Spirituality is important to create quality human beings and people who are able to understand the meaningful of life. The ability to understand life can make someone reach for meaning and develop it into a happiness. Building spirituality is not just doing religious rituals Efforts to build spiritual values can also be done in various activities that are able to accept diversity so as to increase insight into the meaning of life for someone. The development of spirituality can also be found in community life that has a strong sense of togetherness and kinship. Student Regiment is a community referred to in this study. The results showed that there was a strengthening of spirituality possessed by the Student Regiment members in carrying out various activities in their community. Abstrak: Spiritualitas merupakan hal yang penting untuk menciptakan manusia yang berkualitas dan manusia yang mampu memahami kebermaknaan hidup. Kemampuan memahami kehidupan dapat membuat seseorang meraih makna dan mengembangkannya menjadi suatu kebahagiaan. Membangun spiritualitas bukanlah sekedar melakukan ritual keagamaan Upaya membangun nilai-nilai spiritual dapat dilakukan pula dalam berbagai kegiatan yang mampu menerima keberagaman sehingga dapat menambah wawasan tentang makna hidup bagi seseorang. Berkembangnya spiritualitas juga dapat ditemukan pada kehidupan komunitas yang memiliki rasa kebersamaan dan kekeluargaan yang kuat. Resimen Mahasiswa merupakan suatu komunitas yang dimaksud dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tentang adanya penguatan spiritualitas yang dimiliki oleh anggota Resimen Mahasiswa dalam melaksanakan berbagai kegiatan di dalam komunitasnya. Kata kunci : Spiritualitas; Resimen Mahasiswa Pendahuluan Spiritualitas merupakan hal penting yang saat ini sering menjadi kajian dalam psikologi. Adanya spiritualitas, mendorong individu untuk memaknai nilai-nilai kehidupan, berkomitmen dan bertanggung jawab (Hudha, 2012). Namun hal tersebut, memerlukan media yang dapat menstimulasi individu menemui maknanya baik secara kognitif maupun afektif. Salah satunya adalah faktor lingkungan sosial yang bersedia menerima keberagaman sebagai suatu harmoni. Resimen Mahasiswa memfasilitasi adanya keberagaman tersebut dalam berbagai kegiatan yang dilakukan. Menurut Johar (dalam Nasution, 2009) spiritualitas adalah usaha yang mendasar untuk mencari makna kehidupan ini. Spiritualitas digunakan untuk menjadi luwes, kreatif dan berwawasan luas ketika berhadapan dengan masalah eksistensial yaitu Komponen pendukung Perubahan Realitas Diri
Fenomena yang terjadi di masyarakat, yaitu hadirnya inovasi teknologi jasa keuangan khusus nya Peer to peer lending. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis bagaimana gaya kognitif konsumen dan kemampuan kognitif konsumen menyikapi Peer to peer lending legal maupun ilegal dalam literasi keuangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologis. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 30 responden yang pernah melakukan pinjaman online melalui fintech peer to peer lending. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat sebagai konsumen yang menikmati layanan jasa Peer to peer lending cenderung memiliki tingkat literasi keuangan yaitu Sufficient literate. Gaya kognitif yang ada di dalam masyarakat saat ini memiliki pengetahuan dan keyakinan tentang Peer to peer lending yang memberikan layanan jasa keuangan berupa pinjaman online, fitur yang tersedia, mekanisme , manfaat dan potensi risiko di masa yang akan datang, serta hak dan kewajiban terkait layanan jasa keuangan. Namun tidak memiliki keterampilan menyelesaikan masalah saat menggunakan produk dan jasa keuangan. Tekanan psikis yang dialami konsumen pinjaman online merupakan dampak dari ketidakmampuan dalam menyelesaikan masalah pada saat penagihan.
<p>There are several problems faced by 14 deaf students as the subject of this research. They get diffiulties in understanding long sentences, connotative meaning, and they lack on vocabulary. Their inability in hearing makes them rely on their vision to gather information. Considering the reason of their difficulties, visual and attractive learning media are needed for deaf students. Group guidance on simulation game technique is a counseling guidance service that directs students to reflect daily activities in the form of games using physical media such as blue cards, OK cards and chance cards. In the group guidance of the simulation game technique, students learn to understand new vocabulary of the role played and can acquire vocabulary. The more vocabulary mastered will support students' ability to have receptive communication. To prove the hypothesis that the group guidance of simulation game technique influences the improvement of receptive communication of deaf students in SLB.B Wiyata Dharma 1, the Mann Whitney U Test analysis is used. Based on Mann-Whitney U-test Asymp Sig was obtained (2-tailed) 0.013 with an error level of 0.05 then 0.013 <0.05 means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. It implies that the group guidance of the simulation game technique has an impact on increasing the receptive ability of deaf students. Therefore, group guidance on simulation game techniques can be used as an alternative learning media to improve receptive communication for deaf students.</p>
<span><em>Being a good leader is a result of learning. A good leader criterion </em><span><em>in most of people’s head is either success in completing organizational tasks or </em><span><em>beloved by most of members. That criterion is really difficult to be learned and </em><span><em>then be internalized. Based on the social learning theory, one learns to be a leader </em><span><em>through observation process as the first step. In daily activity, there are many </em><span><em>leaders but only certain leader who is observed about his or her behaviors in detail. </em><span><em>That observed leader usually success in completing organizational tasks and also </em><span><em>beloved by his or her members. After observation, the next process is memorizing </em><span><em>those behaviors. The next stage is trying to produce those behaviors. This third </em><span><em>step can be achieved through leadership training. In that training, one is motivated </em><span><em>to produce and imitate those behaviors. After training, one can practice the new </em><span><em>leadership behaviors in daily activity if he or she receives behavior reinforcements. </em><span><em>Because of those reinforcements, the new leadership behaviors will be his or her </em><span><em>good habits. Actually, in that leadership training, one can learn either being a good </em><span><em>leader or good member. Being a good member, one should be able to inspire either </em><span><em>other members or leader. Objective of this paper is to explain behavior alternatives for employees ,'ho have job dissatisfaction. When accomplishing job task, the religious employees will certainly practice one of their code of belief that working is a kind of religious service. They work vigorously as if tomorrow will he the end of the world. When their organization is going to collapse, the religious employees experience cognitive dissonance (hopes and realities are unsynchronized). They have difficulties in practicing that working is a kind of religious service.There are four behavior alternatives in order to lessening cognitive dissonance i.e. exit or leaving organization (active destructive), neglect (passive destructive), loyal (passive constructive), and voice (active constructive). The voice alternative is the most appropriate behavior for the religious employees, but it less likely to give maximal improvement either for employees or organization.The suggested alternative in this essay is the adapted negotiation alternative which employees have to change and improve themselves. Through improving themselves, they have opportunity either to perform high quality job accomplishment or supporting friends to accomplish their tasks. The adapted negotiation is applying religious service that giving firstly, then we will receive abundance i.e. having creative ability in job accomplishment, ability to act positively in chaos situation, and having good mental health. Changing ourselves is really difficult. However there are precious words which could be our guidance that the crucial factor in achieving success is not the obstacle existence but our unconstructive attitude in facing that obstacle.Key words: Job dissatisfaction, religious service, adapted negotiation
