This study aims to find out and analyze how the level of user satisfaction with an information system is being used, and to find out what factors influence the level of user satisfaction of the Information System. The object of this research is the E-Campus information system at the Islamic Institution of Bukittinggi state. Research is based on the importance of evaluation for the development of a system. The method used in this study is End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS). The EUCS method consists of five independent variables, namely content, accuracy, shape, ease of use and timeliness and one dependent variable is satisfaction. Population data is N = 99 with the analysis results obtained by the correlation coefficient number of 73.3%. That is, there is a statistically positive relationship between content, accuracy, form, ease of use, timeliness, and satisfaction. if each variable has a higher correlation, it will increase the user satisfaction of the E-Campus Information System with the meaning of the relationship in the same direction.Keywords: End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS), satisfaction, information system, E-Campus.
This article discusses about management of student activities in the process of submitting activity proposals, reviewing and reporting activities. Carried out by student activity units at the State University of Padang which aims to minimize the time, energy and cost of implementing procedures for submitting proposals and reporting activities. In meeting Head of Students Affairs, WR III (interest and talent section) and KaBag (treasurer section). Submission of proposals and activity reports should be in accordance with technological developments at this time to effective and efficient. In designing this information system using the method waterfall method and the Object Oriented Programming (OOP) method. This system also uses the Model View Controller (MVC) technique. This system is design usimg Yii2 Framework with the Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) and MySQL Database Management System (DBMS) programming languages. Designing a student activity management information system produces a system that can facilitate student activity units at State University of Padang in submitting proposals and activity reports and assisting the Head of Student Affairs in managing information about students activities. Teaching Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) in Decision Support Systems (DSS) subjects encourages students to know how a good decision is taken. AHP itself in the field of education and teaching has been widely used as an effective and efficient method in solving educational problems. The purpose of this paper is to designing website-based scholarship management application for teaching of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) in Decision Support Systems (DSS) subjects. Scholarship management using AHP is choosing the right criteria is very important. This system uses 5 criteria, namely academic value, academic achievement, non-academic achievement, parents 'income, and parents' dependents, as a basis for producing decision-supporting information. The scholarship management system is embodied in a website-based computer application. Utilizing this application provides more assistance to donors, so that the results of this learning are not only proven in theory but also in practice in real conditions. In addition, the Website-Based Scholarship Management Application can be run on a mobile basis and can be accessed wherever and whenever they are.
This Article describes how to develope of interactive learning media, that it can be used in teaching and learning activities in school. This development aims to design an Interactive Learning media that is suitable for Komjardas (Komputer dan Jaringan Dasar) in Vocational Schools. The method used is the Instructional Development Institute (IDI), namely by determining the principle of the system approach which includes three stages including define, develop, and evaluate. Interactive learning media is designed using Lectora Inspire Software, Adobe Flash Cs 6 and Wondershare Quiz Creator that function as makers of evaluation questions. The results of designing instructional media in the form of an application that can be run on all computers / laptops of each student.Keywords: Interactive Learning Media, Instructional Development Institute (IDI).
SMK Negeri 4 Pariaman merupakan sebuah institusi pendidikan yang dalam proses pelaksanaan pengelolaan pendidikan mengacu kepada Standar Nasional Pendidikan (SNP). SMK Negeri 4 Pariaman belum memiliki arsitektur teknologi, sehingga proses pendataan teknologi informasi dan proses bisnis tidak efisien terhadap biaya, tenaga maupun waktu. Agar terciptanya aktivitas organisasi yang efektif dan efisien, maka dibutuhkan suatu blueprint perencanaan arsitektur enterprise sistem informasi dan arsitektur teknologi. Tujuan perencanaan ini adalah untuk membuat perencanaan teknologi informasi sebagai pendukung pemenuhan Standar Nasional Pendidikan (SNP). Metode yang digunakan dalam perencanaan adalah TOGAF Achitecture Development Method. Adapun tahapan yang dilakukan dalam metode TOGAF Architecture Development Method diantaranya preliminary phase: framework and principles, architecture vison, business architecture, information systems architecture dan technology architecture. Hasil dari perencanaan arsitektur enterprise ini adalah berupa blueprint perencanaan arsitektur enterprise terutama arsitektur teknologi yang akan diusulkan di SMK Negeri 4 Pariaman.
Keterbatasan media dalam penyaluran bantuan biaya pendidikan dapat menjadi faktor penghambat keberhasilan proses pendidikan di perguruan tinggi. Setelah melakukan riset di Universitas Negeri Padang, penulis menyimpulkan bahwa dibutuhkan sebuah sistem informasi E-ORA (Electronic-Orangtua Asuh) dengan tujuan untuk menjadi jembatan penghubung antara donatur dengan mahasiswa yang memiliki tingkat ekonomi lemah. Sistem informasi E-ORA akan memberikan rekomendasi mahasiswa yang paling membutuhkan bantuan berdasarkan lima kriteria, sehingga donatur dapat melihat data mahasiswa berprestasi dalam bidang akademik namun memiliki kendala dengan faktor ekonomi yang lemah. Hal ini membuat proses pengambilan keputusan menjadi sangat kompleks, perlu penggunaan sistem khusus seperti sistem pendukung keputusan untuk membantu memberikan hasil rekomendasi. Dengan penerapan sistem pendukung keputusan menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting, rekomendasi mahasiswa yang diurutkan dari nilai tertinggi dan mengacu pada kelengkapan berkas dapat tercapai. Sistem informasi E-ORA dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemograman Java berbasis jaringan yang mampu memenuhi solusi sebagai media atau sarana penyaluran bantuan biaya pendidikan dan khusus digunakan oleh pengguna platform Android.
The Student in a collage who have finish their study will get an academic document as a legal proof. The academic document it could be like an academic certificate, academic transcript, or teaching certificates. The document can be use for a complement if the alumnus want to get a job or continue the study to the higher level in a duplicate document that has a signature and stamp from the competent people. To get an endorsement of document in Engineering Faculty of Universitas Negeri Padang is still through the manual process and not computerized yet. Certainty about when the process has finish is not yet, because there isn’t system that provides information about i yet. Storage of data relating to the management all of process is still in the form of archives and files is stored or held by Administration Employee. Therefore, designed a system that can manage all of process that can give ease for all users. The application design of the web-based information system done using the programming language PHP (Hypertext preprocessing) and the MySQL database as well as the division level access use a username and password. A method of password encryption Message Digest 5 (MD-5) and session web system are use to provide security to the data and information. This information system give provide services in an order, payment confirmation, check the status, managing bookings and payments that can be accessed by online system. Sistem Informasi Reservasi Fasilitas Universitas Negeri Padang berbasis Web dirancang untuk memberikan kemudahan dalam mengelola manajemen fasilitas yang terdapat di Universitas Negeri Padang dan meminimalisir pencatatan data yang manual demi meningkatkan orientasi online. Sistem informasi ini dirancang menggunakan teknik MVC (Model View Controller), dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP, berbasis framework Laravel 5serta Javascript, MySQL sebagai Database Management System (DBMS). Menghasilkan rancangan Sistem Informasi Reservasi fasilitas Universitas Negeri Padang berbasis web untuk management organisasi stakeholder yang terkait. Melayani pemesanan fasilitas yang terdapat di Universitas Negeri Padang. Melayani pencarian fasilitas yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan penyewa, serta pencarian fasilitas lain yang terkait dengan reservasi seperti penyewaan jasa Event Organizer (E/O), penyewaan jasa catering, serta penyewaan group seni. Melayani pengelolaan manajemen fasilitas yang terdapat pada Universitas Negeri Padang. Melalui sistem informasi reservasi fasilitas Universitas Negeri Padang yang disediakan akan memberikan kemudahan dalam pengolahan data reservasi, dan mengurangi tingkat kesalahan saat pegelolaan reservasi fasilitas yang terdapat di Universitas Negeri Padang.
