P3DK (An Acceleration of Development Village Program) is a system or design as an effort of people empowerment to develop infrastructure and the economic development at village level with the purpose to attract more people participate in development and to strengthen people in the future. P3DK has been conducted by Kepulauan Riau Province. Totally, there were 169 target villages and this program was conducted in 2006 to 2011, where each village was allocated fund as of IDR 500.000.000. Every year, the target village to get the fund has been variety. This program was run by giving fully authority to the head of village and it's people to design an applicable concept of village development through P3DK to start small-medium enterprise in the village. The main aim is to measure and study the success of the implemented concept by the local government to develop Economic of the people. The research funding shows that concept has failed in reaching the target which has been set early to develop the economy of people in village through P3DK. This happened because the tack of intention of the people to return the loan. Another factor is the punishment was not being taken to those who didn't returned the loan. The recommendation of this paper is the reconstruction of new loan system by focussing on the procedure and mechanism of the program in crucial to be done. Rewards and Punishments is indeed to be implemented seriously for the shake of program.
COVID-19 disaster has destroyed many facets of societal and economic circumstances. However, it remains a crucial debate how the effect of COVID-19 on community social capital. This study aims to examine the relationship between a community’s risk perception on COVID-19 and social capital. In addition, we also investigate the mediating role of social collectivism in the association. This research used a survey approach by performing an online questionnaire. Data were gathered from 156 respondents at the residence in an urban community in Sukoharjo, Central Java. A partial-least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) was applied to analyze the data. The results show that social capital enhances during COVID 19 because of the increasing risk perceptions on COVID-19 and social collectivism. The impact of risk perceptions on social capital is mediated by social collectivism. The present study adds our understanding of social capital at the time of the COVID-19 outbreak, especially what factors drive it. The research also has practical implications for the government and urban community to anticipate risks of COVID-19 by enhancing social capital and collectivism.
Ekonomi kreatif menjadi bagian yang tidak terpisahkan dalam rangka upaya pemberdayaan masyarakat Melalui cipta ekonomi kreatif, maka limbah sampah yang semula dipandang sesuatu yang tidak berguna menjadi sesuatu yang memiliki nilai tambah dan bernilai ekonomis. PUSPA Gurindam Kota Tanjungpinang sebagai mitra pemerintah daerah Kota Tanjungpinang yang merupakan gabungan beberapa lembaga masyarakat non-publik yang berkolaborasi dan berusaha untuk ikut berkontribusi dalam memberdayakan masyarakat melalui penyelenggaraan pelatihan yang bertemakan Çipta Ekonomi Kreatif Melalui Pengolahan Limbah Sampah Plastik. Pelatihan dimaksudkan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam menjaga lingkungan dengan melakukan pengelolaan sampah plastik melalui metode recycle (melakukan daur ulang limbah sampah plastik) sekaligus untuk memunculkan nilai ekonomi dari limbah sampah plastik tersebut. Metode pelaksanaan dalam kegiatan pelatihan kali ini terdiri 4 tahapan rangkaian kegiatan utama yaitu tahapan perencanaan, tahapan survei dan tahapan pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan Çipta Ekonomi Kreatif Melalui Pengolahan Limbah Sampah Plastik. Tahapan terakhir adalah kegiatan penilaian dan pemberian apresiasi kepada kelompok peserta. Dari hasil pelatihan dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan pelatiha tersebut mendapat respon yang positif dari kelompok PKK, PIK Remaja dan Posyandu Remaja. Pelatihan yang menjadi peserta.
Child-friendly city policies exist to accelerate the implementation of the Convention on the Rights of the Child. The fulfillment of children’s rights and the protection of children from all forms of violence and discrimination is a highly complex issue and has a wide scope. For that, the government needs to involve actors outside of the public sector. Child-friendly city policies in the collaborative governance of Indonesia involve Penta-helix elements among government, civil society, academics, the business sector, and mass media. This study aims to analyze the coordination between public and non-public sector organizations in achieving cross-sectoral collaboration goals. This study conducts a critical review of relevant literature and utilizes Tanjungpinang City which received the Middle category child-friendly city award, as a case study. According to the findings of this study, tiered coordination was carried out in support of child-friendly city policies. The key factors of cross-sectoral coordination consist of cooperation, commitment, common goals, and the absence of sectoral egos.
