial hyperplasia, polycystic ovary syndrome, and the previous operations on the ovaries and uterine tubes. The main group consisted of 18 patients who underwent sclerotherapy of an endometrioma during laparoscopy with a 70% ethanol solution. The comparison group comprised 18 patients who underwent cystovariectomy with bipolar coagulation of the tumor lining. Within 4 months after surgery, gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonists were administered. An ultrasound examination of the pelvic organs and determination of anti-Mllerian hormone (AMH) level were performed before surgery, after surgery, and after hormonal treatment. Results. In both study groups, AMH level decreased immediately after surgery: in the main group, it reduced by 1.4 times, in the comparison group by 2.4 times. After termination of therapy with gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonists and recovery of the menstrual cycle, AMH level increased slightly (it was 2.9 0.40 ng/ml in the main group, and 1.8 0.24 ng/ml in the comparison group). Within 12 months after surgery, pregnancy occurred in 44.4% of patients in the main group and in 33.3% of patients in the comparison group. Over 16 months of follow-up, not a single case of recurrence of the disease was subsequently detected. Conclusion. Sclerotherapy of endometriomas during laparoscopy is supposed to be an effective and promising technique aimed at preserving the ovarian reserve in this category of patients.

На первом этапе были проанализированы данные заболевших первичными опухолями головного мозга старше 18 лет за 10 лет (2007г.-2017 г.) и умерших за 3 года (2015 г. -2017 г.). На втором -проведен анализ заболевших старше 18 лет по полу; по возрасту; по диагнозу; по районам. Третьим этапомпроведен анализ умерших старше 18 лет от первичных опухолей головного мозга за 3 года (2015 г. -2017г.) по полу; по диагнозу; по смертности в течение первого года (одногодичная летальность). Далее проводилась разработка материала, статистическая группировка и сводка. Используя работы Викентия Леонидовича Сусликова для анализа зависимости геодезических факторов в сопоставлении с заболеваемостью по районам ЧР, прямой зависимости не было выявлено. Предположительно, высокая заболеваемость некоторых районов связана с несколькими причинами: 1. Применение различных ядохимикатов в сельском хозяйстве. 2. Повышенная концентрация производства. 3. Выброс вредных веществ от стационарных и передвижных источников. Полученные данные имеют важное практическое значение для планирования и совершенствования оказания медицинской помощи пациентов с ПОГМ в зависимости от возраста и места проживания населения Чувашской Республики.
