People encounter many changes in the first year of college. It was related to adjustment’s problems, which was a serious problem that must be faced when entered college. Adaptation to new environment can make individual experienced stress. The various studies have shown that medical students experienced stress more higher than non-medical program students. Students who are experiencing extreme stress or depressed require serious attention cause it can have an adverse effect on learning process, achievement and even intent to suicide. This research involved 49 medical students. It took to determine the correlation between level of adjustment to academic demands and stress degree on new students in Faculty of Medicine, Islamic University of North Sumatra, T.A 2016-2017. Student Adaptation to College Questionnaire (SACQ) and Kessler Psychological Distress Scale (K10 Test) were used to collect relevant data on adjustment rates and stress levels. Data were analyzed by using Spearman correlation test. The results showed that there was a significant negative correlation between adjustment rates to academic demands with stress level on new students with p value of 0.001 (p <0.05) and r value of -0.697.
Many techniques can be used to improve drug solubility, which is the development of the liquisolid technique. This technique has a mechanism for increasing the surface area of the drug as well as wetting from the addition of non-volatile solvents resulting in a lower surface tension and contact angle, so the solubility and drug release very increases. Liquisolid tablets show a lower contact angle compared to the conventional tablets. The liquisolid technique approach is also promising because the process is simple in making low production costs and allows the manufacturing industry, including non-volatile solvents, fillers, dryers, and disintegrants. Liquisolid characterized by specific instruments such as powder x-ray diffraction (PXRD), Fourier transforms infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), and scanning electron microscope (SEM). Several liquisolid techniques are described in this review. The liquisolid technique is proven and able to change the physicochemical properties of active pharmaceutical ingredients, especially the solubility, drug release, and stability of the formula so that this technique can be a solution for class II and IV BCS pharmaceutical active drug classes.Keywords: Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients, Contact Angle, Solubility, Drug Release, Stability, Liquisolid Technique
Tempat tinggal atau rumah merupakan salah satu dari banyaknya kebutuhan primer bagi setiap orang khususnya keluarga untuk mendapatkan tempat tinggal pribadi, sehingga pertimbangan dalam pembelian rumah diperlukan sebuah metode yang membantu untuk menentukan harga yang sesuai dengan keinginan pembeli. Neural network adalah model yang terinspirasi oleh bagaimana neuron dalam otak manusia bekerja. Neural Network terdiri dari sejumlah besar elemen pemrosesan informasi (neuron) yang saling terhubung dan bekerja bersama-sama untuk menyelesaikan sebuah masalah tertentu, yang pada umumnya dalah masalah klasifikasi ataupun prediksi. Adapun terkait variabel yang mempengaruhi harga rumah diantaranya luas lahan, banyaknya kamar tidur, dan banyaknya kamar mandi. Dilakukan uji akurasi dan uji kinerja pemodelan dengan hasil adalah 74% untuk skor Akurasi, dan 0,28 untuk skor MAE
Traveling salesman problem (TSP) can be applied to distribution problems, namely determining the minimum route from the depot to all customers exactly once and back to the depot. Some constraints can be added to the problem such as time constraints, additional salesmen on the route that is passed, the need for an order of delivery, and passing one-way road. This article will discuss TSP variants developed from basic TSP, namely TSPTW, MTSP, TSPPC, and ATSPTW. The differences in formulations of these variants are described and the branch and bound algorithm is used to solve them. There are three main steps to the branch and bound algorithm namely the initialization stage to obtain the initial solution, the process stage and solution improvement, and the determination of the optimum solution. Identification of the similarities and differences in the application of the branch and bound algorithm steps on these variants are discussed in this article. An example is given of the application of the branch and bound algorithm to the four variants of 8 customers and one depot. The results of the application examples are depicted on a graph in order of the minimum total distance, namely ATSPTW, TSPTW, TSPPC, and MTSP.
Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara Banjarmasin merupakan suatu lembaga peradilan dibawah Mahkamah Agung yang melaksanakan tugas kehakiman bagi rakyat pencari keadilan terhadap sengketa tata usaha negara. Di Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara sendiri khusus nya pada bagian perkara, mempunyai tugas untuk mengelola data perkara yang dalam pengerjaannya di bantu dengan buku register perkara dan untuk membuat laporan dengan cara menggunakan semi komputer sehingga memerlukan waktu yang lama dalam pengerjaan serta kesulitan dalam pencarian data dan memungkinkan adanya kesalahan. Permasalahan yang akan dibahas pada penelitian ini adalah bagaimana penerapan sistem informasi manajemen data perkara pada Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara Banjarmasin, agar bisa menyajian informasi yang cepat dan akurat dan data atau informasi yang dihasilkan dapat terkomputerisasi dan terintegrasi dengan baik yang meliputi penyajian data perkara baik itu tingkat pertama, banding, kasasi, pk, dan eksekusi serta data putusan perkara dan jadwal sidang. Metode membangun sistem informasi manajemen data perkara ini menggunakan metode waterfall. Adapun pemrograman yang digunakan menggunakan adalah PHP dan MySQL sebagai basis datanya. Dengan sistem informasi ini diharapkan dapat mempermudah dalam mengelola data perkara sehingga menghasilkan data dan informasi yang akurat, cepat, efektif dan efesien.
