A monitoria é considerada uma modalidade de ensino-aprendizagem, dentro das necessidades de formação acadêmica, destinada aos alunos de graduação, contribuindo para o seu processo formativo. Desse modo, objetiva-se relatar a contribuição da monitoria acadêmica na formação do aluno-monitor do curso de Enfermagem da Faculdade de Enfermagem Nova Esperança de Mossoró – FACENE/RN. Trata-se de relato de experiência, elaborado a partir dos registros do monitor das atividades realizadas na disciplina Semiologia e Semiotécnica, ministrada no referido curso. Logo, destaca-se que a experiência como monitor proporcionou um olhar mais crítico e técnico acerca do exercício da Enfermagem, bem como a aproximação das atividades de ensino, o que favoreceu a sensibilização sobre a relevância dos saberes pedagógicos. No que tange às dificuldades para a realização da monitoria, tem-se a incompatibilidade de horários do monitor com os alunos e, principalmente, o déficit de conhecimento de quem o procura acerca da finalidade da monitoria acadêmica. Conclui-se que a monitoria trata-se de experiência que se configura como uma fonte de saberes e práticas na formação para a Enfermagem, assim como de iniciação à prática docente.
Objetiva-se analisar a imagem de Enfermagem veiculada nos filmes de longa-metragem, apresentando o perfil de enfermeira (o) enfocado e refletindo sobre o significado das informações veiculadas nas cenas desses filmes. Trata-se de estudo de abordagem qualitativa, do tipo analítico e descritivo, no qual foram analisados três filmes: Um estranho no ninho (1975); Servindo em silêncio (1995) e Fale com ela (2002). Identifica-se que a(o) enfermeira(o) apresenta distintas imagens nos longasmetragens, transitando de uma imagem feminina maquiavélica em Um Estranho no Ninho, para um aspecto rígido, desumanizado e masculinizado com a enfermeira em Servindo em silêncio, chegando à perspectiva de um profissional humanizado, sensível e empático em Fale com Ela, cuja orientação sexual é questionada, o que traz à tona da discussão da feminização da categoria. Constata-se, portanto, que o cinema retrata a(o) enfermeira(o) sob diversas imagens, assim desvelá-las torna-se fundamental para fortalecer o papel desse profissional, sem estereótipos.
Grande do Norte -UERN -suzanaazevedo@superig.com.br RESUMO:Este estudo objetiva resgatar o processo de construção do Programa de Educação Tutorial da Faculdade de Enfermagem de Mossoró -PETEM, no Rio Grande do Norte. Trata-se de investigação qualitativa, descritiva, tendo como estratégias de coleta dos dados: entrevista semiestruturada e grupo focal. Contou-se com quinze colaboradores, sendo cinco egressos e quatro integrantes do PETEM, uma ex-tutora, dois docentes e três discentes. O processo seletivo do Programa passou por transformações ao longo do tempo. Realiza ações de ensino, pesquisa e extensão, tendo dificuldade de empreender atividades extensionistas, em virtude da carga horária do curso de enfermagem. Assim, esta pesquisa registrou a história desse Programa, demonstrando a sua importância para a formação em enfermagem.Palavras-chave: Educação tutorial. Enfermagem. Formação. This is a qualitative, descriptive research, while the data collection strategies: semi-structured interviews and focus groups. Counted on fifteen employees, five graduates and four members of PETEM, an ex-tutor, two teachers and three students. The program's selection process has undergone changes over time. Conducts educational activities, research and extension, having difficulty to undertake extension activities because of the workload of the nursing course. Thus, this research recorded the history of this program, demonstrating its importance for nursing education.
As lesões por pressão (LPP) são resultantes de uma pressão prolongada sobre a pele, mediada pela pouca movimentação, sendo necessária a implementação de ações preventivas e terapêuticas aos sujeitos. Objetiva-se, neste estudo, apresentar as principais evidências e recomendações clínicas na assistência nutricional em pacientes com lesão por pressão. Trata-se de uma Revisão Sistemática, nas bases de dados LILACS, SciELO, MEDLINE e ScienceDirect, a partir dos seguintes descritores: Nutrição, Nutricionista, Lesão por Pressão e Estado Nutricional, na qual foram utilizados os operadores booleanos “AND” e “OR”, realizando as distintas combinações nas bases de dados. Compuseram o corpus desta investigação 15 artigos científicos, incluindo um suplemento e dois livros, publicados nos últimos cinco anos. Deste modo, a fim de apresentar de forma organizada as evidências científicas em torno das LPP, foram elaborados três quadros contendo a seleção dos artigos, as principais recomendações nutricionais no manejo da LPP e os principais nutrientes recomendados para auxiliar no processo de cicatrização. Identificou-se que o estado nutricional é fator decisivo para recuperação e progresso para as lesões, sendo indicada ferramentas de triagem nutricionais para detecção precoce para implementar o plano de ação terapêutica. Portanto, conclui-se que a integração da equipe interdisciplinar na prevenção e no tratamento das LPP significa potencializar a produção de um cuidado em saúde integral e, ao mesmo tempo, equânime, por valorizar o sujeito na sua complexidade e singularidade humana com foco na qualidade de vida, longevidade e segurança do paciente.
