Education as one the progress of nation become very important. Phenomena that lead to the failure of education, such as the moral condition of the young generation that is damaged. This is the underlying research to apply integration of education with character education that is to develop an assessment instrument of HOTS in 2013-based curriculum toward discipline behaviour by apllying R & D 4-D model from Thiagarajan, et al. (1974). It has been tried out at the population which consists of 3 (three) schools in three districts, in which X(1) class is chosen to try the assessment instrument out. The independent variable is HOTSand the dependent variable is discipline behaviour. The data are collected through the validity sheet of assessment instrument in the form of lesson plan. The process of development score results in: (1) the learning aid which is valid according to 4 (four) validations: the average score is 3.57 in the fourst validity; (2)The assessment instrument is effective or successful, since it can obtain the success of assessment instrument with 73.3 % HOTS score and 90 % discipline behaviour score of the total score. Developing this assessment instrument is suitable to be applied for active students and have less ability to solve the process questions of physics.

The used of internet, by increasingly gadget usage of Indonesian as much as 132,7, should be able to use positive thing such as developing natural disaster digital literacy. Indonesia territory is located in natural disaster prone area, such as hydrometeorology. It is included annual natural disaster which always hit Indonesia; flood and landslide disasters have high intensity. To minimize it Government collaborate with college has various effort to overcome it; however, natural disaster costs caused by hidrometeorologi still occurred especially on rainy season. Based on that case, it is needed to natural disaster education to the community by using the newest technology which can be used by anyone, anywhere and anytime such natural disaster digital literacy, this breakthrough can be done by habituating academic community as the user of the technology, they are the college students to utilize their gadget as media of natural disaster digital literacy. The development of digital media, facilitate natural disaster education enforcement for the college. Based on the case, researcher deliver this paper entitled The Development Concept of Natural disaster Digital Literacy (DILIBA) Android Based of Students' Understanding at Primary Teacher Education Study Program, Peradaban University. The aim of this research: 1) Draw up an understanding material of hidrometeorologi natural disaster for students of Primary Teacher Education Study Program, Peradaban University; 2) Create development concept of digital literacy Media Android based (DILIBA); 3) Make a digital comic application concept of natural disaster that can be used in all phone android based.

The purpose of this study is to determine the increase of creative thinking ability and creative thinking skill in mathematics learning with mathematic in context approach. The technique analisys used is the average comparative test for pretest and posstest data. To see an increased creative thinking skill, researcher compare the average value of creative thinking skills from the first meeting, the meeting II and III meeting. The result showed that there is an increasing of creative thinking ability and crtative thinking skill in mathematics learning with mathematic in context approach.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menguji penerapan model PBL berbasis etnomatematika terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan desain The One Group Pretest-Post test. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa semester 2 program studi pendidikan matematika Universitas Peradaban Bumiayu. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji paired t test. Hasil penelitian ini adalah hasil uji paired sample t test menunjukkan nilai atau , maka Ho di tolak yang berarti penerapan model PBL berbasis etnomatematika meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif.

This research is a development research with the aim of obtaining a valid and feasible HOTS question instrument. The instrument for HOTS questions was developed for both high school and vocational high school levels. The research method used is research and development / known as R&D (research and development). The model used by Borg & Gall's R&D. which includes the stages: Preliminary Study, Product Development, and Product Testing. From the question instrument developed, it meets the valid criteria and is very valid in each category. In other words, the instrument for HOTS questions developed can be declared valid and usable.
