Problem solving skills can not be separated from teaching and learning activities. Problem solving skills require logical, critical and systematic thinking and can be developed in the process of learningmathematics. This research aims to find out the mathematical problem-solving abilities of students on linear program materials. The study was conducted at Sma Negeri 2 Lais. The sample in this study was taken with a simple random sampling technique, namely class XI IPA 1 which amounted to 34 students. The instrument used in this study is a test in the form of a description of linear program material. The data analysis method used in this study is a quantitative desktiptive method. From the results of data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that students' mathematical problem solving skills from four indicators include: understanding the problem 56.62%, creating / compiling a mathematical model of 65.81%, choosing and developing a 60.29% solving strategy, and re-examining the correctness of the answers obtained from solving the problem 50.49%. Overall, the average percentage of students' mathematical problem-solving skills was 58.30%.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh penggunaan media gambar terhadap hasil belajar IPS siswa SDN 81 palembang. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, yaitu penelitian yang menekankan pada jumlah data yang di kumpulkan. Pada dasarnya pandangan peranan nilai, maka pendekatan kuantitatif melihat segala sesuatu tidak pernah bebas nilai, obyektif dan harus seperti apa adanya. Hasil penelitian kuantitatif di presentasikan dalam bentuk hasil penghitungan matematis. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis hasil belajar dan analisis media gambar. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan tentang Pengaruh Penggunaan Media Gambar Terhadap Hasil Belajar IPS Siswa SDN 81 Palembang. Peningkatan terjadi pada pretest maupun postest dengan bukti adanya peningkatan pada :1). Penggunaan metode kuantitatif dapat,meningkatkan keberhasilan siswa terhadap materi jenis kegiatan ekonomi. 2). Melalui penerapan metode kuantitatif dengan alat peraga yang sesuai dengan materi dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa, 3). Persentase ketuntasan belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan setelah dilakukan perbaikan pembelajaran ada 27 siswa dari 35 siswa.Pada perbaikan pembelajaran pada evaluasi pembelajaran perbaikan ada 9 siswa pada perbaikan pembelajaran pretest meningkat, siswa yang nilainya 70 keatas menjadi 27 siswa atau 65% dari 35 siswa dan pada perbaikan pretest menjadi 81%.
The research objective was to describe the effect of leadership style and the ability of school principal supervision on the performance of vocational school teachers in Talang Ubi District. The research method uses correlational quantitative. The study population was all SMK teachers in Talang Ubi District, the sampling technique included saturated sampling with a sample size of 100 teachers. The data analysis technique used the prerequisite test, namely the normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity. Hypothesis testing was carried out by t-test and f-test using the SPSS version 16.0 program. Based on the research results, it is known that: 1) Principal's leadership style has a significant effect on teacher performance, 2) Principal's supervisory ability has a significant effect on teacher performance, 3) The leadership style and supervisory ability of the The principal has a significant impact on SMK teachers' performance in Talang Ubi District.
The goal of this study was to determine the role of teachers in developing the local content curriculum at SD Negeri 176 OKU Kandang Macan Sinar Peninjauan. This review uses qualitative approaches with a descriptive research style. Local material teachers at SD Negeri 176 OKU Kandang Macan were the informants of this report. Research data were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation and conclusions drawn. Results have shown that: (1) the role of a teacher as an educator is to fully understand students, help students find character, build good character and promote bad characters in the learning process of local content; (2) The role of the teacher as a teacher is a technical role, where the teacher as a teacher focuses on the experience, skills and abilities of the students' local content; (3) the role of the teacher as a guide is to guide all aspects of education, both academic and non-academic.
This study intends to determine the effect of the media-assisted teams games tournament (TGT) learning model on the results of learning science in class V SD Negeri 4 Pedamaran and can be expected to increase knowledge about science learning using the media-assisted teams games tournament (TGT) learning model. questionbox. This research is an experimental research. This type of research is quantitative. In this study, researchers used a quasi-experimental design, namely the posttest only control design. The subjects in this study were class V.A and class V.B, which consisted of 36 students. Data collection is done by testing techniques. The data analysis technique uses test questions which are tested for validity and reliability. Based on the results of testing the hypothesis obtained t_count 60.208> t_table 1.698 and a significance value <0.05 (0.000<0.05). So, it can be concluded that the use of the Media Question Box Assisted Teams Games Tournaments (TGT) Learning Model is appropriate for use in learning and has a significant influence.
